Relax To The Max Massage

We just moved to Wilmington and I was missing my massages so thought I would try Relax! Based on all the great reviews, I was very much looking forward to it along with the facial I booked. The massage was so-so. He didn't use enough oil even though I asked him to. There were times there was no oil on my skin. The back portion consisted of him using his forearm 90% of the time vs any hand massaging or kneading.

The facial was also so-so. She didn't touch the area between my nose and lip, and barely my neck. Towels were too hot until I asked for cooler towels. I did like the products used although have no idea what they were.there was no explanation. At checkout, no one bothered to ask how the services were, so I didn't tell them. Perhaps I got a couple of new therapists, I don't know but the whole experience left me wanting.

I have been with various masseuses at Relax! and always had an awesome experience. The thing I love most about Chrissy is she listens to my needs and blends my requests based on my untrained experiences with her expertise. I love her use of deep tissue (my request) along with pressure points and reiki and whatever other awesomeness she is blending in! I and my lower back and hips are so thankful! Love, love, love Relax!

Chrissy was incredible. Got a 90min custom massage with her and she managed to reach places in my lower back and hips that I've been trying to get worked out for a while now. I could tell by the way she used her hands that she was extremely knowledgeable about what she was doing and the muscles she was working, it's like she was waiting for the muscles to speak to her before she dove in!

She told me that before the massage my hips had been rotated and one sat higher than the other. I felt amazing after a wonderfully healing 90min and I can guarantee I will be back

I've seen 3 different massage therapists here and they have all been phenomenal. It's a wonderfully clean, professional, and relaxing environment that they've created. My massage today with Chrissy was 2 hrs of ultimate relaxation. She listened carefully to the notes I made about sensitive areas and adjusted accordingly. I will absolutely book with her again!

Relax! Massage Therapy is such a great, down to earth place to go to receive relaxation. Everyone has always been super friendly! I have been religiously going for the past (almost) 3 years and have been seeing Stephanie Arnold. She is hands down THE BEST. I have chronic tension headaches and she has been the only comfort I have found. She has recently started offering different types of facials and is just as amazing in that as she is at massages. I highly recommend her! She stays busy but you won't regret the decision!

I had my first experience with Relax! last weekend and it was wonderful from start to finish. I booked a 90 minute custom massage with Kris and he did an incredible job! He made me feel super relaxed and as a current nursing student, that's a pretty difficult task to accomplish! I had SO much tension in my neck and upper back, and he used the perfect amount of pressure - I literally left my session feeling inches taller. I will definitely be back very soon!

I have been getting regular massage with cupping from Stephanie Arnold for several years. She is the best, is very knowledgeable and will make recommendations on stretching or exercise I can do at home. I was so excited to have my first facial with her and she did not disappoint. She did a soothing facial with no extractions. The products that she applied smelled either floral / fruity.

I tried a facial lotion that she recommended and It is great, my skin is so much brighter and softer. She made some recommendations for home care rituals that will enhance my skins appearance. Her room is so cozy it just enhances the relaxing experience.

Steffie was wonderful. She focused on the areas that really needed work. We had great conversation until I got so relaxed that I started falling asleep. I can't wait for our next session. The facility was clean, warm, and welcoming. All of the staff was fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I received a hour long massage and immediately after was changed into a spa robe and comfy slippers. I made my way to my facial, which was also a hour long. In-between rooms they would give me water to drink from having the best massage/facial of my life. I am a mother of 1 and a step mom of 3. I told them exactly what where I was hurting on my body and told them specifically about my facial care routine.

I left feeling like butter. I would definitely recommend Relax for anyone needing to relieve stress, pamper yourself and be completely honest about what your face and body that you need help with. It was extremely easy to change my massage therapist to female. They decided to stay later to accommodate my needs. 12/10 for sure!

Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, courteous, and polite. The facility is top tier across the board. My therapist, Anjel was incredible! Without question, the best massage I have ever received! Her years of experience show in her skills, abilities and knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing masseuse!
