I had the best experience today my service was amazing and I will definitely be coming back! You have a great staff my therapist did an amazing job and there was a very friendly guy that helped me when I first arrived I think his name was Josh, he made the experience so much better and more fun! Made me feel very comfortable and welcome! All around great place!

It's hard to find a good massage these days. However, I had a great experience at The Spa in Orlando. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. Josh working the front desk was extremely kind and informative. The venue is clean, bright and warm feeling. And my massage therapist did an amazing job communicating with me to make sure I was happy with my service. I'll be back for sure!

My appointments were double-booked, scheduled at the wrong time of day, and I frequently received the wrong length of massage I had booked. I submitted notice of my dissatisfaction in early December and communicated in writing my request to cancel. I did not hear from anyone, but I have continued to be billed for the Spa membership for Jan, Feb, and March 2022.
I have called each month I have been erroneously billed. I have left numerous messages and have been told a manager would call me back. I understand mistakes and mishaps happen. I am frustrated however, that I am continuing to have money deducted from my bank account. I have requested a refund but no one has responded to my inquiries. Therefore I decided to leave a public rating to warn other customers protect their money and stay away from this establishment!

I had a great experience! Booked a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. My back muscles were tight and sore and massage helped a lot. Therapist was nice and knowledgeable and gave me some advise on how to keep my body healthy and pain free. Front desk staff was attentive and professional. Facility looked clean and inviting. I will be returning again.

I've been a member for so many years, I've forgotten how long it's been. So that should tell you that's it's been consistently such a good experience I keep coming back. They're always super understanding when life things have come up. Makes you feel more like friends than a customer experience. All of the nail techs are amazing and I've never had a bad experience.
The crew running the front is also amazing! Always very great at checking in and taking care of you well and quick. Can't say enough good things! Definitely recommend the membership for the quality and experience as part of your routine.

We went to the spa many years ago and things were great ownership changed stuff went downhill so we started going someplace else, whenever we moved back to Orlando we decided to give it a try again and see if things have improved they had, after many months of going and being part of their membership program they kept canceling appointments at the last minute, trying to make us pay more for services and purchase additional memberships even though you receive guest privileges with your membership.
We canceled our membership even though we were told by staff members and management that we would not be charged they have charged our card again and now refusing to take our calls and remove the charge I will never go back to the spa. BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! Was amazing until February 2022! CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP! I had 2 same day cancellations on both scheduled appointments; Promised call back from Josh - Never got one. Couldn't get ahold of Amy and billing dept. Spoke with Andy - the owner. He understood why we requested the cancellation with Andy and Josh and said, I understand, Amy great but everyone needs to be great. Apologized that we couldn't get ahold of anyone February and was finally able to cancel and sign the paperwork 3/3/22 - Josh from the front office shared that Amy would email me the cancellation DocuSign forms via email when she returned to the office 3/3/22.
Now we're pending charges 4/1/22 $45.00; Disregarding the multiple therapists same day call outs and cancellations conversation with Josh as the exception to the 30 day cancellation policy and will not be charged 4/1/22. Yet, here we are- pending charges and waiting on The Spa to stop the pending charge or process the refund from Brittany in billing dept.

The overall experience was fine for me. I ordered a deep tissues aromatherapy massage and only got a Swedish massage. I wasn't sure what it was considered during the massage and found out afterwards. The masseuse was nice and did a good job though. Nothing wrong with that part of the experience. The jacuzzi is a heated hot tub outside and not very welcoming in our opinion.

Wow, what an experience. The wonderful man who took my call and was so patient, hilarious, and kind. The onsite staff, receptionist, were so sweet and helpful. And the masseuse, I feel terrible I didn't get their names but they did amazing! My husband and I loved our 75 minute hot stone massage! Truly an amazing treat yoself experience! And yes I did end up with a monthly membership cause they were that amazing.

