Jose does an amazing job. He listens to my concerns and thoroughly works those areas. I have Bursitus in my shoulder and tendinosis and have had restricted mobility. I have noticed vast improvement since working with Jose not only in my shoulder, but in my neck and back as well. I would highly recommend Jose and Creative Bodyworks.

I have acid reflux with a hiatal hernia. Gastroenterologist said I would need surgery for the hernia as my endoscopies showed my esophagitis was getting worse. He said visceral manipulation works for some, but you have to do it regularly. Opted to try this with Jose. Have been doing monthly visits since August 2021. Endoscopy yesterday showed my esophagitis was better, some areas of the duodenum have cleared of the previous inflammation, and my hiatal hernia which was medium sized is now small. Thanks, Jose!@

I have bursitis in my hip and have tried everything. Went through months of physical therapy, 2 series of cortisone shots and still no relief. Wonderful all around! I am now pain free! I had a shoulder impingement diagnosis. I received a cortisone shot from my doctor and recommended 6 weeks of physical therapy. I unfortunately received no relief from either. I had two sessions here where we focused specifically on my neck, shoulders and back muscles. By the end of the second session, I was pain free! Very professional, very clean, communication was great. I highly recommend them!

Joel is an incredible therapist. More so than most people I have worked with, he really takes the time to listen and understand the needs of his patients and takes thorough notes to follow up and track their progress to maximize his results. I find that I get the best results from a session when I have a particular movement or stretch that is associated with a pain or limited range of motion in a joint.

He analyzes the movement and correlates it to the anatomy, so he can knock things loose, and then I can use that movement/stretch to help maintain improve the muscle/joint outside of the session.

HEALING hands! I am an athlete and I suffered a back injury that has caused my back to constantly spasm and lock up. With anti inflammatory injections and muscle relaxers it still wasn't enough to relieve my pain. I was in pain 24/7 just standing, sitting, and laying down. Sleeping through the night was unheard of. My first session with Joel I could already feel a huge difference.

After a few more sessions of working through layers, I no longer have the same pain I once did. I have been able to return to normal day to day activities most take for granted. I can't say enough about the knowledge and precision Joel provides when addressing your needs. I had chronic migraines and have searched for years for a remedy. Was visiting Orlando on business and needed a massage desperately. I train for Ironman so I'm usually sore, but it had been way too long since my last massage. I didn't know anyone in the Orlando area, so I just googled a 2-hour massage and found Joel. He was able to fit me in the day that I had open and his office was easy to find. AND WHAT A MASSAGE!
