Marlene Varady - License #1971 has been licensed since 1985 and has her own style of deep vigorous massage and stretching, also using lineaments, aroma therapy oils and Hot Stones. Marlene started the Crest Massage Center about 33 years ago. As a young child she had interest in touching and helping people feel better, and started with massaging her grandmothers hands and feet.

Would highly recommend this experience! I've been internalizing stress and was getting used to aches and pains at age 29. I've starting a massage series (with elements of gentle realignment, acupressure, heat treatment, and more) with Richard and it's been life-changing. I've had previous experience with massage, yoga, tai chi, feldenkrais. and I've let time get between me and those practices.
Now I mostly sit at a desk. Richard is clearly a practiced in a multitude of massage techniques and physical healing methods. With my second session he addressed where my bones were twisted and locked up in three keys parts of my body. I didn't even realize that could happen to a pelvis but it explained the tension in my hip and lower back pain. It was wonderful to have what were vague suspicions of discomfort and tension addressed with gentle realignment. I suspect we all have pinches and knots that need urgent care, and hope people seek out that care. I'm grateful I did.

I have chronic back problems, and have partial fusion. I've come in hunched over in pain and I leave 100 times better.
