The environment at Zen was very professional. My therapist Keegan was really good at working the areas from my injuries in a car accident. I highly recommend Zen Massage.

Had one of the best massages here today! Shar was great and listened to what I needed and worked on the areas that I needed the most, I feel so relaxed!

When I tell you this place is heaven on earth, I mean it. I booked an hour massage for me and my friend for my birthday over the phone and they were able to accommodate the day and time that worked best for me. We walked in and was greeted with smiles and hellos. Olga was the one who worked on me. She was so sweet, and had the cutest accent! She had amazing flow.

I always can tell in a massage when it's just repetitive movements and it doesn't feel customized, but she had such little details with the way she was moving her fingers and it felt very customized to what I was wanting. The heated tables were amazing, and I was honestly contemplating on booking another hour because it was so good. The price was right, and both gals we met were very personable and made it a very good experience! I will definitely be coming back to see Olga

Very satisfied! I had read reviews about this place and we were in town for the weekend and I had a migraine and needed to do some thing about it! I had also heard that Jun was very good and yelp was right! She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. I feel like it wasn't your typical massage where whatever they do on the left side they do on the right side.

It seemed like she was able to feel where I needed the most work done and did that. I'm from San Diego area and I wish she lived there! I would be a regular :- don't hesitate to book an appointment!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is always so professional and polite. The facility is updated, clean, and quiet (which is surprising since it's in between a trampoline park and a gym). Heated tables, cool water, hot tea, pleasant music. all the good stuff. Shar does THE BEST work! I'm not sure what it is about how she pinpoints my knots and then maneuvers my muscles around it to release it, but holy cow does it work!

I'm never disappointed. I also highly recommend the prenatal massage for pregnant moms. I wasn't aware that this was a thing, but talk about some relief from my nerve and back pain! Do yourself a favor and come here. Its worth it!

Recently moved to the Salt Lake City area and was on the hunt for a great spa and amazing masseuse - I found both at Zen Massage! The spa is upscale, impeccably clean, well-appointed, with a quiet, calming atmosphere. The team is very qualified, experienced, and talented. Jun is amazing with intuitive hands that find those areas that need body work and attention. Hands-down one of the best massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with - I highly recommend Zen Spa, Jun, and the team!

Had my first massage here with my mother! Olga was a great masseuse and I loved this experience. Their studio is lovely and I found myself in blissful comfort throughout!

Went in for a birthday massage. My first time going to zen. It started out with a personal, by name, greet at the door and felt very welcomed. The atmosphere was perfect. The smell, the music and vibe. My therapist Shar, has a gift. the flow, pressure and routine was perfect. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was truly everything I needed.

Helen is Great, she has a superior knowledge of anatomy and was able to ease my aches and pains.

The spa itself is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I even liked the scent of the lotion they used which is rare! Unfortunately the massage itself was not great. Safe to say that it may have been the worst massage I have ever received. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage since we both needed it badly. I had Olga and my husband had Helen.

I originally asked for medium pressure but within minutes after she began, I had asked if she could increase her pressure a little. She acknowledged my request but I feel like it didn't really change. She's smaller in stature like myself so I just wrote it off as maybe it was difficult for her to do more pressure. This was just the beginning of the massage and I gritted my teeth through the rest of the 90 mins as I didn't want to interrupt my husbands massage.

Now let me point out that part of this is my fault for not speaking up but I was visibly wincing and pulling away from Olga throughout my entire massage and not once did she ask if I was doing okay. She had a dramatic inconsistency in pressure where sometimes I felt like she was just gliding over my skin and not really massaging then other times it felt like she put her full weight onto her forearm over the bonier parts of own body.

At one point she was so aggressive on my left calf muscle that she gave my a trolley horse. I lost count of the amount of times she massaged over my bones and nicked them. I would give the massage 0/5 stars but the 2 stars is for everything I did like. Definitely was not worth the money spent.

It was my first time doing couples massage and it was an amazing experience. The staff left us very comfortable and the massage was amazing. I felt very relaxed after and it was totally worth it!

Best massage I've had yet. I'm an active duty soldier enjoying a weekend pass and this has been the creme de la creme!

My husband and I tried Zen on a whim when we were looking for a couple's massage. I had Shar and I forget who my husband had, but Shar did an awesome job and really relaxing, especially for someone like me who has a hard time relaxing! She did great on my neck, shoulders, and back, just as I requested! We had an hour massage, next time we may have to do longer! Would recommend!

Helen and the other masseuse (didn't catch her name) were very kind and good at what they do. I believe we were their only appointment on Labor Day when most people had the day off, they showed up and still gave great service. We really enjoyed our couples massage.

Had my first massage here today, and it was fantastic. We just moved to town, and it usually takes a while to find a massage therapist who is a good fit, but the search is over. Highly recommend.

