Established 1988, under new ownership, Bell Tower is an award winning destination Day Spa and Salon in the heart of Berks County. Growing out of two previous locations it’s now located at 18 State Hill Road in Wyomissing. The Bell Tower that exists today was originally built as a family’s horse stables. When the new Bell Tower finally opened its doors in 1999, the result was an extremely modern facility that maintained the building’s original character and integrity. Under owner, Carolyn Helm’s direction, the Bell Tower began to receive a large amount of acclaim for its services as well, including Salon Today’s “Salon of the Year,” one of Elle magazine’s top ten color salons on the east coast, the Lamar “People’s Choice” salon as well as being awarded Berks County’s “Golden Leaf Award.” Bell Tower continues to be recognized for quality and has gained great support and respect from the community being named year over year, Reading Eagles “Readers’ Choice Award”, and “Best of Berks” in several categories.
Today, the 8,000-square-foot Bell Tower employs more than 60 specialists and stands out as a leader in the beauty and wellness industry. Carolyn’s confidence in providing the premier beauty and wellness destination Day Spa in Berks, housing a café, boutique, salon and spa with revenues over $3 million annually has led her to purchase an adjacent building to continue Bell Towers growth into 2017.

Won't cut curly hair! I went to Bell Tower for years and had a great experience with my stylist. As someone with curly hair it is very difficult to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Unfortunately the stylist I used left BT and when reception called to reschedule I asked for a stylist who cut curly hair and was just told "we don't have anyone" so I tried to find another salon.
I emailed Bell Tower and asked them if they could notify me when they get another stylist who cuts curly hair and never heard a word back but they're still sending me emails to try to get me to book different services but don't care enough to respond to a customer. I went on their website again and found someone listed as doing curly cuts and called today and their receptionist cut me off mid sentence and just said "we don't have anyone who does these cuts". Didn't offer me a resolution, nothing just cut me off like they don't want my business so I guess if you have curly hair they don't want to deal with you.

I've been seeing Pedro for 2 years and he has be wonderful! Unfortunately due to a schedule change I had to switch stylist. For the last 8 months I've been growing my color out (was full red) Pedro has done a impeccable job blending my natural regrowth with my hair. On Monday I seen a new stylist who advice a soap box would be best. I really didn't need to come in again but figured it wouldn't hurt to blend it a little bit more.
What a mistake! 3.5 hours later, I ended with glosses, Color and who knows what else. 8 months ruined. I look worse now than I did coming into the salon. The worst part when I called to express my concerns it took multiple calls and emails to finally get a response. It only got worse from there. Chuck (the manager) had no empathy, when I expressed how upset I was that I've spent 8 months working on this for it to be ruined.
Also mentioning I fly out for business tomorrow and look ridiculous. He advised I could come in be consulted, wait for a half a hour for another appt and they could possibly fix the bright roots but or course there is no fix to dye that is now on my regrowth. Needless to say I don't have another 4 hours before I fly out to spend in the salon when what should have taken maybe an hour has not cost me so much progress, time and money. Chucks response, "I'm not sure what you'd like me to do for you". To say I'm astonished and disgusted in an understatement.

They gave me the worst haircut i've ever gotten. I showed them a picture with the hair i wanted which was the same i had and they cut my hair like a bobcut. It looks so bad i cried. My hairstylist was rude didn't ask me any questions and didn't talk to me. The crystals there are so overpriced. I've seen real crystals even bigger and they're cheaper. The dresses were ugly and only one i could even look at.

I am writing this review for my lash tec Dallas! I have been going to her for years for my lashes and now brows. Her technique has gotten me so many compliments over the years and i've actually inspired close friends to also get them done after they see how good they look She is accommodating to any lash request I may have, which is nice because we always keep things new! I wouldn't go to anyone else at this point- book your appointments with her you won't regret it!

I have had so many great gel manicures here. Vivian is my favorite and knows exactly what I want. She is attentive to detail and makes me feel so welcomed. Today I managed to get off of work early so I called the Bell tower to see if I could get squeezed in to fix the bad blonde dye job I did my self. Lauren was great and fit me in last minute. Not only was she super friendly but she took the fact that I wanted a fun color and turned it into amazing reality.

I've been going to this salon since 1987 when it was at a prior location and under different ownership. I have always enjoyed how special I feel at this salon, whether I'm getting my hair done, getting a manicure/pedicure, or the occasional massage. The salon always stays current with looks and services. However, over the years it has gotten a bit pricey.

My son was visiting and I treated him to a massage with Anna. He told me it is the best massage he has ever had. My massage was with Jessie(first time to meet her). I was equally pleased with my massage. Anna is usually the person I ask for but both ladies find the tense areas and work them out. I also had a mani/pedi with Angel the day before out massages. Angel has been doing my nails and pedicures since she began working there. I always leave relaxed and treated well after visited with Angel.

My first time at the Bell Tower I decided to try the heat to toe package. I had my first ever facial with Angel, she was super nice & made sure to tell me exactly what she was doing, what she was using & informed me of what everything would do for my skin. I was very happy with my first facial thanks to her. After my time with Angel I had a blow out down in the salon with Alison who was also very nice & friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Bell Tower! I had been having shoulder & neck pain as well as feeling overall unwell and sluggish. I came in for a Mu Xing massage with Becky and I left feeling like a new person! I felt refreshed and rejuvenated and have not felt the sluggishness or pains since. Go here frequently for my "beauty treatments", that is haircut and massage. I've had my hair cut by Chelsea and Natalie and believe both do good work and would recommend either anytime. As for massages, I've been with Dawn, Becky and Ashley and believe all are good, especially for the deep tissue massage I enjoy. I have become a regular with Ashley the last two years and highly recommend her. I have to throw a shout out for the front desk staff as well as at the cafe. They are friendly and helpful. Overall I only have good things to say about this Spa.