I have been a member since 2018. Cancelled my membership in 2020 due to poor customer service. I decided to give it another chance in 2021 thinking that they might have changed their rude and disrespectful staff. One more time, very disappointed. I asked to cancel my membership over the phone and the front desk said they will email me a cancellation form.
I successfully submitted it in October 2021. Then, January 2022 I start seeing charges in my account from The Spa. I called and very nicely I explained my issue to the front desk and they said that it might have been a billing issue and that the manager will contact me within 48 hours. Never heard back from them. 2 weeks passed by and I called again.
They sent me another cancellation form and I did sign it (just in case). Then, I see another charge from The Spa in February 2022. I called and explain my issue. Latisha on the phone kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I stated that I have been requested the same information over and over again. She said my account was not cancelled when I requested to get it cancelled in October and what they sent me was a "freeze " form.
I stated I requested a cancellation and they hung up the phone on me. Called again and they said they will not give me my money back and that no one wants to speak with me and solve the issue. Latisha stated that If I wanted to speak with someone I would have to go to the spa in person. Now. if I am asking the staff to provide me a CANCELLATION FORM why in the world they would send me a FREEZE form?
I am trusting the staff to provide me with what I am requesting instead of making me sign a form that I did not request to FREEZE my account. I clearly stated I wanted to CANCEL. They take advantage of their customers and steal their money.

First time visiting the spa (my partner got me a Groupon) and it wasn't the greatest experience. First and foremost, we agreed to a 11am appointment weeks before when I called to book, on the day of, I called to confirmed as I received a text saying my appointment was at 10 AM. When I called, my appointment was in fact switched one hour early without my knowledge.
I went anyway, thankfully I wasn't busy (since they would have charged my card on file anyway). When I arrived I received a quick spa tour and was offered a glass of wine. I was very impressed by this idea, but don't get over yourself, watch out for that wine, it has no label so I wasn't sure what it was they just give you the option of "red or white", I went with white and let me tell you after Having a few glasses when I got home I felt sooo sick.
Not only this, but they were pretty un sanitized, the place could definitely also use a remodel, only two of their pedicure chairs/sections looked usable (which is probably why they changed my appointment to begin with). The lady who did my toes and nails took her time but I'm more than positive she was talking negatively about me/my feet with one of her coworkers.
The hot tub was nice but again, after being in there for a little while (I was in there alone) I noticed it wasn't the cleanest, so I shortly after got out. Also, who looked to be like the owner of the place was very pushy regarding signing up for their monthly "membership" when I was done with my appointment, I also waited until the end to tip as I forgot my wallet in the car, when I came back to give it to the tech, the owner quickly and actively asked if I was tipping (when I clearly came back in with cash in my hand for that same reason - I told her I would be back) I said yes this is for Alexis the tech who did my nails, the owner quickly said "I can take that" making me feel like Alexis, who I left the tip for, never received the tip because it was kept by the owner!

I love the idea/concept of this place, but the place needs a remodel + more funding as the nail techs were sharing nail tools with one another, plus the owner shouldn't come off as so desperate, sorry. Otherwise, my very short nails came out looking decent.

My bf and I came in for pedicures for our anniversary and this place is beyond amazing! The front desk was very friendly and a lot of fun! Alexis and Piler were both really great! I highly recommend any time you want a great service with a staff that isnt all snooty like most spas. you want to come here!

Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures although I wish I did. When we arrived we were taken care of pretty quickly so there was no wait time. Once we arrived we were given a "tour" of the spa which looked very sketchy to be honest. The place is falling apart - paint, windows etc all chipped and very old it looks like the building needs a few repair to make it more modern looking.
The spa is very big with multiple things they offer. When we booked our appointment through the phone we were very specific and asked for a couple massage (you would think a couple massage means being next to your significant other, but we were on different ends of the room, not really a couple massage) and wanted to add hot stones during our massage (which we didn't get) once our massage was done they asked us to get back dressed which we did since I was just so disappointed and wanted to leave.
In the massage room they didn't have any robes for us to change into the robes were on the opposite side of the building for us to use. From a person who have received multiple massages from many locations this is the first one that I've done where the robes were not present in the room. I also, fell like the rooms weren't suitable for a "massage" it was just a bare room with two massage beds no decorations on the wall or anything not very much of a spa "feeling." **they also didn't ask if we wanted a female or male masseuse, they just assigned us what was "available" very unprofessional when you are paying for a service.

