Em'Lee is great. I like going to a place where I have the same person each time. Em'Lee has a great memory about what we did last time and maintains consistency, but is willing to try something different if I want. She is also a great conversationalist.

Terrible haircut. Avoid at all cost. Young girl did what I thought would be a normal haircut, but turned out to be a Frankenstein cut. Then there was confusion about the h to tip I gave her, which turned out to be a 100% tip, not my intention. At that point when she was beaming how could I tell her, "No, 15% tip"! She needs a lot more practice as far as I'm concerned.

So glad I decided to give this salon a try! Kim was available on a Wednesday afternoon and booking online was super easy. The atmosphere is chill (not pretentious) yet professional with a variety of clients. There was music but most of the clients and hair stylists were chatting so it provided a friendly atmosphere. Kim was awesome! She was friendly and listened to what I wanted--a no fuss hairstyle with a little bit of shaping to give my thin hair some volume.

She was so down to earth and gave me such a cute hairstyle! She was a graphic artist for many years before becoming a hair stylist--I feel like that background must be helpful for doing hair! I feel that her price was reasonable and favorably comparable with other stylists around town. After trying several places in the last few years, I may have finally found my forever hair salon with Kim!

Was recommended a stylist based on being a "perm specialist". She didn't wrap my hair like you should with a perm. Pulled on my hair to rip out the curler which destroyed my ends. I have absolutely no curl in my hair. Not only did the process not work, it damaged and broke my hair of right at the scalp. She recommended we " do the perm again" I felt like dying when she said that. My hair would have melted. Not a place I recommend for a perm or for a professional stylist.

Cece is the best if you want your nails to look amazing! I started taking my daughter there as a teenager to get her nails done as a treat. 7 years later both my daughters and myself are regular clients. She is the most wonderful artist who can do ANY design you want. I have never been disappointed in all 7 years! She is so talented and an all around wonderful person.

Thanks to Cecilia, I can hands down says this is the best place to get your nails done in Reno! Cecilia has been beautifying my nails for years. She's always willing to do fun designs and I'm constantly getting compliments. My nails always look fantastic, she is super gentle and I love our great conversations. Her station is super clean and she even keeps my own designated nail file on hand.

The same is true with the other nail techs I've been to at Tres Image. I've also had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Delmae, and had a fantastic pedicure by Serena. These gals make a great team and are true professionals!

Updating this review. Never got a text. If you are going to call, you gotta leave a message. I was there in front of you when I found you somewhere in the salon. You didn't reschedule me or apologize. I was TOLD to call the next week to reschedule. Who does that? A bird in the hand, ., you know that one. I know that one. If I had looked different, would you have rescheduled me immediately?

Use Vagaro.?. I scheduled an appointment and got a confirmation. I showed up and no one was there. Salon staff told me to call on Saturday to find out why my appointment was canceled. It's by appointment only. If your staff had to reschedule, they could have left a message. This new business looks beautiful but no one was at the front. Someone was working on a pedi and that's about it. Great service.,.

I am attending Tres Images for long time, and I have always been very satisfied. Kim has always provided an excellent color service, mixing it to match my requests. She is also always available to help me to accommodate my appointments. I also like the quality of the products used: I have never had any problems. On the top of that, they offer a variety of healthy and good snacks and and a very very good coffee!

TresImage is a refined yet welcoming salon. The staff are professional and friendly, always offering me a beverage or snack and making me feel comfortable. Nayna has been coloring my hair for a few years now. I've gone from fashion colors to deep red lowlights, a brunette balayage, and back. Each hairstyle has turned out even better than I'd imagined, making me a very happy client. I've also gotten beautiful gel nails done by Mae at a great price. TresImage Salon is better than any I've ever been to; I would definitely recommend it.

Don't get your mans hair cut here! Worst hair cut ever. The woman was young but if you are not ready to take on the role as stylist, don't! He should not been charged for the cut/hack. When someone says less than an inch, don't take 2-3 off. I rarely post negative reviews but this one needed to be posted.

Hello! Repeat customer here, This is my second haircut with Kayla and both times she knocked it out of the park! Not only does she give a quality haircut, she gives you a feeling of quality in yourself. Her experience is uplifting in more ways than one. This time I gave her a couple of reference pictures, asked for a shag cut, and the prompt: I want to look like I'm on my way to a riot. She got it right away and delivered. Pictured first is my first cut with her, and second is my cut from today.

