These are the worst lashes I have ever had in my life! I got them done on a Saturday and by Monday morning my left eye looked three-weeks old. Waited 48 hours to get them wet because the technician that did my lashes did not give me any care instructions whatsoever and still after showering they both looked 3 weeks old! She told me she had only been doing lashes for a few months and it shows! I will not be coming back! I will give her the compliment that they did look great when I left, hence my very large tip! I

Cait and Marlise was both so friendly and personable! I was greeted with a smile and experienced that the whole visit. They was both very professional and made me feel comfortable. Marlise is hands down a 10/10! Before going to her my lashes was falling out daily! 2.3. And sometimes even 4 lashes a day! Every time I brushed or washed my lashes several came out.
But NOT with Marlise's work! Not ONE lash has came out and it has been well over 24 hours. She was funny, friendly, professional AND does amazing work! I will not go to anyone else again! Thanks Cait and Marlise!

I was given a gift card for this place years ago, and the following mothers day I bought one for my mom. We forgot about them for quite a while and I called about a year ago to see if they would still honor them. Barb said they would and we scheduled appts. We were told the wrong date and showed up a day early, because of the mistake we were told to come back the next day and they would comp. one and to keep the gift card for a later time.
A couple weeks ago i remembered we still had the gift cards and knowing it had been a while, called to see if we could still use them. I was told they would still be honored but would expire the 21st so I scheduled an appt. for us for the 18th. We went today to get the massages, both Becca and MaryAnne did a great job (as did they ones that did our first massages) but when we went to pay it said my gift card was expired. Alyssa (the sweetest receptionist ever) didn't know what to do as the computer system wasn't letting her use it called Barb.
She told her the situation and Barb said she would be right in to show her how to change it. Alyssa asked if we wanted to wait as Brb only lived 10 minutes away and would be there shortly so we waited. Forty minutes later Barb was still nowhere to be found. I was pretty mad that we had sat there for that long and poor Alyssa kept apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. Luckily another Manager happened to be out back and was able to help her get us taken care of.
I appreciate them comping the massages for the first mix up that was made with scheduling, and I have been impressed with the massages and Alyssa but the fact that Barb knew there was an issue, and made customers wait almost an hour when she said she was coming in to help was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She should have just walked Alyssa through the steps over the phone if that were the case. Sorry for the long review but waiting almost an hour for somone to show just so we could finish paying and leave kinda ruined what would have been a great experience.

This place is clean and attentive and makes sure your taken care of. The staff is professional and more than willing to accommodate your needs. My massage was fantastic. She inquired as to what I expected and made sure I knew she was willing to change her pressure at any time. I would definitely recommend this business.

My husband got me a 60 minute massage here for Valentines day. When I called to schedule the appointment they insisted on having me put a Credit Card on file, I told them that the massage is already paid for so why do they need a Credit Card. They told me they require all appointments to be secured with a Credit Card. I made sure twice that my card wouldn't be charged at all, and they ensured me it wouldn't.
When I showed up for my appointment they had the gift card, and I confirmed again that the card on file will not be charged. They again assured me it wouldn't be charged. After the massage, they said they'd charge the card on file. I said NO! this is already paid for you have the gift card. They said, "oh yeah, your card won't be charged" The next day I checked my bank account and sure enough my card was charged for the massage. I have called 3 times and left a voicemail and haven't been able to get in touch with these guys or even have them call me back!

This place needs to do better with there scheduling. My daughter loved the first lady that did her lashes and the when she went in again she got a different lady that scheduled her appointment and when I took her in she started with her lashes cut her natural lashes and then said she did have time to do anymore and she would have to reschedule. She did reschedule and had to change the time for an earlier appointment which they said they moved her appointment up and they did not so now they have charged her card for $29 because she was told it was not on the schedule an not to come.

Just had the best massage ive ever had given by Wendy Throne. She paid special attention to my problem areas, was very professional and friendly. We are visiting from KY or I would become her regular client! She is a must if you're looking for an amazing massage that will provide substantial pain relief

Close to home, I've been coming here for years for massage. My husband and I have a favorite therapist, Emily. Can schedule online, you get an email reminder, comfortable setting, always professional. Some FSA cards work here, mine does not. They have grown over the years and offer many services other than massage.

I stopped in this morning on my way by to see if they had a couples massage time available. I am so glad they did. My massage therapist was Melissa Hopper and she was great. I just wanted a nice relaxing full body massage and she really relaxed me. She worked well on my problem areas. I really can't take deep massage and so she worked so smooth and persistent on those muscles and bent them to her will.
I feel great. The atmosphere was very nice and calming. The colors and aromas were all crafted for a nice experience. Even the receptionist was nice. We will be back for sure. The price and the service were just what I hoped for. THANKS!
