SEGO Lily Day Spa

Service was great! The issue was they offer add-on services with a printed menu but at check out you find out the prices are about 20% more then the tell you. When we asked about that the front desk said "yeah I think we raised our prices." She did not offer to refund the difference or fix the menu so the next client will also overcharged. Beware and plan to be overcharged.

I love this spa! I have tried a few in the valley, but this one is my favorite. It's clean, the atmosphere is perfect. There are showers, steam rooms and a sauna in both the men and women's locker rooms. I can't say enough. It's just perfect.

Got on a waitlist for a couples massage in January or February. In April, I was called by a younger female saying there was an opening. Gave my credit card into and booked the massage. The end of April, I called the day before the massage was scheduled to make sure I had the right time for the couples massage the following day, since I did not get any reminders about the appointments.

They had absolutely no record that I ever booked an appointment or gave my card info. I made the appointment on speaker with my husband. My husband and I were very sad since we had arranged baby sitters for our children, time away from work and commitments, and we're looking forward to a date night after I recently had a baby. Staff said they could not do anything to help me or offer any discount for another massage but if wanted, "you can schedule another massage." I feel like they didn't really care that this error happened.

They recommended I email the director. I did so and have not heard back from them. It's been a month. We were able to get into the Waldorf spa in Park City for a couples massage last minute the next day, which was fabulous. Working as a provider in healthcare and mental health can be stressful and massages have really helped me. I was very disappointed in the service at sego Lilly spa, midvale location. Kendra

Alicia is absolutely incredible. After two facials with her I genuinely feel like she is a blessing of a person to be around. She is so thoughtful and attentive and makes you feel like the most important person in her day. I will ALWAYS go back to this location for her. The actual spa is wonderful too. The perfect place to feel pampered and escape life. So happy to find them.

The Only Spa I go to. Extremely Satisfying & relaxing no matter what kind of treatment your getting. Beautiful fireplace with snack bar accompanied with elegant water fall in meditation area where you wait between sessions. Staff is very kind and always does their best to give you the ultimate pleasing experience. I highly recommend them, but appointments fill up fast and often need to be booked months in advance.

First time receiving the Ultimate Body Cure, and I'll definitely be scheduling it again. Annalyce is extremely talented and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, would highly recommend her. Overall, another great experience at Sego Lily.

It's lovely when they leave you for 30 mins past your start time. To then have to go walk out in a robe to find out your massage therapist had left. And that they did not bother to call or Inform you about the situation. Now I am sitting waiting for 90 mins while my wife finishes a facial. (Explanation was oops sorry we thought we called all the appointments. Must of just forgot yours.)

Definitely recommend coming here! It was an incredible experience, hands down! From the dressing room, to the meditation room, and then for the actual service, my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. I received the "Ultimate Facial" but it was so much more than just a facial! It was an entire body experience and so much more than I expected!

Absolutely would recommend Carol and the entire staff at Sego Lily for any self care needs you have! P.S- the robe they provided was the most comfortable and incredible robe I have ever worn in my life.

I bought my fiance a gift card. The two receptionist where very busy on the phone and had alot of clients showing up. I do recommend this spa. I gave four stars only do to the fact that they may be a little under staffed. I get it though with the pandemic and all.

I go to Sego Lily often and their services are out of this world - - I would give them 10 stars if I could for the services they offer! However their front office/counter staff and the fact they offer no loyalty program is the reason I only give them 4 stars. My love for their CBD pedicure is honestly the reason they don't get a lower score due and their front desk staff should be thankful for the fact the Eastations in the back know what they are doing and provide great service!

I haven't really been to other spas but from pictures they don't seem as amazing as this place. The fireplace room seems truly one of a kind and how dark it is everywhere in there keep us so relaxed. I love this place!

Obviously very dependent on your therapist, esthetician, etc. but I have been going here for a while and I've had good experiences. Very easy and reliable with scheduling!

Sego Lily has ruined us for other spas. The experience is so relaxing, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I've had bad massages before at other places, one that left my neck chronically injured. My massuese at Sego Lily has always treated my body with such care and respect, and I always leave feeling refreshed and restored. My husband had his first facial and massage there as a couple's retreat, and I have never seen the man more relaxed in my life -- it was adorable.

My favorite spa in the valley. So luxurious and relaxing. I've tried their massages, facials and pedicures. All very worthy. I've yet to have a bad experience. This Midvale location is the only one I've been to. I highly recommend it. All the girls here are wonderful to work with.

Horrible pedicure and such a rip off! Color lasted a few days only, very disappointed. The salon itself is nice and clean.

My happy place! nothing like walking in and forgetting the world outside exists.

What can I say about an extremely over priced pedicure. Spa ambiance was nice, how ever pedicure nothing special! I receive the same pedicure at a nice nail salon for 1/2 the price and a great choice of polish colors. At Sego Lily polish color choices were the most hideous I have ever seen. Polish job was terrible. Left and went to actual nail salon and paid again for an actual polish change to get a color that I wanted. Would not recommend or return.

Amazing pedicure today. I had not been able to get a pedicure for over a year with Covid-19 and life. I was so glad I got in today. The pedicure room is updated and so fresh and light. I loved the snack and treat options. And adding the hand mask was dreamy for my dried out hand sanitized hands. I will for sure be back way before a year. Just checking in early, showering, using their facial products and chilling in the meditation room with a book. Loved today!

This is my new favorite spa! I had a wonderful and relaxing facial and pedicure. The spa is so relaxing, the staff is talented and friendly, and the products feel and smell wonderful! I can't wait to go back again!

