After starting a practice in Anchorage Alaska in 1991, the Frosts moved to Anacortes and started this practice in 2003. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
Being new to the neighborhood, we were so happy to find a chiropractor in our community that is so caring and showed that, in the very first visit, he could expertly take care of my needs. The front office was so very pleasant and welcoming. We know that we have found the perfect practice for us here in town!
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
Chiropractic has been shown to work better in conjunction with massage therapy. This makes sense. If muscles are tight and strained, chiropractic alignments are going to be more difficult. And after having an adjustment, tight tissues are going to try and return the body to it's rigid ways. At our office in Anacortes, we use two types of massage therapy.

Always greeted with genuine smiles and welcome from the entire team here. A great balance between a professional office and friendly environment. Chris is sensitive to his patient's nuances, and asks the right questions to make sure you get the correct care. I have always left the office feeling much better.

I really wish that water massage table was in my house. I never went to a chiropractor before because I thought they were super expensive, but it was very reasonable. My neck was so loose after the first visit. I'm kicking myself about not going sooner. Dr. Frost is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Best chriopractor ever by far, worst receptionist/massage therapist. Scheduled me with newly hired non insurance covering therapist instead of trying to schedule with the massage therapist that is covered by our insurance. Disappointed.350$ error will not make again. Only schedule chiropractor not massage.

I have the highest regard for Dr. Chris. He is the best. He takes the time to find out what is going on, if needed after hydro he will work on releasing the tensions in my hot spots. Dr. Chris has only given me the best of advice. When something goes wrong with me, I see him first. If needed he will advise me to see my regular MD. He has reviewed my xrays with me when I have not understood the other Drs. he is my go to.
I can not say enough good things about him. He is not pushy, he will not hound you to come in more than you can afford, but his prices are reasonable enough that you can afford to come in even if insurance wont cover it. Meg is great. Very knowledgeable in many areas. You will never go wrong seeking information from either of them. They are both honest and down to earth people. If you are in need of chiropractic care I would so highly recommend Team Frost.

I am new to the Anacortes area. I was under the care of a Chiropractor prior to my relocating here. I have been currently seeing Dr. Frost and I am extremely happy with his work.
