Hellerwork is a series of one-hour sessions of deep tissue bodywork and movement education designed to realign the body and release chronic tension and stress.

Went for my very 1 st massage ever! I was a little anxious and Kelly was wonderful, her place is small but very homey and relaxing, She is also very knowledgeable about the body, I would highly recommend going to her, I had open heart surgery with a double bypass and she knew just what to do, I left there feeling like a good nap was in my day!
