Namaspa has everything so dialed. I appreciate the well qualified teachers, variety of classes, options for in-studio and streaming, commitment to safe practices, friendly greeting at the door upon arrival, and stickers on the studio floor to optimize mat arrangements. Plus the studio is committed to giving back to our central Oregon neighbors in need.

I love this studio! Great community vibe. I really appreciate the work they do through the Namaspa foundation & the social justice book club is rad! $5 classes available via newly trained yoga instructors for a budget friendly class. I've been loving the Vin/Yin classes lately as I ease back into my yoga practice after over a year of (not really) practicing at home. I'm grateful to have this space to engage, flow & relax!

I can't say enough good things about Namaspa. They've got an incredibly talented group of instructors who are compassionate, caring and knowledgable in their approach to teaching. Having the ability to take Zoom classes from home has been my lifeline to sanity during this very strange time. I am so thankful to have found Namaspa and through them, a yoga practice that has brought me self confidence, strength, and happiness.

I love doing yoga via Zoom through Namaspa! There are several class sessions available to choose from throughout the day. The sign-up, email link, and start of class is fast and prompt. The verbal cues from the lead yogi are articulate and easy to follow. The re-focus in certain poses to explore the possibilities in one stance applies to every level of participants. There is always a warm kindness associated with "listen to your body" and "thank you for joining me on your mats today."

Been practicing here for about 2 months now and I love it so much! I've been to countless yoga studios in California and never have i received such hands on service and care from the instructors! they are committed to your practice and you having the best experience. my favorite part of class is in shavasana they bring around lavender washcloths from the fridge and its DEVINE! such a great way to end the class (you don't have to participate in that if you don't want it). the other great thing about namaspa is they have an ambassador program which allows you to help out around the studio with various tasks in order to pay for your class! i just starter this program & am very grateful because i can't afford a pass there. definitely my go to studio in central oregon!

Absolutely LOVE Namaspa. No mirrors, no judgement, no cookie cutter yoga. There are light classes, yin classes, kid classes, and their signature heated classes. The room during the heated classes is heated to 90*. They practice baptiste yoga which is an amazing branch of yoga. If you're in luck you will run into Brandy or Liz, who are the most amazing humans! Liz is the manager of the Redmond studio and Brandy is a co-owner of Namaspa along with Suzie Newcome.
Anyone you meet will be amazing. All of the teachers LOVE what they are doing. They are willing to help and are ready for you to come as you are. Today. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, today. Amazing group of humans running this beautiful place!

I'm new to the yoga studio/classes world. Namaspa is delicious! The environment is warm, welcoming and there is a true sense of community. The staff appears to genuinely care about guests as individuals and want their guests to be a part of their yoga family. For me, the studio is the perfect combination of calm and energized! I love it!
