I had a vision to turn my dark, dull winter hair into spring ready sunshine. Ms Keri, along with her sister assistant Ms Hannah, achieved this look for me flawlessly. Each employee I encountered exemplified amazing customer service and the salon itself is beyond clean, bright and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful salon and I WILL be back! Ms Keri and Ms Hannah are top notch.

I'm so grateful to have found a salon and stylist here in Wilmington! Kylie is hands down one of the nicest and most talented stylists I've had the pleasure of entrusting my hair with. She understands my hair texture and has recommended products accordingly - which was a blessing this summer with the humidity. When I decided to venture into the world of coloring, she asked for photos in advanced to help conceptualize my idea.

On the day of, we revisited them and spoke about specifics - the bayalage style, shades, thickness of pieces, etc. Despite knowing I'd walk out with a new look, I felt confident in Kylie's skills and abilities. And she created the most natural and fitting color I could have hoped for! The skill and professionalism at this salon exceeds expectations - give them a call and find your best matched stylist!

I received a wonderful facial at 1051 from Taylor Holmes. She was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel like an old friend and we chatted all throughout my facial, which included extractions, a lymphatic massage, and a wonderfully relaxing arm and hand massage. The treatment room was so tranquil and cozy. I left with my skin soft, refreshed, and glowing. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for an esthetician in Wilmington!

Great salon, staff are very nice. Jacob is my hair stylist and he is excellent, won't get it cut with anyone but him!

Finally found a hair salon, after going to about 6 different ones, that can actually cut, color, and style short hair really well. Reasonable prices too. Thank goodness I don't have to move back to New Jersey.

Kelly was an amazing massage therapist! I have a very painful shoulder and neck and she really helped me to feel better. She was really nice too as she suggested other things I can do when I return home to NY from my Wilmington trip.

FABULOUS HAIR SALON AND SPA! I recently just moved into the area from New York. I had a few experiences with the local salons that left me wanting and concerned that anyone knew what current hairstyles and colors were all about. I was getting very saddened that I would not find a quality salon that had the experience and current styles I was looking for. Luckily my sister-in-law suggested her hairdresser, Alicia B. at 1051 salon and spa out of Wilmington, North Carolina.

My first visit with her was like heaven. She and her assistant were extraordinarily attentive and she totally got my vibe and what I was looking for. She is extremely talented and a lot of fun to talk to and I had a wonderful time. Such a good time in fact that I went back to the front desk to see if they had any openings for the spa and they fit me in for a facial.

All in all, the day went great! Love my new hairstyle and love Alicia. Thank you 1051 salon and spa. You've given me a little taste of NYC which I was missing terribly. I look forward to my next cut!

There are so many amazing things about this place and I haven't even gone to the spa.yet! I had an appointment with Hope and being new to the area I was worried about my hair. Absolutely NOTHING to worry about here. Not only was she warm, welcoming and so down to earth, but she listened to what I wanted and she delivered! I absolutely love her personality and loved that she also had awesome food and restaurants in the area to share with me.

The products used at this salon were awesome and made my hair feel so fresh, clean and perfect. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to go back. What a treat!

The great things about 1051 -- It's new, sparkling clean, upscale. Hairdressers rock, especially Alicia and her assistant, Allie. Alicia is a real find, though I hate to tell the world about her because it's already hard to get in to see her! She's as good as the best in San Francisco, where I used to live. The whole salon is sophisticated (elegant, everyone wears black, comfy but not overdone). Just had a nice pedicure with Kathryn (only downside is she doesn't take cards, only cash or check).

I am on vacation in Wilmington just for a week and wanted a wax. It took a while to look for a place and I went here with hesitation that there weren't any reviews. I am happy to report that Linzy was great and I felt comfortable at 1051. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. Considering going back again this week.
