Arbor has been nothing but amazing to me so far. I've been twice, seeing Jeff for a styling and Mary for color, both were absolutely stellar. Jeff clearly has years of experience, using clear and concise terms and definitions to assure we were on the same page regarding the visions we both had for my hair. I've been to many salons, and never has anyone else been as transparent with me during our sessions.
I cannot express how deeply I value both Jeff and Mary making sure I'm loving their work so far. Mary's coloring was exactly on par with my reference image, and shot that out of the park. I look *better* than the photo I brought in. She knows what she's doing. I had a glaze + bleaching, a deep conditioning treatment, and a trim. Walked out for ~$250. All in all, It's worth the extra money to go to Arbor. Edit: 12/8 Got amazing see-through bangs thanks to Haley. She nailed it. Only charged $5. absolutely amazing work.

Jeff at Arbor gave me the best haircut I have ever had! I called Arbor on an impulse and Jeff was able to get me in same day. All staff were professional, kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere at the salon is cute and cozy, with a little coffee bar in the waiting area. Jeff has been doing hair for 32 years, and it shows. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and so quick! For once my hair actually turned out better than my reference photo! I am thrilled with my haircut and I will definitely be returning.

I LOVE coming to the Arbor. Christen Britt is a hair magician and always does a fantastic job giving me exactly what I ask for. There was zero wait time and I was treated like family from the moment I walked through the door. It is the ONLY place that I trust to do my hair, and I've recently started bringing my 6 year old daughter. They did an excellent job making her comfortable and giving her the "princess hair" she always wanted. If you love being pampered and wanna leave feeling like a movie star, this is your place.
