Spa W

I have now gone here at least a handful of times and was thinking about joining the monthly membership since I have come so many time. Today I had an appointment and got off work at 8am traffic was bad coming from Sisters when I walked in the front desk lady was like your massage therapist is waiting for you mind you I was 3 minutes late, then when I left and went to pay was talking to a different front desk lady and she told me the total which was different then what I paid last month so I asked about it and she said due to living wages going up and Covid pay and they risk their lives with working there and people having Covid I let her know I understood and it wasn't a big deal I was just wondering why and they she went on even more I looked at her and said thank you I understand I am a health care worker and get it then she went on to say if you have a problem you can talk to the owner at this point I love the pedicure that I get from Donna and the message that I get wish I could remember her name she has done a great job twice for me now but now I'm second thinking about going back due to the ladies at the front desk today and how they treated me.

Massage: deep tissue by Sally. She's tiny but might! Can I say amazing? 10/10. She's asked about any areas of concern. Heated table. Eye pillows when supine. Warm towels on needed areas. Neck wrap for comfort when supine. She periodically checked in with my comfort on her pressure. Ambiance nice. Will definitely be back!

I was so impressed with the Vichy shower treatment and massage. The pedicure is lovely as well.

This was the absolute BEST spa experience I've ever had! All of the ladies here are so nice and make you feel special. Sequoia was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was wonderful . I wouldn't mind doing this weekly lol.

Nail tech was very kind, but unable to do a basic French manicure. She tried and the lines were uneven and didn't even extend to the edges of my nails. I was honestly shocked when she told me she was done. Eventually I just offered to go with a plain color instead, which I appreciate her doing, but even then the color was uneven. There was no warm towel, hand massage, or lotion with a $41 manicure.

It has been 3 days and the shellac is bubbling and chipping off. I've had non shellac manicures last longer. My husband got me a gift card here as a special treat, but it ended up being an expensive and disappointing experience. Update: was able to speak to the manager who was very polite and able to get me scheduled to get nails fixed.

In awe of the services they provide there. It was so relaxing and I love the overall set up they have there. Very inviting and calm. The best massage I have ever experienced. Definitely going back for more!

Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed a much needed girls day. The manager Robin went above and beyond my expectations to be helpful and friendly! She made my whole experience exceptional. Thanks again!

I had a fire and ice massage today, courtesy of Sally. My experience was amazing! She gave the most thoroughly detailed massage that I have received. The facility was immaculate. The heated floors were lovely when my massage was over and I stepped off of the table. I highly recommend visiting the wonderful Spa W and their gifted practitioners.

I had an amazing experience at Spa W! The hospitality at this place was amazing! Thank you Robin at the front desk for being so patient and friendly with me and all of my silly questions. She made everything go smoothly with our group. I received the fire and ice massage by Christy and it was incredible! I will definitely be back!

This place and staff are awesome. I had never done anything like this before but have been under some severe stress and my niece got me a gift certificate for Spa W. I chose the platinum facial and Gina did it for me! I will definitely be returning again. I have never, ever felt so relaxed and, during this time, I really needed it. I cannot express how much I appreciated Gina's excellent care and her empathy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gina.

5 Stars isn't enough! The front desk is professional and courteous both in person and on the phone. Gina is AMAZING - her spa treatments are like magic. I walk in a stressed out ball of nerves, but I walk out tall and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Loved every aspect of my SPA W experience. Highly trained and welcoming staff that operates in a facility that it is classy, charming, fun and relaxing all at the same time. It was easy to leave my worries outside the door and give in to an hour of reinvigorating massage. Grazie mille Spa W, cannot wait to came back for more.

Gina was absolutely amazing. She had a great attitude and made my visit so comfortable and relaxing. I almost fell asleep! I have been experiencing tingling pain on my whole right side from carrying my baby around all day and after my massage, I felt like a new women! Can't wait for another!

I had one of the most amazing massages from Gina. She asked questions and I can tell she really cared about helping me relax my very tight muscles. She has sure a kind soul and that is so important to me when I need relax and get a massage. I have returned to her time and time again.

I purchased a social media special promotion for myself and a friend last fall. I called the Spa and paid. Was never told of an expiration date of the special when I called and paid. Never received any receipt or paper work in the mail of my purchase with any kind of stipulation on the purchase. Just out $200 for nothing. I've recommended this spa several times and gone here a lot.

No apology when I called except oh ya it was only good for a month. Wow. nothing. Never will I be back. I'll be telling all my friends and family about this. Super unprofessional to not mention that there was a short expectation date to use this. probably because had I known that I wouldn't have purchased the package for myself and friend.

Love the customer service here! I'm from out of town and come here ofter l. I highly recommend it.

Booked a massage for my son. He has had many massages. He said it was the worst. Was in a room he could hear people talking. The room was by the front door. The massage therapist went out as the people to be quiet never happened.he said the relaxation room was right next to where people were getting their nails done and it was just a curtain. He wanted to take a sauna but there is no shower for him afterwards before his massage. he did have a facial and he said it was really good. They did refund me the money for the massage

I was fortunate to be gifted a spa w gift certificate for my anniversary and say that I needed it is an understatement Cecilia gave me a mani/pedi and I think it was called the special of the month and it felt very luxurious and I was pampered and she was kind and friendly and I will return. Thanks Cecilia.