Nina was my stylist today and I was immediately impressed by her friendliness and professionalism! And I was completely satisfied with her work on my hair and brows. I highly recommend this salon and Nina!

It's been a couple of years since I last reviewed this salon. First of all, they have navigated the whole COVID mess beautifully, taking every safety precaution and I have felt safe going there due to that. There are some businesses I have stayed away from because they weren't careful but Tresimage was not one of them. Everyone that works here is friendly and very talented-love to watch all their creations while getting my hair done!

They are a full service salon which is so nice because it makes it so easy to have one place to go for all your beauty needs! Kim Paulsen is still my stylist and she is so fantastic! She used to be a graphic artist and has brought that artistic talent to her hairdressing career. She does amazing cuts, color, straightening and is now doing hair extensions! Love this salon and look forward to my visits here.

Mae is AMAZING! I traveled from Washington for my full set of gel Mani in March and then again for my fill today. Mae does incredible work, very skilled and a super sweetie. I won't go to anyone else!

Emlee is the most wonderful stylist, she pays attention to detail, is kind, listens, and always does a fantastic job. Everyone at the salon follows safety protocols and encourages guests to do the same. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful salon.

I have been going to Lori Valentine for years! She does a beautiful job on my eyebrow waxes. She doesn't use a stencil or a standard shape because she understands how everyone is unique. She really is an eyebrow artist! I refuse to go to anyone else. She also gives the BEST facials. She does an awesome deep cleaning like no other. My skin is left glowing, soft, smooth, and blemish free for weeks! I have experienced many facials from other spas and hers are hands down the best. Thanks Lori!

I had a great experience with this salon! I called on a whim when I decided my hair needed a major overhaul. The girl that answered the phone was very professional and was able to match me with a stylist after asking a series of questions. Zoe did my hair and after showing her a picture of what I was looking for, was able to match the picture perfectly.

She was efficient and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately she is moving out of state, so I can't see her again. She did provide recommendations for other stylists in the salon which I appreciated. The salon itself is very nice. They have nail techs as well as quite a few stylists and a lot of different product for sale. I will definitely be back for another haircut.

Love this place! I see Katie Castillo. She's a beautiful soul who is so talented and loves her clients. Risa is also great! Everyone's customer service is stellar and they know their stuff. They all go above and beyond. During this time of Covid, they follow guidelines closely and I feel safe going in. Another little perk if you're a reader, there are usually free books up for grabs

I got a nice haircut for a good price while visiting Reno. It was my first haircut in three months since the pandemic's stay-at-home started in Chicago, and I felt at ease with their sanitation efforts and the pleasantness I got from everyone I met here. I can't remember my stylist, but she was efficient and did a good job. Highly recommended.

Everyone's experience is different but i was not happy with my (first and last) experience. Did not get the color I had asked for- platinum blonde and lavender roots and felt the quality and overall customer service fell short. Walked away feeling like it was my fault my hair turned out the way it did. No one should ever feel that way when you pay for a service and express/vocalize disappointment. Need to be open to criticism if you work in customer service- otherwise how can you improve?

I've always struggled with achieving blonde hair, until I came to Maryn! With so time and patience to keep my hair as healthy as possible through the process, I'm now brass free and happy as can be! I highly recommend Maryn for any of your coloring needs! The salon is an all around excellent establishment! The staff are all friendly and professional, while making you feel right at home!

Love this place! Katy Samuels is truly an amazing artist! Very nice atmosphere, everyone was nice and helpful. They offer different drinks even a glass wine. I truly enjoyed myself while I was there. I would highly suggest you check out how amazing Katy is! I never feel right with any of my hair dressers, guess I just never found the right one, but she truly made me so comfortable and took her time perfecting my hair in every way!

I recently moved to Reno and really needed a good stylist. I'm happy and extremely satisfied I found Kim. She's great! Also got a quick trim from the expert Dean who is amazing!

I went to go see Dean for a cut. I gave him SPECIFIC instructions that he DID NOT FOLLOW! He said "don't worry I know what to do" insinuating that he was the expert and didn't need instruction. I asked for clippers rather than scissors but he still used scissors. I asked for dusting but he ignored it and I still have all the split ends I walked in with.

After a wash, he combed my hair through and cut the very ends of my hair using scissors. No dusting, no clippers, no haircut really. It literally took 5 minutes. Worst hair experience EVER! I wasted $30.
