I was able to get a same day appointment. My massage therapist was Jake. He blew my mind! Super knowledgeable. Hit all my tough spots. He is such a gentleman and I felt very comfortable. He's really good with his hands. Thank you I'll be back!

I love this place! Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and focused on making sure to massage and heal to the needs of your body. Customer service has been perfect and inviting. My go to for renewing and healing.

We have been here before and had great messages but went on Valentine's Day and got only so-so messages. Very disappointed, $90 and the lady wanted to talk more than message. My husband's message was the sides of his back only. Not worth what we paid or the hour of time we spent there.

I have been a member for 10 plus years! I absolutely love Michelle and Jackie, excellent massage therapists. Had a few I was not fond of at all. The only issue I had recently was asking for specials for Valentine's Day. I was told by the owner that she doesn't take care of promotions, specials etc.that her business manager handles everything.

She seemed irritated that she had to be bothered from the back office to answer this question from her receptionist. It's been over a week and I have not gotten an email response to specials or promotions or a phone call back. Very disappointing since I use services once per month at Ahhh Massage.

The Groupon, waiting area, and receptionist were all great. It was what was behind the door leading to the rooms. Upon receiving the paperwork, I was elated to see the options of conversation level during your massage. I marked "only when necessary". This frustrated me the MOST. I was unable to enjoy over 40 mins of the 60 mins because Christina was talking about her entire life story, from cutting her finger, to dead cats, cats that ran away, etc.

Not to mention she insisted on popping a blackhead on my back, which took about 4 mins of the massage itself. There were multiple times I didn't respond or gave a short one word answer for her to stop, but even in the silence she began talking again. I feel if the rooms were cleaner, cozier and they had more professional staff, this would be a place I'd frequent because I love the availability, but I left there more stressed than when I came. Mostly because I had spent good money on something to enjoy and didn't get to even relax a little bit.

Horrible place to go they don't honor the Groupon's at all they yell at you from the back office very very unprofessional and they make you pay and take her Groupon money also I have never seen a business like this before and don't get Groupon's from them because they will not honor them! Oh and my name is Regina Giusti and I am hoping that all my friends and family will not go there either this one is on Vista Boulevard in Sparks Nevada!

I had my first massage & facial experience here today and it was Ahhmazing! Julie was very reassuring and listened to me about why I was nervous. She applied the exact pressure that I requested and was very friendly and pleasant. I had Amber for my facial and she was also kind & gave me some skin care tips. I will most certainly come back. Thank you for such a positive & relaxing experience.

Maria really took care of me. I only got the opportunity to spend 30 minutes with her but in those 30 minutes she really focused on my needs and let me know exactly what she was doing the whole time. I like that communication and she also let me relax. I already booked my next one with Maria so she can get my body right!

Not what I was expecting, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The lady was very talkative too. like she talked my ear off. And I selected the "talk as needed" section. Im not much of a talker so I felt like I was forced into having to have a conversation with someone for an hour. Honestly just go to massage envy. The prices are about the same and massage envy was amazing, relaxing and I almost fell asleep. Ahhh massage doesn't even offer you a water! I've never been to a massage place where you don't get offered a water.

Found this place through a Groupon offering. Very clean and professional setup. Front desk was attentive and got me in and out in a easy manner. The massage room was great, calm and soothing wall image and music. My massage therapist was great. She went over my chart and requests and made sure the massage was tailored to my liking and problem areas. Overall a great experience, very nice and caring therapist, easy process and a great massage!

It's covid and people have certain health conditions and issues and can't use back massages in 30 days. I would think raising the price is fine, but expecting all massages to be used in 30 days during a pandemic is a little absurd.

Visiting from Los Angeles, I was glad to find a massage establishment able to fit my wife and I on short notice. both therapists have great massages and were very professional. Hour massages for both of us with tip was less that what I pay for a 90 minute massage in LA.

I barely do things for myself so my husband picked up a 2 hr massage package certificate so I can relax. I was looking forward to a nice quiet massage package to get rid of stress and anxiety I was experiencing. I arrived and filled out the paperwork asking for communication as needed and the massage therapist talked the entire time and left the room in the middle of my massage to get something and started late still getting things ready after my appointment started.

She was complaining multiple times of being out of it because she had a long night etc. I didn't receive my entire 2hr experience and was not able to relax and distress because there was talking the whole time. Very disappointed and wish my husband's thoughtful gift resulted in a better experience. I also thought about getting a membership but after that experience I would not want to spend money if I can't relax.

Well.how do I being? Why is that black men kill each other more whites kill each other? That is part of the conversation my husband had with the massage therapist. My husband and I came here for a relaxing day and that is NOT the experience he received. My massage was nice with the gentleman I had but "Bertha" was not so accommodating. There is a section on the paperwork that asks the conversation level which we both selected 'as needed', well I guess she felt like she needed tell her political views while at work providing a service to calm and relax!

I was not in the room but he was so uncomfortable he wanted to run out but he's NAKED! He knows her whole life, she's 43 and has 5 kids 23,19,6,5 &3 and CPS was recently called to her house- really- who does stuff like that! She talked about how trump should stay in office and how black people do this and that. If you haven't guess yet my husband is black.well. actually he's bi-racial which was very interesting to her.

He said that she stood over his and clapped her hands to get her point across while he laid face down on the table. I had already paid for the services and was waiting for him to come out. Once we got into the car he told me I should have not paid for him because he came out more stressed then when he went in. I'm not here to bash the business Ibjust think this is very unprofessional and she needs a talking to by her superior.

