First time going there, it was recommended by a friend and id recommended it too, hadn't had my hair cut for about two and a half years, and Eve did a fantastic job, I came out a new woman.

I have loved their services in the past but feel extremely disappointed in my treatment there today. Because of downtown road construction, I was 10 minutes late to a haircut I had scheduled with a particular hard-to-book stylist months ago. I explained why I was late and needed the cut for a marketing shoot I was getting soon. No understanding or flexibility. Just a no, and you'll need to rebook. Very very frustrating and disappointing, not to mention it's affecting my business plans and revenue. :

Wow. We've been to many many spas over the years for couples massage. These were the two most Unfriendly massage therapists we've ever had. They seemed bothered during the entire experience. My therapist never asked once how the pressure was and just burned right through the massage. Not many good vibes floating around this place. We Would not recommend a massage here.

Critical: Professionalism lidia has a terrible attitude. Who doesn't do a little consultation before they let a new stylist cut a style not everyone can do but says they can? I have recently moved to Eugene and made an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed from a different salon. Unfortunately the person took most of my brow and reshaped them. I went in for just a "clean-up." I scheduled a tinting of my eyebrows at Bello in hopes it would help with the disaster and I saw Brittany. WOW! She is fantastic! She is knowledgable, super friendly and truly made my day! She made my eyebrows have shape again!

I live out of town and am here visiting my grandchildren and their parents. Needed a haircut and my daughter in law arranged a cut at the salon. Abby was so great, really nice shampoo and quickly understood what I wanted. I was very pleased with the results. She was very easy to talk to and it was clear she was very experienced. The salon itself was clean and had a lot of great products. I would highly recommend this salon. I will be back when I come back to town.

I moved to Eugene 3 years ago and was extremely blessed to find Bello. I have always been very pleased with the cut and style I received from McKenzie and Holly. I always walk away happy and feeling good. My entire family loves Bello. Thank you for the fantastic hair cuts, professionalism and great service.

I have been a customer at Bello for years. I have seen several stylists over the years and they have all been amazing! I just saw Abbey yesterday for the first time and as always - I am absolutely thrilled with my hair. The entire staff is always welcoming and it's always clean. I have visited a couple of other salons over the years and always return to Bello. I've read other reviews regarding their prices being high. I guess you get what you pay for because I'm never disappointed when I leave Bello.

I went in for a deluxe pedicure with my mom and one of the women who worked on us was snarky, rude, and barely gave me the massage or foot rub that we paid for. She made negative comments throughout, seemed unhappy to be there, and did the absolute minimum. The pedicure itself was average, but the service was really what was lacking. Definitely not worth paying twice the price as a nail salon. Go somewhere else!

Always have had a great experience at Bello. Very relaxing pedis too. I want Chelsea to tat my eyebrows.she does amazing work.

Just had the most amazing massage by Amy. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She was able to unknot my neck and shoulders from overuse as a dental hygienist. Feel the best I have in months!

I love Bello! I recently moved here from the Bay Area and started to surf the web for salons in the area. Bello's website caught my eye and I booked an appointment with Candace a few months back and I've been coming back ever since. I really love how she cuts my hair, she has a great sense of style and it's fun to get my hair done with her.

The salon is super clean and posh, it feels luxurious to visit and the staff are really nice. I want to save up to get a massage or facial or have an event to go to to get my nails done someday!

I recently started seeing Erin P for eyebrow sugaring and I am so happy I found her! Up until seeing Erin I was getting my brows threaded and unfortunately my brows were not as symmetrical as I would like. After just two visits my brows are exactly what I have been wanting. Erin takes the time to explain what materials she's using, why she's using a certain technique vs. another, and has always shown attention to detail but in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you're looking for eyebrow sugaring!

I love Bello. I get my lashes, brows and hair done by wonderful professionals and have never walked away disappointed. Need a perfect eyebrows waxing /tinting? Britney is your girl she has been doing my eyebrows since March 2019. She is very professional kind and caring. She has done my eyebrows perfectly every time along with eyebrow tinting. I recommend her for the perfect eyebrows. The spa is beautiful and have always felt welcomed.

