I cannot give enough stars. I have been seeing Miriam for over 6 months now for rehabilitative/chronic pain massage therapy and she has changed my life. Not only does she provide a massage that is everything I need catered specifically to my pain and sensitivities, but she's incredibly knowledgeable and has given a lot of great tips for stretching and exercises, managing my pain and suggestions for additional things to try in my quest to reduce my chronic pain. She is incredible.

Miriam takes great care to configure a massage session specific to her client's needs. I highly recommend anyone to see her especially if you suffer from chronic pain. You'll feel refreshed and lighter upon leaving her room! Can't wait to come back soon!

This was the most relaxing and soothing massage I've ever had. Miriam has the rare ability to just know exactly what you need and her business name really captures just what she is: a healer. I opted for the hot stone massage and not only did it feel amazing, she literally plucked the stones from the Nehalem River 20 years ago. How cool is that? Do yourself and your body/spirit a favor and book with her, she's one of the best in Portland.

After reading reviews I made the decision to make my appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Healing Tree. I came in with tightness in lower back and walking stooped over. Nobody wants to feel like that and Miriam intuitively saw this right away. She is a healer and I am happy with making my decision for the appointment with her. I left feeling like I was on the road to recovery and walking upright once again!

I have been coming to see Miriam for massages for many years now. I am 66 and She is the only person I trust with my back which I seem to strain now and again. I just went to her again today. I thought oh boy, I don't know if she can fix me this time, I really whacked my muscles out during a stressful time in my life. She is incredible! This is much more than just a regular massage. I first went to Miriam a few months ago because of shoulder and neck pain. She helped give immense relief and healing. I just had an incredible massage with Miriam last week. I was experiencing low back pain and my feet were killing me. Miriam does such a remarkable job listening and then adjusting her therapeutic techniques to what the body needs.