In contrast to the experiences I've had over the last few years with massage therapists, Brice listened and adapted the massage to make sure the pressure wasn't too strong nor too soft. He checked in multiple times throughout the massage and ensured the experience met expectations. I appreciate the communication throughout the process. Thank you, Zen and Brice! Zen creates a nice and clean environment for the massage. I imagine there are some other good therapists there, but you could ask for Brice if you want a similar experience.

We celebrated our anniversary with a couples massage here. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. June and Bryce made us feel so welcomed and each gave a great massage. We will definitely be back!

This place is great! The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. Brice was very professional and kind and focused on the areas I was having pain. My back, neck, and shoulders haven't felt this good in a long time. I would totally recommend this this place.

I went and saw Brice today and he was amazing! It was the best massage I have ever had. He communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable and that pressure was ok often. I felt extremely comfortable and he offered me lots of great advice to help me reduce the tension I keep in my shoulders and upper back.

My girlfriend and I did a deep tissue massage for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! Working stressful jobs, stress of the pandemic, and whatever other stresses we had are gone and we left feeling energized and rejuvenated. I would 10/10 recommend this practice to anyone and cannot wait for our next trip.

We decided to find a good place to get a massage after a stressful week and glad that my boyfriend recommended this place ( he used to come here regularly when he was in Jiu-Jitsu) and it exceeded my expectations. The owner and the therapist we're so professional and know what they were doing. The place is tidy and beautiful with soft and relaxing music, it instantly zens you out.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is you don't wanna leave because the massage is so relaxing and makes you wanna go to sleep. The overall experience is great and would definitely come back.

WOW! Never have I had a massage therapist move so quickly, yet s thoroughly! She has been practicing massage for 15 years and definitely knows what she's doin. Following my review, the owner reached out and offered to make it up to me. I was offered a refund or another massage. I took the other massage and had a much better experience. It was a good massage and I feel like Helen, the owner, went out of her way to make it up to me which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I will probably try going to Helen for the massage next time as lots of other people have great things to say about her.

Went to this massage place on a whim. Ended up really loving the facility. It is so nice and clean and a very calming environment. The workers that we were given were also wonderful! My husband loved his massage. The woman I was paired up with was great! I had recently undergone an acl reconstruction and she noticed before I had to tell her to be gentle on that leg. Without asking, she performed a massage to help restore muscle and strength.

This place was awesome! It is kind of tucked away in a strip mall and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and relaxing the atmosphere was. I will definitely come here again. My massage therapist was amazing I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

The massage therapists were amazing! Definitely the best massage I have ever had. The reasoning for the 2/5 stars is it was hard to relax completely due to the instrumental Irish choice of music and the clinging of weights and screaming from kids. This is in between VASA and CrossFit. so you can hear quite a bit. I never entered that deep relaxation drooling nose dripping phase of the massage due to all the noice.

It was $250 for a couples and I definitely do not feel it was worth that in the environment. I would love to go back to the massage therapists but not at that location. Shar was absolutely an amazing massage therapist.

My wife and I came in for a couples massage and had a wonderful experience. Helen was my therapist and I don't remember having a better massage. I get a massage every other week and I like deep tissue work. Helen managed to apply perfect pressure and speed with great technique. She also applied more stretching then I have ever had in a massage which was exactly what I needed.

My wife had Char and said it was an excellent deep massage. The facility was in a strip mall so we weren't expecting it to be so nice and comfortable inside, but it was very nice.

Wow amazing! I got a sports massage tonight by shar! I have a lot of stress on my back from being a hairstylist and I can't explain how good I feel after she worked on my back. She really listened to what I needed and worked on those exact spots. Would highly recommend her! On cloud 9

I found myself with sometime to kill in Salt Lake while there for business. I searched for a massage place and Zen massage came up. Peter came in special to see me on a Sunday. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had! Peter was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. It was a great combo of massage and stretch and I felt great afterward. Zen has a great atmosphere and Keegan is absolutely amazing! I have had a lot of massages in my life, but only two have been able to get deep into the area's I needed. If you need deep pressure Keegan is a master of the art.

Great & knowledgable staff. highly recommend! For a real massage with people that listen to where you want to focus the pressure points, this is the place!

Reegan was my massage therapist. She is absolutely wonderful. This was my first time there. From the time I walk in, she greeted me and made me very feel very comfortable. I explain what my problems area was. I walked out feeling light and stress free. Reegan also showed be some stretches to help with the tenses in my shoulders. Highly recommend going to her.

I know the owners and I really have to say they do a great job. They are about health, not only the physical but the mental aspect of it. Great place to get a massage.

Had Keegan H. loved her green hair! I've had hundreds of massages. I sincerely think this was the best one. Pressure was awesome. She hardly spoke. I almost feel asleep. She was great. The atmosphere of the place was calming and very. "Zen" if I must say. : Great job!

DO NOT GO HERE. It's a ma and organization. I scheduled a couples massage for Feb 13th for Valentine's Day and they called hours later saying there wasn't any availability in the first place. They said they would refund my money and offered me a good luck. Most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.

Had my first massage there on Friday evening. Wow! My masseuse was personable, friendly and did a spectacular job. Made me into a believer.