I came in for a massage and I highly recommend! The space is very nice and clean and relaxing. Andy, who greeted me and gave me a tour, was very sweet. As for my massage, Brandon R was AMAZING! I got a hot stone massage and he was very communicative, asking if the temperature was comfortable, and is just all around a great person. I feel very relaxed afterwards. I could not be happier with my experience and will definitely come back/recommend friends and family for a massage and other services!

The massages I got were good. However I'm not a fan of the atmosphere, front desk customer service (of lack of) and I see many complaints about billing, which I encountered as well. I had a membership and canceled it, in which I was still billed two months after cancelation. I also had a lot of massages to use, which I kept getting reminders for and the last time I went they said I didn't have any.

I have been going to The Spa Orlando since I moved to the Orlando area about 6 months ago and have no regrets! All the employees there are so friendly and always go above and beyond to offer comfort. They have complimentary juices, coffee and wine and overa amazing service. Their packages are unbeatable, I recommend this place to all my friends and anyone that compliments my nails!

Best spa experience I've had in a VERY long time. I found this location via Groupon and I'm so glad I did. I booked an afternoon appointment for a gel manicure and express pedicure. Upon arrival The Spa smelled so good, with a calming essence throughout the space. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. I checked in and was offered water, juice, coffee, or wine! HEY NOW, you know I picked the red wine of course, perfect pairing for my nail treatment.
I was given a tour of the entire space, each room I passed was clean and neatly decorated. The location it pretty big, with two relaxation (waiting) rooms for you to decompress, sip on your beverage of choice and pick your nail colors. The tour highlight for me had to be the hot tub in the back of The Spa, which I was not prepared for at all. The hot tub is included with your nail service so please bring a swimsuit with you when you come. There's are showers/complimentary robe and lockers for your belongings so you can walk around feeling light and free.
My nail tech was Alexis, she was delightful, sweet and did an amazing job with my nails. Her hands massaged my feet into pure bliss and if I didn't have to go back to work I would have just fallen asleep in the chair. I picked a festive red color for my hands and toes. They looked so good I almost wanted to drive home with my feet hanging out of the window! Would absolutely recommend The Spa for your next nail appointment. They have a lot of other wellness offerings, waxing, facials, massages etc. Treat yourself!

Amazing service. I get massages from Brandon B. And he is great! He takes care of all my pains and leaves me feeling absolutely amazing. I dont know what I would do without him now. He is a part of my monthly relaxing regimen. Amy the manager is absolutely amazing. She understands customer service and she is the other reason I show up. I enjoy talking to her and seeing her. If you love massages with wine come on down. At some point I will try all the other services, but for now massages are my thing.

Kristina was fabulous and gave a rejuvenating foot massage as part of the pedicure. She even buffed my toenails instead of polish. I was talking about how I hadn't done me eyebrows in so long and she said, "Oh, I can wax your eyebrows today!" I knew from the scheduler that she had her lunch break next, so it was really thoughtful of her to extend the time of my service.

I would give no stars if I could! They will double charge and not do services paid for as a gift to someone that has children! I paid for Harmony at the spa which includes massage facial mani pedi. Her child got sick she had to reschedule, when they rescheduled they only did a massage no facial or mani, pedi. So she had to make another appointment.
It was Sunday her son was sick again ok so she couldn't make for the facial, she tried to reschedule today they said no and charged me another 217 dollars! If you want to keep the money that's fine but should only use the 160 I paid for the full package minus the massage 100 and not do the services, not charge another 217 dollars! A facial is not 217 dollars!
Do not buy gift certificates spa packages from here because they do not honor them and do all services on the same day. I bought Harmony at the spa she only got a massage and was charged a total of 477 dollars total rip off don't buy spa packages from here! They should've done full package same day the first time she went but they act like they don't know what your talking about when you say you bought a spa package it says 4 hours should be done the same day and the client doesn't know they need to be scheduled for different days which makes no sense at all when you buy a full 4 hour package!

I got the mommy to be massage which the technician did a great job on my low back. However the moment you walk in the door they are trying to sell you their packages for massage and nails. They did this very fast awkward tour that made me start my massage a bit late and could tell the woman had to rush through when massaging my arms and legs because of that.
The set up for the massage was awkward as the head support had no forehead support which actually made my neck cramp more as I left( since I can only be on my belly with the cut out). Then soon as you leave once again they are pressuring you to get their packages. Atmosphere is just okay, nothing special. Overall I'd give the massage a 4/5 but the pressure not buy packages and set up definitely made it less than desirable.

