Had a great visit for a couples massage. It was our first time at a Spa & the staff explained everything to us in good detail. The experience is really nice and relaxing. The price is a bit expensive ($290) but was soooo nice. The hour just flew by! The facility covers 3 floors and they offer an abundance of services that we want to experience in future visits. We had a 11am appointment and rhe parking for a Saturday was not too bad, but looks like it could be a challenge when downtown is a bit more crowded. Can't wait to go back.

I enjoy the Spa Favorites package during my visit. Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. I definitely plan to go back soon!

It's hard to find a spa in GVL that uses OPI or CND products for all the steps of a shellac manicure. The first few times I went to The Spa at West End, it was great. The woman who did my mani was meticulous and it lasted three weeks. The last two times I have been there it has been different people and the manicures were literally awful. I had to clean polish off my cuticles/skin and both times it chipped within a week (a gel mani easily lasted three weeks at my prior salon out of state). It was always a ghost town in there, now I know why.

Nice atmosphere. They offered beverages while you waited. I had a message with Camilo and a facial with Hunter. Very pleased with the services. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star experience was bc of the locker room. You had to change in the bathroom stall and my locker got stuck afterwards. One of the ladies quickly came in a retrieves my things for me. Will be going back

Visited Greenville for the weekend and scheduled a massage. Lauralee wow one of the best massages I had. Wish I lived here she would become my regular therapist. The spa is small but inviting and clean.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! Wow, if I could give 0 stars I would. I bought the seventh Heaven day spa package for my wife on her birthday and was told it would be amazing she'd love it and everything would be great. My wife called an hour later because she was left in the room with no direction just sitting there waiting for her $140.00 massage, which I'm told the $60.00 massage my wife got last week was better than this one.after she was given 30 minute to eat her $17.00 salad which was the same size as the salad you can get at the airport for less money.

She continued to wait and called me and at this point I'm furious and called the manager who told me they'd make it right. They finished her off with a facial which was $160.00. I paid just under $500.00 for the package (including tip) and received a refund for the service that was not provided for $39.00. To top it off the lady that wrote me the check was a complete jerk. She had an attitude from the start, there was no talking to her, and lied to my face about how my wife was treated. Horrible experience. Never go here you will regret it!

I hate going downtown and I usually go to the Korean spa in Georgia for the body scrub so I'd never been to this place. But I wanted a scrub and I didn't want to travel so. I have no idea how I completely overlooked the Scrub with Vichy Shower on their list of services but I settled on a Warm Seafoam Mud Wrap and also got my eyebrows and lashes tinted.

I'd never done a mud wrap but it's now in the rotation. I liked the eyebrow tint but I'm not sure if I'd do it again. I am NOT the target market for lash tinting, super short lashes, but at least I'll be able to say I've done it once. lol I'll be making an appointment for a facial and a body scrub soon.

My daughter Tiara and husband treated me this weekend to Greenville. We came here get facials and massages. I've never had a massage like this, never. The facial is out of this world. They are very professional and very cheerful and love what they do. I will be back again. I am going to tell everyone come here. Laura Anderson is gifted and very talented.

She knows how much pressure without you opening your mouth. My facial person was out of this world. I was very cont with them both. Love this place. I didn't want to leave Greenville today.

My friend and I just had a wonderful massage. They booked me last minute after not being able to find anything else and to be honest the pictures on Yelp make it look a bit dark but the space is lovely. Both our therapists were great and we were even greeted with bubbly. Great time

The in-person experience is very different than the images claim. I wish I had photos. PROS - the front desk staff are helpful and nice - making a reservation online was easy. I submitted a web form and within 2 hours received a call from reception to schedule - the entrance area and relaxation areas are nice CONS - the amenities in the restroom (lotion, etc) were empty - the actual treatment areas were old, massage chairs were 20 years old and broken, and all merchandise areas were empty - my pedicure was fine, but I noticed later that the technician broke my skin, which started to bleed when I left and has been painful for 24 hrs - the facial left mud on my face, making me peel and feel itchy for the rest of the day

I've been going several months for therapeutic massages with Camilo. He is professional and skilled. I'm always met with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. I like getting there 15 minutes before the service to have a glass of wine and change into a robe and slippers. I purchased a monthly service and never have trouble getting in for a massage with Camilo. I have been able to get same day appointment when needed. Camilo has helped me manage my chronic pain with healing massage therapy.

Not sure anything about the service or massages but the woman who runs the place is quite rude. I was drinking a cup of coffee on the outdoor patio next door as she proceeded to turn on a leaf blower and blast a metric ton of pollen into my eyes, nose, and most importantly, my coffee. She continued to come out the front door and shake off her foot mats onto the city's flowers and beat the mats against the trees. I'm sure she gives a great massage, but she's completely oblivious to her actions.

Camilo gave a wonderful deep tissue massage! He focused on my problem areas that I mentioned and was very professional during the massage. He even explained where my tension was stemming from which I really appreciated since I could connect it back to a car wreck injury. In addition to the relaxing massage, The Spa at West End worked my team into their schedule last minute. We were on a work trip and decided to take a trip to the spa on a whim, and they went the extra mile to host us. We would 10/10 recommend this spa!

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Called to reserve a 1/2 day for 2 for my wife and mother in law as a surprise gift. ~$600 service. I called 3 weeks in advance and placed my card on file to be billed with 20% gratuity. Cut to the week of the appointment. I tell my wife and she's excited for the remainder of the week. The day of the appointment my wife and mother in law get to the spa and find out the spa at west end lost their reservation and has no availability that day.