I had my haircut& Balayage with Kimberly G!She is very kind, caring, professional and easy to chat with! she listens to what my wishes are for my hair and she did a great job with the layered hair cut and color! she is my person to go to and highly recommend her!

Kelly is a great hair stylist! A local Eugene girl with NYC experience. She has the sweetest personality and delivered exactly what I requested. Highly recommend Kelly, she's awesome!

This was the WORST experience I had at a hair salon. I went in with virgin hair and I was completely disappointed how my hair was RUINED. I made an appointment for a single balayage with Kelly back in April, I showed her what I eventually wanted my hair to look like and she did let me know that would take a few appointments as my hair is very dark which I understood.

I ALSO let her know that I didn't want my hair a caramel color when she used that exact toner. I called in since my hair was just a mess after my appointment there and they told me they wouldn't be able to give me a refund (a little understandable) but then wanted me to go in and see Kelly again which I refused as she already ruined my hair with the first appointment.

I asked to see someone else which was Savanna she put a different toner on my hair and it didn't make much of a difference to the blotchy/uneven look of the "balayage". I decided to not go back since they weren't going to refund me or give me better service. I went to Tara that works at a completely different salon and she definitely helped me achieve the color I wanted in ONE appointment. I just wouldn't come here and seek hair serivces elsewhere.

I love Bello! I have been coming here for about four years. I get all my haircuts, balayages, facials, and massages here. Everyone has always been so nice and the scalp massages when you get a haircut are to die for. I've been to several salons around town but Bello never falls short of my expectations. Kimberly G has done my hair for a while now and she does an excellent job. I've had others cut my hair and they've been great as well.

Sometimes when you go to other salons people have different styles of cutting or styling hair and you will get a different result every time. Not at Bello. I feel that while everyone has his/her own style, they maintain a standard. As someone who is picky about her haircuts, I appreciate that -- a lot. I also love that once a year they have an annual sale on products and gift cards!

Friendly, professional, beautiful ambiance. My to-go place for a pedicure and some "me-time". The seasonal cocktail pedicures are fun but today I just had a no frills Spa Pedicure and as usual it made me feel relaxed and pampered. Cup of tea in hand while your feet and lower legs get treated, very very nice! And my nails and feet look gorgeous! I love the fact that I can schedule my appointments on-line and this system has never failed me yet.

Had my first trip here today, which considering I can walk there is a bummer. I will def be back! Kimberly gave me an awesome cut, which feels so light and summery. I told her I'd pay her just to massage my scalp all day. Seriously!

I could not believe this salon had an average of 4 stars rating! I give it all 5! I have been going here since it opened and have been with the two owners at their previous salon! It is wonderful! I have had massages, facials, manicures, tanning, haircolor and blowouts! I feel comfortable that any one of their stylists could color or blowout my hair expertly, and I know because I am there a lot! I don't know know how I could survive without them!

I love Bello. I can't always afford to go here, but when I have the money, it's my first place of choice. Their employees are friendly and they really take their time on your service. The pedicure room is amazingly comfortable and calm. The manicures I've received were always on point. I'm a nail biter, and the nail technicians have never made me feel bad -about it (like other nail techs have) but they give me helpful tips on how to stop and encouragement. I especially like Laura. My eyebrow waxes have always been great. I'm always hesitant to go anywhere else for waxing. Bello is A+ in service and quality!

Erin P was great! I enjoyed chatting with her while she did her thang. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good sugarer. My only things that I was put off by were feeling slightly ignored by the people working at the front desk. I had to get their attention to help me, when they were just standing around. Also, their pricing is really high and could be dropped down by $15-20.

It would be nice if there was some sort of frequent buyers card or something that allowed for regulars to get a stamp or punch in their card each time and get a free service or discount after their 10th visit or something of that nature. Seeing that this is the only place in Eugene that even does sugaring, I most likely will continue going.

Visited bello with my bridesmaids for pedicures and they have made us feel comfortable, relaxed and pampered! Way to go ladies! Ella did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure for my wedding and I am ridiculously in love with my nails!