I used to always dread getting my nails done because I knew what that bill was going to look like at the end, but then I found The Spa Edgewater! They have an amazing membership option where I pay less than $50 a month and can come in every two weeks. Each visit rotates between full service and a polish change. And if I can't make a service, I don't lose it! It's honestly such a cash saver for me. Gone are the days of me paying $80-$120 per visit at a nail salon. It's cheap while maintaining all the perks of any other nail salon (massage chairs, wine & coffee service etc.) And of course I have to give a shoutout to Josie. She's by far my favorite girl here! She does a beautiful job every time and is super fun to talk to!

The outside of the building does not do justice for the quality of service you will receive inside. Gabby meet us at the front door and greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was very quick to take us around and show us the facility and explain where everything was. She also explained how each service would go and where we could wait. Both staff members keep a constant check on us to see if we need anything. Destiny was the lady who did my hot stone massage and she was fantastic.
She check with me before starting and want to know what areas need more attention. One of the best services was the facial. It was phenomenal. I would highly recommend it. The facility was nice, but the service was fantastic! We had a great spending it with them. Thanks to Gabby and the rest of the staff for making it a wonderful day for me and my wife!

Basically got robbed at this place, I bought 2 gift cards for my sister and mom to spent the day at this place, my sister got a COVID test result positive the day of the appointment and called to cancel and get a different day and instead they basically told her that she does not get another appointment and she looses the money. Are u kidding me? So I called the manager and instead of working with me he just gives me attitude, so when I asked him to get a refund on the other gift card he refused, so is it fair that I get robbed $700 in my face? This is stealing people stealing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

My 2 best girlfriends and I had a last minute girls weekend getaway and chose The Spa Orlando with an afternoon complete with massages, facials and pedicures. We were so excited until we were given the tour of the facility. The place itself felt like an old medical facility- not warm and welcoming as a spa should be. There were random sitting areas, hallways with unfinished flooring and dirty bathrooms showed to us during this tour.
The cherry on top was when we were brought outside to the "jacuzzi" area on an old, dirty fenced in porch and told that it was the best part of the spa. It is 100 degrees outside and the the last thing anyone wants to do is sweat their ass off outside in a jacuzzi that was DIRTY as hell. The bathroom floors had not been cleaned and there were dead bugs, lizards and clumps of hair behind all doors.
We changed into robes and waited in a common area for our first services to start. We were greeted with complimentary wine that tasted like it had been in an open bottle in the fridge for weeks- it was disgusting. All of our appointments were delayed which was fine but I know I was definitely gypped with time off my hour massage and facial. I went in 20 minutes after both of my friends and came out the same time they did.
No one knew who was coming and going. All of us had the same services but had way different experiences. Two of us had steam during our facials, one of us didn't- two of us had an exfoliating scrub during pedicure and one of us didn't. Nothing was consistent- Your nail salon did not even have a way to take gel polish off a client. That is INSANE- and because of this- I was told I couldn't get a French polish because the tech was trying to rush since my friends were so far ahead of me.
Please invest in one- every nail salon should have a drill to remove gel. ALSO the pedicure chairs and floors around the chairs were absolutely filthy. You could tell they haven't been wiped down or well cleaned in WEEKS. The pedicure chair remotes were ineligible due to wear and tear and everything was just dirty and OLD. The staff was mostly friendly but there was another client in the waiting area telling me that it was normal customer service at the spa because it is always unorganized even though they have good technicians.
Online reviews and photos were very misleading. We spent a lot of money there today and I wish I would of known how the spa TRULY was before wasting our day and spending all of that money.
The cherry on top was when we were brought outside to the "jacuzzi" area on an old, dirty fenced in porch and told that it was the best part of the spa. It is 100 degrees outside and the the last thing anyone wants to do is sweat their ass off outside in a jacuzzi that was DIRTY as hell. 8/9/21 Please consider this a genuine warning. I went over the weekend for a "Signature Manicure, Signature Pedicure, Aromatherapy Massage 60 Minutes" for my sister and I ($400). Each service was to be the best in house and last approx 60 minutes. Not the case. We were offered a beverage upon entry. However, the wine glass I received had red wine stain on rim.
The pedicure chairs are worn out and tattered, remote buttons illegible due to wear. The tubs were water stained and did not appear to have been wiped down (see video/photos) The technicians chairs were worn and stained. The technicians complained that there weren't enough supplies in stock. Specifically, towels, nail files, nail polish and that the gel lamps we often broken.
Our techs shared nail tools. The towels applied during pedicure were tattered, mix-matched and room temp, not warm or hot. My tech applied a scrub to my feet, my sister's tech did not (same service selected). Both technicians were pleasant, although not highly skilled nor highly professional. The "Relaxation Room" was clean but barren. The massage room did not have flooring and was not very appealing, overall. (see video) The sheets on the massage table seemed clean (?) but were pilled and worn.
There were issues at checkout, due to use of gift certificate. In hindsight, I wish that I had requested a refund en lieu of service. My sister and I received the "spa day" as a birthday gift from my husband and was planned weeks in advance. So, we were really looking forward to it. Otherwise, like I said, I should have, would have, could have just walked out instead.
Please save yourself the loss. Note: if you are a professional technician/masseuse it is in your best interest to seek employment elsewhere. If you are a consumer, looking to receive professional spa services, please seek alternative establishments.