I had a facial with Angelena last week and it was one of the BEST facial experiences I have ever had. My face was "renewed" and I felt VERY pampered when my facial was done. I sure hope she is still working at Spa W when I return next year.

My experience at Spa W was unwelcoming, overpriced and extremely underwhelming. It was a cloudy day in bend so me and some girlfriends stopped in for some spa time. I called ahead to see if they had any space available And was told they were booked solid but we were welcome to come use their spa amenities for $20 a pop. Upon arrival, the staff seemed very annoyed that we were there.

They reluctantly let us into the "busy" spa area where it was clear we were the only ones there. The "spa amenities" included a waiting room with 2 dirty chairs - very unfit for a group of three. Staff was in and out of the locker room with doors left open so it would have been easy for anyone to see you changing or getting a treatment. Locker room products felt basic and fairly low budget.

Their waiting room featured expensive products so it was shocking how few options were available inside. It's worth calling out that a newer employee was training and did a wonderful job helping direct us and checking in throughout our stay. We were extremly frustrated with how quickly our "spa afternoon" wrapped up (we were in and out in 20 min) and at such an expensive price point.

We essentially paid $20 to go in a steam room and shower with mediocre soap. We expected more amenties and left feeling rushed, unwelcome and MUCH less Zen than when we walked in.

I do not live in Bend, but I am here frequently and for the past eight months I have made it a point to always to call ahead for an appointment at spa W. I have always received an excellent massage, and I've had several different massage therapists. I love the atmosphere. I love that they give me a robe and slippers and that I can sit in the sauna or the relaxation room. They have a very friendly staff and it's a true spa experience.

Massage with Beth Lyons was absolutely wonderful! She did the walking-on-you-type massage and it radically changed my back pain. She answered all my questions and clearly has a deep understanding of her craft. I also got a facial with Auxone (hope I spelled that right) and she was great--explained everything she was doing, was knowledgeable about all the skin care things, and was flexible on the pressure she used for extractions when I asked for different pressures. Highly recommend!

I've been twice and received a variety of treatments. The treatment staff were lovely and accommodating and interesting. I rate this location as average as the reception ladies brought my experience from a 5 to a 3. They couldn't appear to dislike their jobs more. They were cold and unresponsive. The giant black cloud over the reception area needs a mega overhaul. There are many folks in Bend who excel in the service/hospitality industry. The current staff are not those folks.

My husband and I were in town for a week and decided to get pampered. We both went in for massages. I thought the set up was very cute, being a converted house. Overall, it was a nice experience. We arrived early to have a relaxing afternoon. The massages were nice and the after-massage steam room was a nice touch. I finished with a shower, which was nice to have in the same place as the massage and steam. The reason for four stars is simply because we felt we were charged far more than the services warranted. Nice experience overall.

What nice thing can I say about this place. the space was nice and clean and the ladies were nice. Ok here is what is wrong with this place. The prices are ridiculous for the service. I got a basic manicure and it cost me $45 (not including tip). I was told it cost this much b/c of the arm massage and the salt scrub that went along with it. What a joke!

The massage was lacking any pressure. It felt more like I was just being lightly touched for 5 minutes (awkwarddddd). If I am paying this much I want a deeper massage not to just be lightly caressed. When the lady painted my nails she applied the nail polish about 2mm away from my cuticles. After she finished applying the polish, the manicure looked like it was already grown out by a week. I didn't understand why she didn't paint right up to the cuticle! Overall, go somewhere else. This place is a rip off.

Great place. Had my pre-race massage followed by a relaxing steam room. However they have a nail service I believe and the relaxing room is not so relaxing with woman talking and getting their nails done. Otherwise this is a 10

Wonderful experience today! I would absolutely recommend this spa. Everyone was very kind and it's such a nice, quiet and clean place to relax. I had the body scrub in the shower room. That was a first for me and wow! It was awesome. I also had a perfect pedi. Been awhile since that's happened! Ill be going back for sure.

I have never been so displeased with a place that I've felt compelled to sign up with yelp to leave a review. Spa W, thanks for being that awful. I made appointments for me and my bridal party two months before my wedding so that I wouldn't risk not having a nice place for all of us to get our nails done the day before the wedding. I spoke with Tammy multiple times about what type of services we should get and when we should come in.

She even called me at one point to confirm our appointments and party size. So imagine my surprise when we walk into the spa on the day of our appointments and are told that the appointments never got entered into the computer and as a result, we cannot be accommodated. The receptionist called Tammy and said "Tammy could not give any answers." The receptionist even found a binder that listed the fact that I had made the appointment in June but it was not in the computer.

The only thing they could offer us was to go back at noon and then again at 3 and 4, but of course we had multiple events going on the day before the wedding including rehearsal and were on a tight schedule. We ended up having to go to a strip mall nail salon (Pretty Nails) which was great but of course not the relaxing and luxurious experience I wanted myself and my bridesmaids to have the day before my wedding.

This was completely unnecessary stress that I had to deal with right before my wedding (as if I didn't have enough to worry about) because Spa W is unprofessional and unorganized. I would go with another spa in town (Jinsei) if you want to show up and actually be serviced.