I haven't been to a spa this luxurious EVER (well, maybe that one place in Peru- they were EPIC!) The Massage artist hit every spot perfectly. The showers were incredibly strong- hot and rejuvenating- the meditation room was soothing with a fireplace and tea- and I came away SO relaxed and refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the week! In fact I was so destressed I tackled snowshoeing up Cottonwood canyon the next morning!

I only go about once a year, but I have always loved this place and have gone for years. However, I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I left in tears today, after I have saved for months to treat myself to a relaxing day. My facial was amazing, I was so relaxed when it came time to check out. But once I reached the reception area, I have. never felt so low and treated so rudely in my life.

My first time at Sego Lily was much more luxurious than I expected! The locker room is beautiful and very clean. My massage therapist was great and everyone at the front desk was friendly. I will definitely be returning!

We went for my fiance's birthday and did the Couples Sweet Retreat. The bath (soak) was so relaxing. They provided drinks, snacks, cool towels and eye masks, along with bath bombs and exfoliating gloves so we were very comfortable. The massages were great as well. Seara and Eban both were awesome about checking to make sure we were both very comfortable! They even provided a nice little birthday gift with product samples in it for my fiance! Needless to say 10/10 would recommend Sego Lily Spa!

I decided for my birthday that I wanted to spend a day at the spa. So, I booked myself a massage, reflexology, facial and pedicure. It was WONDERFUL! My massage therapist was amazing! I wish I could remember her name. But, the reflexology on my feet felt so good and the massage was relaxing yet she got out all of the knots in my back. Then I went and had a facial with Madison.

She did such a great job and my skin was glowing when I came out. She also did my pedicure and my toes looked and felt beautiful. When I left they asked if I would like to reschedule any service right then and I could get 10% off. So, I did. Walking out the door I felt like a new woman. : I would definitely recommend Sego Lily in Bountiful!

My girlfriend and I went in for a couples massage after having a stressful couple of months and the whole experience with Sego Lily from the moment we walked in was absolutely phenomenal. They were very professional and kind especially with all the coronavirus precautions they have in place. We had Tanya and Lupe (hopefully spelled those right) do an incredible job.

It was my first time getting a massage and they walked us through and made sure to ask us how we were doing throughout the experience. I would recommend sego lily for any self-care or relaxation needs, especially during covid!

Connie was awesome. Gave me product recommendations for home care. The treatment was just what I needed. Relaxing atmosphere, very quiet with soothing music. Fireplace and darkened waiting area. I miss having access to the locker room, but it was still great. The front desk receptionist took care of me and was great helping me with questions.

This was the best facial I have every received. Gabrielle or Gabriella (Not sure which one) did a fantastic job. She had such a calm energy and was very professional throughout. I did the extra scalp revitalization and she was so precise. Everything was very relaxing and for once my mind was relaxed. The entire atmosphere gave a relaxed feel. Even during Covid-19 things were phenomenal.

My husband and I live in Salt Lake, we came to the Bountiful location to celebrate our anniversary due to the Midvale location still being closed (due to Covid-19). It was the first week of the reopen, the spa was so clean and relaxing. Both women who did our pedicures were so friendly. Originally only one of them were scheduled to be there, the other staff offered to come in to make our anniversary special. Customer service was great, as well as the actual pedicure itself. I will definitely be going back!

Rough atmosphere, nice massage. I went in for a classic massage. I arrived early so that I could unwind in the steam room, sauna and quiet room. I was the only one in the women's area when an employee came in to check the area and lockers. She was banging loudly through the lockers as she looked through them, killing any ambiance in the area. It. was awkward and uncomfortable, so I decided to leave and head to the quiet room.

About 10 minutes into the quiet room, construction started in a different area of the spa. The spa gave me no warning of this prior to or at arrival (otherwise I would have asked to reschedule). It was loud, disruptive and very unwelcoming. Due to the construction, the music speakers in the massage room turned on and off through the massage, making an obnoxious noise (you know, the noise a speaker makes when the microphone gets too close to it.

Not pleasant). The construction continued through the entire duration of my massage. And yes, I still had to pay full price. My experience hopefully is not the norm around there; however, I doubt I will be back.

This spa is a must go to. -FRIENDLY STAFF The staff is super accommodating and beyond nice. (Main reason I keep coming back) -COMFY BEDS AND SHEETS My bed was perfectly warm and the sheets were soft and cozy. I almost fell asleep during my facial -PEACEFUL MEDITATION ROOM Super nice to be able to curl up next to the fire and drink yummy tea -AMAZING SERVICES This time I got a facial and pedicure from Brooklyn. She was very professional and helped me find the right products for my problem areas on my face. Overall an amazing experience. I will be going back very soon.

They've changed lately and I'm super disappointed. I've scheduled 3 appointments in the past month. One got canceled because they wanted to get a larger party in. One got canceled one hour before my appointment because they didn't have a massage therapist for me. The 3rd one they wanted to reschedule as I was "too far down the waitlist", even. though Charmaine told me she'd move me to the top of the list to make up for past cancelations. I have a 300$ gift card but I'd rather waste the money than ever try and go here again, or send anyone else there. Super bummed. I used to really like this place.

5/5 for pedicures, massage of any kind, great varieties of technique and products, sugar scrub in the shower and so much more. I highly recommend! Would be nice to have a little lemon or cucumber for the. water we need to be drinking, and bring back the fruit and nut mixture for a little snack. The lounging area is beautiful by the fireplace but it's obvious you've been really busy for years.comfortable but ready for a little pick me up!

I started coming here for maternity massages about a year ago and I have been very happy with my experiences. They have the proper tables that lift up for maternity massage. The ambiance and decor are very soothing. The desk staff are nice and helpful if you are trying to decide on a service or masseuse/esthetician. I highly recommend Jackie and Taylor.

Great service. I love getting facials here. Thea is the best! I also enjoy the couples soak before a massage.
