Critical: Professionalism I got my eyebrows waxed and it was a fine experience. My eyebrows don't look the best they've ever looked, but also not the worst. However, she didn't wear a mask, offer to put one on, or show any concern for the pandemic. If that's what you're into, then go for it! Service: Body Waxing

I tried setting up an appointment here and never got a text confirmation or anything from this place then got an email later on saying because i was a no show she gets to steal money from me? I don't know how she got my card info but im withdrawing all my cash and informing the police i would strongly recommend you stay away from here!

The haircut was okay, basic and quick, but I'd reconsider going here if you're worried about covid. Holly is an anti-masker, anti-vaccine which worried me as she probably doesn't take any precautions in other places. I had to ask her to put on a mask before she started on my hair, and she wasn't wearing it over her nose the entire time.
She wasn't apprehensive to share that she believes masks don't work and that all you need to fight covid is a bit of vitamin D and zinc. Something to consider if you're worried about covid. Also she only takes cash and the atm next door has surcharges.

I called 6 times left messages trying to my appointment they never answer the phone, also I set up an appointment online, they never confirmed it I tried calling again to see if the appointment worked online and they were not picking up again I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they were closed

Holly is wonderful. I'm from out of town and get nervous trying new wax specialists. She was very careful and is an expert with positioning/ speed. The chocolate wax for my Brazilian was way less painful than regular wax. (I have coarser hair and had 3-4 weeks growth). She tweezes anything left so it's very clean. Besides a great wax she offers lovely honey infused healing skin products. I will definitely go back when I'm in town.
