Irving Massage Therapy

I'm so glad I found this place! (And it was a little tricky to find because it's located inside a chiropractic office but the GPS doesn't tell you that.) I just wanted a chair massage, which not all massage parlors offer. Susan did a fantastic job of working out the kinks in my neck and shoulders! She also offers full-body massages but, for now, I'm scheduling regular chair massages that I can do conveniently after a stressful work day.

Susan is one of the best therapists around this area. Definitely recommend

They were unprofessional and rude to me for no reason. I purchased a Groupon online and called them to make an appointment. While on the call, a white woman had an rude attitude with me, as if her business didn't post the discounted Groupon massage online themselves'. I still placed the appointment because I already had purchased the Groupon. I then attempted to call back to confirm my appointment and my calls were purposely declined and avoided.

Chris and Susan worked us in for a 3 massages last minute on a Saturday. They are both wonderful! Feel so relaxed! Highly professional.

I call yesterday and left a voice mail. I have not heard from them. Tried to call them today and no answer. Not happy that they didn't answer.

This is such an amazing place for a massage. Certainly the best in Irving. Susan, who gave me the massage, worked on my knots and stiffness so well. Will be visiting again in future.

This was the absolutely best massage I ever had. I requested Susan for targeting a few areas and I became a believer - Hallelujah. Highly recommend their service to my friends & family that live all across the Dallas metroplex. Well worth your and your time.

I've been going to Irving Massage Therapy for more than 15 years and cannot say enough good things about them. Susan has been my therapist for all these years and she really knows all my aching muscles and nerves as I have many back problems. She does an excellent deep tissue massage and works out all my knots. She also makes excellent recommendations on how I should manage my back. All the staff are friendly and the environment is comfortable.

This was my first massage ever. It was pretty amazing. I chose This place because of the great reviews and the fact it was local. It's not a visually stunning place but Kris knows her stuff. I bought three more sessions from Groupon.

I went to Irving Massage Therapy today! I absolutely loved it! Alisha was fabulous. I never write reviews. But, I needed to let the world know how awesome it was. I've gotten massages before. But, this is the first time that I felt as though it was worth my money. I left their establishment stress and knot free! Thank you guys so much for your upbeat attitudes, level of professionalism and awesome massages! I will be back. Thank you again.

Great massage value for the price. The exterior isn't that nice but it's still a great place. Alisha is my therapist and she does amazing work for me.

This place is great. The location my not impress, but the service will. I've gotten a massage from here on several occasions. I perfer the chair massage becasue it allows me to get in quickly and back to work. Twice I gotten therapy from Chris, she is awesome. Her chair massages are exactly what I needed. I have not been disappointed with any of my visits. I highly recommend Irving Massage Therapy.

Lenore was awesome! I had a large amount of stress knots and she made me feel brand new! I highly recommend her for the full body massage!

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE! Do NOT Buy this Groupon! Groupon gives you the option to give 3 appointments time options, I chose Friday 6 when I got off work and alternate on Saturday afternoon. I received the confirmation email back from Groupon that the business confirmed my 1st choice, Friday at 6. So I get a call while I'm at work, that my appt is Friday at 4? WTF?

So I called, they tell me they are already booked for 6, and can't get me until Saturday. Well, I already have a planned/booked weekend. So the manager Susan tells me, they're system is not booked to Groupon? Wtf again, so why do you provide that option? This has been a complete waste of money and has made the start of my weekend horrible from what was supposed to be the beginning of a perfect weekend!

I've been here a few times. I really enjoy it. Both times I've had Jennifer as my LMT. She is really comforting. You actually get massaged for the time you pay for. It's NOT like those places where you pay for an hour and they start the clock as soon as you start walking back to the room; before you're even undressed and on the table. At Irving Massage your time starts when the healing hands touch the skin.

Wonderful hot rocks massage experience! This is a true "don't judge a book by its cover" story. I was skeptical from the looks of it on the outside, but the services rendered were top notch!

As the previous Poster says, the services here are far better than their location would suggest; in fact, if they were located elsewhere (or had a slightly more sophisticated interior), I'd go far more often. Marit {truly hope I'm spelling her name correctly!} is won-der-ful, and I have been to her for several Swedish massages. While I'd mistakenly tried another Massage spot in Irving recently (see my other Posts), I can say the professionals at Irving Massage Therapy truly try their best to respect and accommodate Clients.

My best friend wanted a massage for her birthday and I wanted to do one for us in the same room and the staff here was so accomodating! We got two different types of massages; a hot stone one for my friend and a sports one for me. The staff was so great at what they did and friendly! I think we laughed and talked the whole way through; it was a great experience for my friend's birthday and we were so relaxed when it was all over that my friend actually fell asleep!

It is in a strip mall, so don't let the appearances deceive you - the services are great! They offer a wide variety of things I didn't even know people had done to them and were more than willing to explain what it all was and what was going on.
