90 minute massage, body scrub. My first time here. Fantastic experience. Deep massage was on point! The facility is under renovation but still very accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

This was such a wonderful experience! I'm so glad to have found a proper Russian banya in the heart of Denver. The facilities were super clean and they have loads of measures in place to prevent against COVID - temperature checks, cleanings, the therapist wears a mask the whole time as do you during the portions of your treatment when you're on your back.

I had the deluxe treatment which included hot tub, banya, two massages and a salt scrub and all of it was in the comfort of my own personal room. Such an amazing experience - my body feels refreshed, my skin feels new. I'd highly recommend. Can't wait to return! Staff were all super friendly and wonderful. The receptionist was awesome. Eugene, my banya therapist was a master!

Being a massage therapist by trade so I am very picky. that being said do not let the initial look of the building fool you the treatment rooms are lovely ( getting to them looks a bit sketchy) the massage was wonderful I will be going on a regular basis.

I've had many massages but none are as good as the one's Eugene gives. He is extremely knowledgable and good at figuring out which muscles need special attention, etc. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from deep muscle pain, especially lower back, neck, shoulders, and legs.

I made appointment for hot tub and 1 hour massage at 545PM. I drove thru rush hour traffic 45 minutes, paid for parking, got inside the business at 530 PM and was then told my appointment was no longer available. The guy told me he tried to call and left message on my cell phone. No message but I did see that the business # was listed at 512 PM. Then the guy had the bright idea to ask me if I wanted to reschedule! REALLY.?Then drove 1 hour thru more rush hour traffics to get home. Terrible business practice, terrible customer service. I will never go here again. PATRONIZE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I was hesitant to go to this place. A little place at Colfax and York. My sister convinced me. I also have probably written two reviews in my life, but I felt that this place was so amazing, that it merits this review. Ibza means log cabin in Russian. I've had hundreds of massages in my life, this was incomparable. It was more like a medical intervention.

The masseur was so experienced I felt like he knew every bone and muscle in my body. I was also hesitant to have a male masseur. I was totally comfortable and this massage has ruined me for any massage I might have in the future. RUN, do not walk to this place if you need a good massage.

I can't say enough good things. One of the best massages I have ever experienced as well as a great exfoliation. It's fun to try new things and the sauna with the birch leaves was def a new experience. It's not the fanciest spa experience but the services are top notch.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at Izba! Brian was an excellent therapist and it was my good fortune that he had recently had training on working with shoulders (since I am having issues with one of mine). Super professional, fun and informative. He was very responsive to adjusting pressure when I needed it. And the banya - LOVE it! From the hot sauna on a cold day, to the honey and the leaves, to the rush of cold water at the end. Not sure why it's been years since I've been here. I'm making this treatment part of my schedule!

Izba Spa is AMAZING. Eugene gave me the best massage of my life! His hands are out of this world. He is very funny, professional and I never felt uncomfortable being nude. Highly recommend. My first time there, I tried the Izba Special with my husband, which is great to do with a friend or partner. I will absolutely be coming back for regular massages and their other services.

If you want a different kind of of spa experience Izba iz it! The Russian banya is amazing! Make sure to ask for Eugene or Tiffany both great massage therapists especially if you are looking for deep tissue work!

None of the reviews here prepared me for what happened at Izba so I'll do my best. First of all, this is a one on one experience with your therapist. I would have been way more comfortable with a woman my first time, but Eugene was very professional. You're basically naked for the entirely of the treatment as you are draped with little towels for the banya or as the therapist directs you to the next spot with a towel held up between your sweaty body and their face. I've been back 4 times. Tiffany was amazing for the massage!

And I've been able to relax into it 100% now that I know what's up. This is a perfect way to bump up a nutritional detox or just warm up during the winter. A great experience!

My partner and I decided to treat ourselves after hearing about this place from a friend. What a wonderful experience! We went for the deluxe package with seaweed wrap, so a total of 2.5 hours of pure bliss. We had Demitri and Laura (hopefully got those right), who were fantastic! Very clean and professional atmosphere. Loved the authentic Russian countryside style. It's well worth the splurge to go for the deluxe package. Will be telling everyone about this magical place! Thank you for making us feel so at peace!

Fantastic massage! Had the Eugene special and it was amazing! This is a deep tissue massage. So be aware. The benefits are worth it. I have been a repeat customer for 10 years. Must try!

This place has unfortunately went way down hill. I've been goin there for years and it was a hidden gem for a while but my last experience was awful! I took my wife for an anniversary present and we were very disappointed! For starters they had a trainee and she didn't know what she was doing. Dimitri was ok but she was not! Gave a lame massage and didn't really care! I really wish they would have let me know that she was new. I woulda went somewhere else!

This place was truly a hidden gem. I had no idea what I was in for with the banya but the overall experience was unique and incredible. Everyone was very professional and made me feel totally comfortable. The facility was also exceptionally clean and cozy. Getting fresh towels throughout the massage and banya was a really great touch. Would absolutely go back and recommend anyone who is looking for a great massage

We arrived here all ready for our deluxe treatment which included a hot tub session to start, a massage, banya (which is a steam room session whilst being hit with oak branches-it is supposed to make you sweat quicker?) then another massage, back for another banya then finish off with either a body mask or body polish. The massage was great and they ask you where you have trouble with tight muscles etc and work on those points with your preferred amount of pressure.

The banya was different but I loved the steam room and sweating it all out. I chose the body mask which smelt like seaweed and they cover your body all over and let you lie there for a while whilst it does its work on your skin. My wife chose the polish and left her skin feeling really soft but did mention it being a bit sore on her legs at times.

After all that, you have a shower to rinse off and get dressed and are greeted with fruit and tea when you make it back to the reception area. The deluxe treatment is $155 each and comparing it to other places, you get a lot of bang for your buck!

This was well worth the time! I received a deluxe treatment from Eugene and it was wonderful. He is a true professional, absolutely knows exactly how much pressure to apply and explained everything as the treatment went along. I thought it would be too much at first (2.5 hours) but it flew by and I am so happy I chose that treatment. Already standing up straighter and my body/muscles feel so much better. Please don't miss this experience. One of the best massage treatments I have ever had and can't wait to return to Izba Spa next time I visit Denver!
