I am a graduate of the Port Townsend School of Massage and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I hold Washington State license #MA 00022097. I have led an active life, creatively using my hands and mind at work and play as a baker, sail maker, African marimba and mbira performer. I started a new journey a couple of years ago, and I am now a certified Mindfulness Teacher who is very appreciative of the deep connections between mindfulness and bodywork - you can learn more about this part of my professional life at: Olympic Peninsula Mindfulness.

While a massage session can be entirely about one of these massage types, most massage sessions (especially after we've worked together for awhile) will be a customized combination of techniques based on our pre-table conversation. Relaxation Massage can relieve pain, tension, and stiffness in joints and muscles; calm the nervous system; improve the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
Massage cupping can be integrated into a regular massage session, or it can be included with manual lymphatic drainage for a wonderful immune-system detox/mobilization treatment! Cupping employs negative pressure on our skin, underlying fascia, muscles and interstitial space- similar to skin rolling.
You can also schedule appointments by calling me: 360.821.9368. NOTE: Payments (and co-pays) are accepted at the time of your appointment - credit card (fees may apply), check (for established clients), or cash. 60 Minute Treatment: Billed to your coverage agency - your co-pay is due at the time of massage.
I use the PayPal system, which is used to process all online payments. You do NOT need a PayPal account: you may select from American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or a PayPal account. A beautiful certificate will be mailed to you or to the lucky recipient. If you want us to mail the certificate directly to your recipient, make their address the ship-to address during the PayPal checkout.
