What a wonderful massage. Holly has magic hands. I can't recommend her enough. Go experience this for yourself.

I had to leave this review due to it being the worst massage ever. I get massages frequently and I have visited most spas locally. My masseuse had no technique. She applied small amounts of pressure to my knots but then didn't follow through with working them out. I ended up getting a massage elsewhere a couple days later to alleviate the pain. I paid for an add on of a scalp massage which consisted of fingertips lightly pressing my scalp.not worth the 15 minutes.

Beautiful place but that's not what matters to me. I am all about spending on self care but Ki Spa DID NOT deliver for me. It was almost double the price as other places and poor quality. My friend also had a bad experience with her masseuse who dug into her and was not paying attention to her body language. I don't understand the hype?

I booked treatments that should have been 2 hrs. 15 min. and received 1 hr. 50 min! The reflexology. not so much. It was really just massage. The Shirahdahra. absolutely not! It was a warm oil hair treatment and not done properly. I could have spent $10 at Walgreens for the same thing. On the plus side, my therapist was very nice and did a good job with the massage.

She was very pleasant and had some good technique. I was a massage therapist for 20 years and owned two private spas, so my review is based on my own knowledge, skills, and p.ractices. If someone books time. give them their full time. Every massage is actually 5 min. off top and end for intake/undressing/dressing, In other words, a 60 min. massage is really 50 min. of hands on time.so a 2 1/4 hr. treatment should be 2 hr. 5 min. of hands on!

And if you are going to provide a service.you better actually know how to do it! Don't assume that you can charge top dollar and bet on your clients being stupid and not knowing what something should be. Big mistake! I actually spend a lot of money on massage and spa services on a weekly basis. WON'T BE BACK!

Perfect Spa experience! Had an incredible deep tissue Healing Stone Massage with a Microderm Wine Peel Facial and a Heated stone pedicure and reflexology! The treatments here are far superior to any I've seen at other spas and their monthly rotating specials keep me coming back to try the new offerings each month! The staff from front desk to the therapists are all professional and well trained, highly skilled and I always leave completely renewed.

If you're looking for a true spa experience this is the only place in town. All candle light, spa music, relaxation rooms, shower, lockers, spa lunch and complete tranquility throughout this space. Love their products also and that they always have beneficial home care to help me create a spa experience once I get home! A must for true wellness and rejuvenation.

I have always loved this spa. The staff are so very friendly, including the owner. I love where it is located and the parking is free and in a safe area. This is one of the spas in town that actually feels like a spa. The atmosphere is so peaceful with darkened hallways and beautiful lighting. If you are having multiple services done then they have a room to slip on your robe and lock your items in a locker.

I have gotten several massages since COVID started and I will say that this spa takes the highest precautions. I actually was disappointed that the tea wasn't served due to this, but I am sure when the pandemic is over it will be back. The serenity oil blend is fantastic and made by a lovely woman named Stacey. I had a massage and a facial today and enjoyed both very much. There is also a retail store in the lobby that sells many great products like Jurlique, Aveda, etc.

I had such a great experience here and would definitely recommend this spa. Nicole, thank you for squeezing me into the busy schedule yesterday and making me feel so welcomed when I walked in the door. Jenny, thank you for the amazing neck massage. I will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Can't thank Jenny and Kay enough for their help. This was my first time having any spa services before, and everyone was so kind and supportive. Jenny literally melted away 3 years of grad school stress and tension, and Kay made me feel like a queen. Thank you all so much, you do amazing work.

The most upscale experience from start to finish. Always greeted with such kindness and attention. Every massage I have had here has exceeded any other massage elsewhere. They are true professionals that can read your body. Seth instantly was able to find and focus on my problem areas and relieve so much tension. He is extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend treating yourself with a visit to this spa for their services. You won't ever go elsewhere once you experience ki spa! We will be back soon, thank you!

