Services
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. Especially beneficial post surgery to improve your lymphatic circulation and inflammation. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
Laser hair removal is a great alternative to traditional methods of hair removal such as shaving, waxing, tweeze. It's gentle, safe, effective and permanently reduce unwanted hair on the face and body for all skin types. Conventional hair removals have been time-consuming and have provided short term results.
Microblading is semi-permanent makeup. It lasts for 1 - 2 years and gradually fades with time so you can return for touch-ups to restore the color of your eyebrows. The procedure takes about 90 - 120 mins. You can return to work immediately. We will numb the area first and design your eyebrow look before starting the procedure. It will mimic your real hair so it will look totally natural.
The i-Lipo low level lasers are released through the treatment pads, triggering a chemical signal in the fat cells that breaks down stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol, which are released through the cell membranes. Fat content is then transported around the body to tissues where it will be "burned off" during a period of post-treatment exercise.

Terrible experience: didn't have the attire for a Thai massage to begin with! They don't accept credit cards or digi cash which is not told when u make booking or before the massage - I had to ask my husband to bring the payment in cash. And to top this all, the owner is extremely extremely rude. Never going back

We tried for weeks to get something on the books after purchasing a Groupon for a lymphatic massage. Upon our arrival, my wife had to fill out some medical paperwork. After it was complete, he asked her why she wanted a lymphatic massage and decided to give every excuse as to why she didn't actually need it and then said that he couldn't help her with his services.
This was AFTER he made us redeem the Groupon. We asked about a different massage and said it was not needed either. He said we could give the groupon to someone else or call groupon to fix the redemption. What a WASTE of time and energy on a beautiful evening. I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Groupon with Massage Associates for the medical massage with ETPS Needleless Acupuncture. DO NOT buy this. It was not a massage. It was a handheld massager over my clothes (including sweatshirt!)--usually my bf could do this for free. In fact I could have bought one on my own from the store and had limitless usage! In addition I bought the additional cost package with the Needless Acupuncture and the man Glenn barely touched my muscles over my clothes and decided that I did NOT need it!
But I PAID for the additional cost! I was walked to the room and he changed the sheets from the last customer in front of me! He talked the whole time, labeling every muscle on my entire body, I felt like I was in an anatomy class. He answered the door once frantically during which was alarming and then used a jack hammer on my body to reset my 'muscle memory'. I did not get what i wanted and I do not wish anyone else to waste their time and money. Go get a real deep tissue massage somewhere else.'

Not a real massage, not a relaxing spa. Glenn is a one man show. He wore jeans, t-shirt, and work boots. I could hear his boots clunking the whole time. Also, he talks most of it - not able to relax and very awkward. Also, there is no hands on. He just rubs you over the sheet. Sheet was hard - like hospital sheet, so it was loud and super annoying.
Very odd technique too. So random. Then, if it wasn't bad enough, the UPS guy came so he stopped to go answer the door. he came back and made a joke about it. I tried to get back to relaxing but then the UPS guy came again bc he forgot a signature. At that point, I was over it. Avoid at all cost.

Glenn completely ripped me off. I had a groupon for 3 acupuncture sessions. Before I came in for a problem with my lower back, he told me that I might want to do massage instead as acupuncture wouldn't fix my issue but massage would. So I came in and he said "we'll do one massage session instead of the three acupuncture sessions. The massage lasts an hour and half and the acupuncture is much shorter." My groupon was $117 for three acupuncture sessions.
While the massage was happening, I said, "no, there should be at least two massages because a massage is normally $60 and I paid $117." Glenn refused. When I left he hadn't even massaged me for an hour and also told me, "massage won't fix your problem unless you get more sessions." So basically he completely lied to me, both about the massage being an hour and a half and about it fixing my issue instead of the acupuncture. Interestingly enough, he talked to me about "crooks" at car dealerships when he is one himself.

I had a Groupon for microblading. I purchased the option with the touch up. The technician was behind schedule. When I got in with her she begins by telling me I have a Groupon for the 3D microblading and not the 6D and she "really doesn't do" 3D anymore because it's not nearly as good-it takes a week or something to get certified in 3D and a year to be certified in 6D (I'm not sure I believe any of it).
She said I could just try and get my money back from Groupon if I didn't want the 6D. The catch-add $300 for the 6D. WTH?! That's double what I paid for the Groupon! I was pretty angry at the bait and switch. My nerves got the best of me and I forked over the credit card. Positives-she did a nice job and I think my brows look great! I mean I am happy at the overall work. Negatives are the tech is always late or has some level of personal problems (she missed one appointment for touch up completely, and then she was late on the second touch up appointment).
Mostly I didn't appreciate the shady upsell method that was used-I felt pressured into the add on cost and I'm still annoyed by it and it's been a minute. Meanwhile Glenn, the business owner is a nice guy and good at chit chat in the front office and he's seemingly pretty professional and knowledgeable about massage.

Recently strained my back while moving for a family member. Had a Groupon for Massage Associates that I got a few years ago and decided to give them a try. Followed the instructions, called and scheduled appointment ahead of time. When I walked into the appointment, I was greeted by Glenn and asked to fill out a medical history form, which took a few minutes. Glenn then promptly took me back the room and asked about my pain.
During the procedure, he was expertly identifying the muscles throughout. He also mentioned why certain areas are tighter than others, based on usage. When I was finished, my lower back felt excellent! Glenn also was honest about how frequently I would need to come back (which was not much), taking into consideration my age, health, etc. I will refer friends and family to Massage Associates, it was a great experience.

I used a livingsocial voucher for an hour long massage- I had a lovely experience. There was no wait time, in fact they let me come in a bit early. The woman who gave me the massage was excellent and clearly knowledgeable about different forms of massage and reflexology (I believe her name as Ami). If I didn't have to run, I would have stayed longer! I would definitely go back.

I found them on a Groupon for microblading, something I have been obsessively researching for a while. I liked their price, but wouldn't go without seeing photos of their actual clients. Lena sent me photos and I really liked what I saw so I booked my appointment! I went yesterday and they were a little behind schedule but offered me a drink and a snack while I waited.
While no one likes waiting, in this case, I was ok. I took it that she was taking her time and when you're tattooing your face, that's a good thing! I originally went for the 3D microblading, but after looking at even more of her photos I choose to go with the 6D which, to me, looks more natural and full brows. My goal is to not have to shape or fill in my brows at all so 6D was for me! Lena took her time, explained everything, conversated while the numbing cream took affect, and then we got started. I am so happy with how my brows look now, and I can't wait to go back for my follow up to complete my look.

Certified Medical Massage Associates are located in Democracy Ln b, Fairfax. Professional Therapists give massage therapies according to the medical needs. Deep tissue massage that really targets trigger points. Interior is extremely sophisticated and clean. I went there a few times to get a shoulder massage and was very happy with their services.