Where do I begin. The Spa Orlando was a great experience. I celebrated my sister's bridal spa day here at the Spa Orlando and it was a great time. The staff were friendly from the moment we entered to the time we left the building. They provided us with a private room that was clean and spacious. The staff were also very attentive. The prenatal massage was wonderful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place for a day of relaxation.

So I found out about this place on Groupon, and before purchasing the Groupon I wanted to check this place out and see what it was all about. Upon walking in, this place was set up quite differently than the normal nail salon. There were two front desk clerks their one male one female. The woman was a little bit snobby and was quick to turn away my services.
The energy was very dull and their enthusiasm was at -10 I would not recommend to go to this place if you are a person that values customer service. I feel like I was turned away upon arrival.

There service isn't good. They made me wait along time for my first appointment with my husband. They ripped his toe nail and it bled all over. It was his first experience getting a pedicure. They over charged me for months. They still owe me money. Not a good experience for us and I would not recommend this place.

I have been going to this spa for massages every other week for the past two months. Today, was the first time I got a pedicure as well. Luckily I was able to snag one without an appointment. This place is very much about customer service and satisfaction. I have found the receptionists a joy to work with. The sign in and sign out process is nearly effortless. Bryan is a responsive and attentive masseuse and Ali is a fun, thoughtful, and detailed oriented nail tech.
I have purchased a massage membership and may even consider a nail membership as well. The only downside to this establishment is the sometimes strong smell of cleaning products and the rough sheets on the massage tables.

So my mom and I went in on a Groupon, we met Amy at the front desk. we love this place. She made us feel so at home that we signed up for monthly service I bring my daughter and future daughter in law and we make a whole day of it, starting at the spa. We love the efficiency and the warm feeling from the entire staff. The dazzle dry nail polish helps my nails grow and having an affordable bi-weekly mani pedi with my girls is the best.
On a side note my moms body size is a bigger size and I am a bigger person as well. ALL BODY SIZES ARE BEAUTIFUL.and this place ACCOMMODATES us and beyond! Having a place where my mom felt confident and comfortable was paramount and this is the only place I found that makes her feel so special and appreciated.

A one start rating is generous for this place. I signed up for the monthly nail membership which includes a one hour signature service with gel polish and one regular polish change. I book my appointments for the signature pedicure with regular polish and then ask for the polish change to be gel on my hands. The manager Amy explained this is not typical but wouldn't be a problem, and said she would put a note in the system for my appointments.
Every single appointment since has been an issue with this, but it was remedied. Today I came in for the same exact service, and after getting my pedicure with regular polish, which was the wrong color but I let it go, the manager Matt came over and stated that they would be unable to do the gel polish change on my hands, even though I was booked for an hour and half for 2 services.
He said they don't do the gel for polish change and there wouldn't be any time. Mind you the services literally are the exact same product and time just switching from my toes to hands. I let him know I could not leave without them fixing my nails, as the technician had already removed my old polish. He then said he would get someone else to do it.
The gel polish change took 20 minutes, which was less than I was even scheduled for! Not once did Matt apologize, Amy refused to come out of the office. The management customer service is atrocious and unprofessional. On more than one occasion when arriving I overhear staff and management cursing. My most sincere advice is do not sign up for this, it's cheap and an awful experience. Update* The owner wrote a cliche response that tells me to refer to the poor quality management team. I have also been charged 2x for the membership since canceling without any help in reimbursement.