I love this spa! The staff are always suggesting products that make my life easier. Switching to Jurlique products and the Farmhouse scrubs have changed my life. Oh, did I mention that they sponsor annually a Cancer survivor night with free spa services. It's so humbling to have someone make me a priority for an hour.

For several years now Ki Spa has hosted a special Breast Cancer night for survivors. My first time at Ki was on that special night. I've been several times since then. The place and people of Ki Spa are amazing. The massage therapists have always been great. Especially Zeke! The ladies in the spa are very sweet, helpful and friendly. They have great product for sale at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place!

Very disappointed at most recent visit (last week) to Ki Spa. I used a gift certificate received from my friends as a retirement gift and opted for the microderm facial and deep tissue massage. I was told upon making the appointment that I would have Kenya for the facial and Stef (male) for massage but was given someone else for both services. Upon arrival I was told it was the facial therapist's first time ever giving a microderm facial.

She was very nice but here I am.5 days later.with raw skin on one side of my lower chin. When I went back into Ki Spa over the weekend to show and ask about the section of my face that was still raw, I was told to put neosporin on that area and "it should be okay in a few more days". The massage was okay but certainly not the deep tissue massage I had requested. I will probably not be returning to Ki Spa.especially since there are several other better options here in Wilmington.

Excellent massage. Had foot surgery in June. Major muscle atrophy and pain in legs and shoulders. Zeke was effectively perfect. Thanks.

Through the years, I have enjoyed the Ki Spa and everyone is so nice. Last night I had a wonderful massage with J'Licca celebrating breast cancer survivors. I have enjoyed manicures and pedicures and they sale Zoya, which is one of the safer polishes. Thank you, Ki Spa ladies!

I went for a massage and had a pretty lousy experience; I will not be returning. I took a chance on a male masseuse, which I rarely do, and paid the price. While I was in the waiting room I heard the receptionist and an employee bad mouthing a customer for being late. That same employee was my masseuse! He led me to the room to get changed and seemed kind of off, he definitely didn't give off a calm, chill vibe like most masseuses.

During the massage there wasn't any music! At the very least there could have been some nature noises. Instead, I had to listen to the guy mouth breath incessantly into my ear. It was like your worst public transit experience, but now you're naked. Oh, and the blanket they put on me looked and felt like a velvet curtain from a theater. I couldn't wait to leave and never return.

I live in N.Y.C& I had a gift card from spaweek.com. I was excited to find out that this spa took my gift card from spaweek.com. I came to Wilmington to surprise my mother for her birthday for Spa services. My mother had a wonderful experience here she enjoyed the ambience of the Spa it's located in a nice area. Truman performed the body massage on my mother and Angela did the facial on my mother. Truman & Angela were very professional & friendly.

I must say my mother is a picky person but overall she enjoyed her experience and didn't have nothing to complain about. I could see a small difference in my mother face when I arrived to pick her up from her facial. She even brought some products from here. So since my mother was happy with her experience. I'm happier and will be booking her some more services in the near future.

I treated myself with a facial and massage for my birthday on Oct. 3rd. The facial was such a disaster (technician was very unprofessional and unsanitary). I spoke to the manager the next day they were open. She said she would look into it and call me the next day and "make things right". I never received a phone call. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! What a lovely spa experience! We were greeted by friendly staff and ushered into a relaxation room and offered ginger tea. I had a facial that was incredibly relaxing. Their use of essential oils was perfect.

I recently used a gift card to get the healing stone pedicure. Heather is fantastic at what she does! She even cleaned up a bad french manicure I got from another salon the day before PRO-BONO! Her attention to detail, friendly personality and great conversation allowed me to feel not only like a valued customer but also like a new friend! I will definitely be back.

One word----SETH I'm from LA and I was not expecting to be blown away by a massage in a smaller city. This man has magic fingers and I seriously came out of there feeling like I had a transcendent experience. I went the following week to see if it was a fluke and it wasn't folks. Get over there and let Seth work his magic! A couple of my friends have tried him out and they agree. I will be going 1 more time before I go back to LA. I'm seriously gonna miss this guy's mad skills.