I love it! Ahhh massage is very laid back and good energy. The front desk is always so friendly and professional in person or on the phone. I highly recommend Kristina if you want a strong, deep tissue massage. She really knows what she's doing.

The massage therapists are great. I would NOT recommend membership though. The office staff is unresponsive unless you would like to spend more $$ for additional services. I have had issues with both myself and my mothers membership and after continued requests for callbacks regarding how many massages I have remaining etc. they just do not respond. Also, there is no one ever at the facility to answer such direct questions. The "person" that I need to speak with is never available. I am thankful there are other options in the area.

Julie was absolutely incredible. Pressure was perfect and she asked to confirm several times. First time having full body massage in ages! Definitely will be back and willl book with Julie!

I have been going here once a month for over a year now. Paidge is hands down the best massage therapist in town. Her work is consistent and she makes sure throughout to check that the pressure is right and that you are comfortable. The rates here are reasonable and affordable and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are back open and taking all precautions, wearing masks, disinfecting between appointments etc. so I felt very comfortable coming back after they reopened.

I started going to this business because they partnered with our educators association and offered a great discount to our teachers. I've always had a great experience. Scheduling has always been easy and convenient. The facility is friendly and clean. My therapists have always been communicative and responsive. Will go to this location for years!

Been here a number of times now for a couples massages and its been good. I like Ahhh Massage over other places around town because they are a lot more reasonable in term of price. I hate paying over $300 for a 60 minute massage, this place offers the same 60 minutes at nearly half the cost and its quite often is even less if you look around on Groupon.

The only thing I would suggest is if you are a male looking for actual deep tissue work you request a male masseuse. I am a bigger guy so getting a smaller female to do deep tissue work never works for me, and the best deep tissue massage I ever got was from a male masseuse here. Will continue to come back!

Keisha was my massage therapist last time. Excellent massage. Thank you! I recommend the monthly program and trying different people that work there. They are all excellent, and the owner is very accommodating. If you need to relax in town THIS is the place to go

Signed up for monthly massage deal since i have bad circulation and need a massage for good blood flow. I am new to the area and have been getting monthly massages for the past few years. This establishment is close to my home which makes it convenient for a monthly massage which was offered. This last massage became a bad experience though. When I first arrived I was second to a text that the receptionist was making and then was taken care by another receptionist.

I was then greeted on time by my masseuse and went to a room close to the lobby. When the massage started I mentioned to her there was no music and she proceeded to start the massage which was fine until the lobby became busy and all I could hear was clients and the front staff, this proceeded to go on for a half hour until I finally had my masseuse go out and mention to the ladies up front there was no music.

The music finally came on 5 minutes later and it was very soft to where I could still hear conversations. Now, I spend this time to relax my body and thus was not a relaxing massage at all! When my massage was over, I brought it up to the front desk staff and received a sorry. That did not make my wanted zen better, I was hoping that when I booked a next month appointment that they would add a half hour for the disturbance. But No. I really like my masseuse and would hate to leave and find a more zen establishment.

I've gone here about 4 times now all with gift certificates or groupons. The experience has always been pleasant, they have a small but very relaxing facility. Their sauna room is small but they have magazines, water bottles, towels, and a robe waiting for you. They honor the Groupon you purchase and don't have any hidden fees or a mediocre service for having a groupon. This has become my favorite massage parlor for their friendly service and great massages.

So my fiance paid for me to go least week. I didn't think it would help the issues I have in my back. It didn't, but that wasn't due to the skill of the massage therapist. The therapist was very good and gave a excellent massage. Look forward to going back.

Good- The facility itself is great, the front office gal was super friendly. I really needed a same day appointment and lucky they had a cancellation. Bad- if I would have known I'd have drawn the straw of the same gal I had six years ago I'd have kept searching. She could be a good masseuse if she listened. The pressure and technique are great. But I asked for a specific work area and received all of about 5 minutes there.

I started the appointment by saying I was having shoulder/neck trouble and headaches. No less than 4 times throughout the massage did I say the same thing. What I did NOT need was 40min of lower back work. I left massaging my own shoulders, in tears that I finally broke down and used saved money for a massage, only to leave in the same situation. I'm not naming names because the staff will already know, but lesson learned to really stand up for my needs.

I have a couples massage next month (not with the same person I hope) and will make sure whomever it is knows clearly where I need the work. And I will never forget that gals name again.

Sneaky and rude business I found an awesome deal for this place on groupon and decided to book a couples massage. We were very excited only to find out they had booked us on the wrong date and tried to say it was our fault. /: When I tried to rebook they wanted to charge me a fee of $40. Also the receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. On top of all that they redeemed my groupon trying to say I used it.

I had to go through groupon who thankfully gave me a refund. This business is very sneaky and does not care about their customers just about money. I hope no one else gets scammed!

I'm actually really surprised at how great the reviews are and very disappointed since this is why I picked this place. I showed up for my appointment 15 min early, 12:45 as asked to fill out paperwork. The woman who ended up being my therapist walked into the building at 1:05. Didn't come back up to get me until 1:10 and didn't actually start my massage until close to 1:20.

Mind you I was paying for a full hour massage. I made a point of writing talking only as needed to try to get some peace and quiet after a long 6 months of being pregnant and stressed. She apparently decided to ignore this and talked through the entire massage. She talked so much about her family and things I didn't care to hear about. On top of this, every time she would talk she would pull her hands back and stop massaging me.

I have a really hard time being confrontational or rude so I didn't say anything at the time but my hour scheduled massage was truly only about 20 min in total massage time and the least bit relaxing. I was so disappointed and just wanted to relax. I won't be going back and am jealous I didn't get one of the other therapists that everyone raved about. Don't get a prenatal here.