Where should I start? 1. The employees absolutely hate working here. I know because I had a membership for a very long time and spoke to many of the nail artists once they recognized me as a regular that they could trust. 2. They're paid very poorly. That's probably why the membership is so cheap. 3. The staff at the front think they run the world. They're so rude. 4.
The owner is the WORST! I was getting my pedi done and heard the loudest, rudest man speaking so poorly to the woman doing his pedi. I wrote him off as a horrible customer. The next month, I caught this same man behind the front desk YELLING at his elderly employee. I ended my membership that day. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't deserve your money.

Ambiance: 7.5 out of 10; Service: 9 out of 10; Price: $ out of $$$$; Covid Safety: Masks required, enforced. I had Pilar who is a lovely soul. Really great service. The only reason they don't have 5 stars is that they don't have the updated pedicure stations that have disposable liners and jets. It's my preference to avoid infections and fungal issues. To be fair, not make salons have it in Orlando. Really enjoyed how personable every one is here. Very welcoming! Safe space for people of color.

Absolute waste of money. Do not go here! Staff was nice and they all wore masks however the place is outdated & dirty. I went in for a facial, mani and pedi. I get facials often so I know what to pretty much expect. I asked the facial rep about the procedures of my facial & she said this was a relaxation facial & that the machine that extracts blackheads is something the owner was not interested in investing in.
The facial she gave me was the soap cleaner, toner and moisturizer. There were no extractions of white or black heads and it was a "procedure" I do on the daily at home. Again, she was very sweet but I went in for a facial not a relaxation face massage. The nail tech was sweet but she was not experienced. She only cut my nails and painted them. There was no cutting around with a cuticle cutter pushing back cuticles.
She shaped my nails with a nail filer and painted my toes. I had gel nail polish that needed to be removed From my hands and she took the nail filer began to file it off on top me by standing over me on the side and letting the debris go all over me. It was so uncomfortable and cringeworthy that I was desperate to get out of there. (Please see pictures attached to see the mess she left on me on both sides Of my pants).
Not only was there was mess, she flooded the pedi tank by not shutting off the water So my sneakers got wet and water spilled all over to the sides. The manager came over to dry the floor but at that point my sneakers were already wet. Since this was prepaid, I still had a manicure to do. I didn't have her paint my hands because my toes looked terribles she buff out my finger nails and I left.
I didn't even want her to paint my nails because my experience already there was a tragedy. I'm a first time mom to a newborn and I really needed this time to relax and be pampered. This was a total disaster and I regret leaving my newborn at home for a wasted 3 hours. The photos I attached is the dust from her filing the gel off my nails on top of me- which she noticed, apologized and never offered me a towel to dust it off.
The last pic is of the dirty chair I sat on for my manicure. Cleanliness is not a top priority for them. I am grateful they wore a mask and were friendly but everything else was disaster

3 stars for a place that is just. fine. The staff is friendly and services are also fine. I know, I'm using the dreaded 'F' word a lot. There's nothing exceptional here and services are basic. The equipment & decor could use a bit of an update, but it's always clean and welcoming. I recommend choosing the massage services over the nails, as they are much better. I've had a few massages here and enjoyed them.

Services in the "tranquility room" are uncomfortable and more time-consuming than I'd like - well over an hour in an uncomfortable chair for a gel manicure that didn't include a massage. (It was more like a polish change.) The nail tech even recommended switching up my leg position a couple times and removed a leg rest since "a lot of people don't like these chairs". Pedicures aren't much better as the two times I've been, the massage function on the chairs was broken.
Maybe I've just had bad luck with seating? The friendly staff and neighborhood feel of this place is what makes it special. Would I go back for a massage? Absolutely. Find excellent deals on Groupon or save on their subscription packages. You just wont find me sitting in the "tranquility room" again anytime soon.