I went here for a sinus tamer when my sinuses were at their worst. Jennifer did an amazing job! I told her a few of my ailments, and she picked out a few things for 'home care'. I also bought a few things from their Aveda stock since I love their products. The salon is beautifully decorated and the people were very nice.

I had a wonderful massage yesterday with Seth. One of the best I've ever had and I go pretty often, to places in Los Angeles and all over the world. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. This will continue to be one of my "must-stops" whenever I'm in the area - so glad I discovered it!

I got my boyfriend a gift certificate here. The service was wonderful. He ended up paying for me to get one too. The tension tamer massage was. SO delightful. Seth was thorough and really paid attention to the areas the needed work. I was so impossibly relaxed-- he was exactly what I needed! My boyfriend had Truman, and he sounds like he is just as great. A wonderful atmosphere and great massage talent. I may try a pedi next. Stay tuned!

Granted, this review is a bit late. I went with my girlfriend for a couples massage early this year. Here's the breakdown. You get put in a private changing room (normal) You put on a robe and sandals (normal) You go to the couples room with two massage tables (normal) Decorations are nice, environment is pleasant so worthy of more stars right?

Well we were there for a massage. I got a new girl, and my girlfriend got the manager/owner? So my girl was terrified.she either had no idea what she was doing or she was too nervous to do her job effectively. It was painful and uncomfortable. I think they cater to women who have no clue what a massage should be like but that is just speculation. I'm generally such a go with the flow type of guy and nothing really gets to me but the blahhh experience here was review worthy and maybe they have improved over the last year but by the looks of the other reviews I think i'm amongst others with a similar experience. Just stay away.

Best spa and staff! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the facials are great! I will definitely return for the Ki healing stone massage. Highly recommend! I left feeling like a goddess. : ))))))

DO NOT GO TO KI SPA! This is the WORST place I have ever been. I go to a spa just about every week. The massage therapist have no clue what they are doing. I was amazed on how poorly my therapist paid attention. The nail techs are in a world that's not here and they cut off my nails I was heart broken, my facial was terrifying and they can not even wax.

I had patches of hair on my legs. They messed up my eyebrows. I had a wedding I was getting ready for and if it would have been my wedding I would have blown my top. Stay away from this spa. Save your money and go else where.

I booked this place for the day before my wedding for myself and the girls in my wedding party for massages and manicures. My manicurist was really off seeming, nutty. I told her that I'd been growing my nails out for months for my wedding photos and she proceeded to cut two of them completely off. I looked down in horror and saw that she had mangled nails of her own with horribly painted nail polish, like a 4 year old had painted them.

I went into the lobby to ask the people up front what was wrong with their manicurist, and they admitted that one of their regular people had called in sick, so they called a temp to fill in, and they had never worked with her before. This is who they chose to give to the BRIDE for her manicure. I had a complete breakdown. They ushered me into the back and when I kept asking them where my mother was, they ignored me. Turns out, they had brought her up front to charge her in full for all of their services.

They wanted to get her to pay before she saw how upset I was. They ruined the day before my wedding without apology and charged us full price. I had to hide my fingernails in my wedding photos. I sent the manager a letter telling he/she how upset I was about the whole ordeal and never heard a word back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place, they obviously don't care about fixing a mistake, they'd rather cover it up and move on.

My wife makes it so easy for me on her birthday, she TELLS me she's going to Ki for a massage. Can't go wrong if you need a birthday gift idea.

We got a gift certificate for a couples full body massage and it was great. Granted, this is the first spa I have been to and the first full body massage I have received, but it was amazing. The staff was quite courteous to our needs and made us (and especially me) feel very welcome and not awkward in the least bit. They gave ample attention to us and we really did hate having to leave.
