I'm the 2nd daughter of an American G.I. and Korean-Japanese immigrant. Born & raised in Michigan, I'm a summer baby who hates the winter, but still loves the "Mitten State." In addition to being your resident "Birth Expert" and Massage Therapist, I'm the wife of a man who treats me like gold (which helps me serve my clients) and mom to 2 amazing sons who make me proud every day.
Families Across the US and in Canada have Received Support from Tranquil Touch Birth & Women's Wellness. Exie is specially trained in the Prevention of Birth Trauma. My goal is to ensure that you have what you need to feel fully safe and supported during this special time. From the point of contract, we will work together to understand what that means for you and how it can be accomplished, including creating your Birth Care & Support Plan. I strive to use my years of knowledge, education, and experience so that all of your pregnancy and birth concerns will be addressed.
I'm the Girl. Who is always there for people when they need a friend. I'm also the girl who faces many issues alone, but will still do anything to see someone smile. I'm Exie Buehler, your birth specialist and massage therapist. As a mom, I will never forget the feeling of wonder at the fact that my body was carrying a new life - along with the feelings of anxiety about whether or not I would be able to "succeed" at birth, breastfeeding, and parenting.Along the way, you will question yourself many times as your baby grows and you reach new stages in life.
It's funny because when I was young, I acted like and was considered an extrovert - described as "outgoing" and "bubbly". Now, I consider myself an "introvert/extrovert" because I do love people, but I also love to be by myself. That being said, I always try to put myself out there and meet people when I'm in a new place.

I can't say enough good things about Exie! I was originally looking for prenatal massage but found that Tranquil Touch also offers doula services and classes! My husband and I did the newborn class and found Exie so helpful, thorough and kind. She is exactly the type of person you'd want to help guide you through the journey of bringing a baby into the world. I highly recommend Exie and loved all of our interactions and experiences. Thank you so much for everything

Exie is so pleasant. She is very professional and takes her patients needs to the extent! I have been seeing her for over 5 years now and plan to continue to do so. With covid she takes every precaution and even more! She is very safe during these times and keeps everything safe and sanitized. I feel safe and comfortable in her office.

I have tried various massage therapists over the years. I discovered Exie when I was 4 months post partum. I have never experienced someone with the touch Exie has. I have been seeing her ever since (over 3 years). I also wish I would have known about her doula services when I was pregnant too, as she just has the most positive, calming personality, and she takes her work seriously and makes sure to be as knowledgeable as possible. I recommend her to every female I know, mom or not