I call and no one knows what happened. Not only is my wife disappointed, I've now hyped up a surprise gift only to completely waste my wife and mother in law's time. They offered nothing on the phone but to reschedule. I let them know that in no way would I want to reschedule or ever do business with them again.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at the spa yesterday. Everything was clean and well timed as I had more than one service. The massage was amazing! Lynne was kind and did a wonderful job massaging my cares away. She is a gem. Treat yourself, it was fantastic!

In need of a little pampering and relaxation, I booked a Hot Souffle Spa Manicure and a Warm Stone Spa Pedicure at the Spa at West End. The staff were pleasant and offered a complimentary champagne, wine or mimosa with my services. I opted for the blush wine, which was very satisfying. My overall experience was enjoyable, but I will say that the space itself was very small with very limited seating in their relaxation lounge.

It was busy when I first arrived, and I was able to find a seat against the wall, but staff were grabbing waters for their clients from the dispenser that was located in the middle of the lounge area. The locker room was extremely tight as well, with staff walking in and out regularly as their washer and dryers were at the end of the locker area. Despite the small nature of the facility, I was able to enjoy my services.

My girlfriend I and I did our annual spa weekend here this weekend. We both thought it was wonderful. It was very serene, the people were very nice and the prices are fair. We both did a facial and express Mini Mani. Christina did my facial and Orma did my nails. I learned so much about my nails and skin. There is no pressure to purchase any products. I highly recommend.

Our boss (Dr Marshall In Simpsonville) treated us to a Spa day (keep in mind there's 13 of us) and we have been treated like royalty since we first stepped in! They have been so accommodating! They had treats and drinks for us! We had to have our appointments staggered since there was so many of us but it worked! I had a facial with Meredith and she was absolutely AMAZING!

She had the perfect touch! I will definitely be coming back and seekng Meredith again! This is the best Spa EVER! 10 out of 10! Had to come back and give my girl Orma an excellent review after she did my pedicure! She was amazing and so sweet! Thank you Meredith and Orma! You girls were amazing!

I came to this Spa for a full spa day and had a terrific experience, everything from the check in to the services was wonderfully thought out - no detail left out. When you check in you'll be offered a choice of beverage - hot tea, coffee, wine, champagne, mimosa or fruit water. A nice touch and I was offered a refill during my pedicure. The robes and shoes are comfy and cute.

My sister and I loved them and took photos with our drinks in hand. The spa is downtown in a lovely location, but it's urban - while they have a huge space it isn't equipped with hot tubs (but I knew this). There is a locker room with a shower and steam room. They even put out nice products to try including Bumble and Bumble hair products so you can do your hair after your shower.

They have two waiting areas - one is quiet and cozy with candles and blankets before your massage and one is bright and cheerful in the salon near the nails. The services were incredible, I had Rocibel for my massage it was one of the best I have had (and I'm experienced in massages!), Christina for a lovely facial. Other facials I've had are rough and can be unpleasant but this was just as relaxing as the massage. Finished off with nails with Orma.

She is wonderful very experienced - I discovered she is a Podologist and had incredible knowledgeable about feet, recommendations, and was great with polish. Overall everyone took their time and gave a personal experience. I signed up for a very reasonably priced membership after so I can come back and try other services at a discount. I'm excited to try the Vichy Shower and body wraps!

I am from out of town and went here for a spa manicure this week. The manicurist was a very nice woman, but did not really know how to do a manicure. She started by filing with too thick of a file board and was very tentative filing and basically didn't do much shaping. Then pushed cuticles back without any trimming of loose skin. Next came a quick scrub, hot oil and paraffin--all of which she had to leave the room and go downstairs to get.

Next came polish-unfortunately that was not good either. She applied it too thick and as another review stated, it was "gloppy". I will not go back to this spa and wish I had read the reviews before I made the appointment. I gave two stars because the manicurist was very personable and nice, but in the wrong profession.

Got the basic pedicure. She clipped my toenails and now they're different lengths and the shape is jagged on some. She used acetone to clean up dark polish which left a dark purple stain on my skin, which I had to point out. Several nails weren't completely covered with polish, which AGAIN, I had to point out. My cuticles are now dried and flaking from all that acetone she used to remove polish. How about you perfect your technique instead of relying on acetone to fix it. I've had better pedicures for a third of the price. NEVER GOING BACK!

The reviews are true. This place is not a good quality spa. If you care about your skin, or nails, DO NOT let them touch you.

Definitely not the spa experience I paid through the nose for! Very overpriced and poorly staffed business. We called to book the half-day experience and it was not available. We mistakenly thought it was because they were so popular. They are so understaffed they cannot even provide the services they advertise, nor do they have the client volume to do so.

The locals stay away! The half-day Saturday we were there, we only saw two other patrons. The massage I received was the worst I've ever had. The masseuse sniffled the whole time and banged the stool around the massage table. The 45 minute, $50 pedicure was 20 minutes of pedicure, 25 minutes of soaking my feet in lukewarm to cool water. Neither the masseuse nor the pedicurist seem to know what they were doing.

I recently went to the Spa at West End. It was nice, but it did not have the major/spa feel that you want when you go to a spa. I got 5 services while there. A mud wrap, a facial, a massage, a blow out for my hair, (because when your hair gets wet from a mud wrap, it might be good if you are going somewhere later) and makeup. I started about 9:30 in the morning and did not finish until 4:30 pm.

Be aware, if it's your first time, and you have no clue, they will not come and ask you if your need lunch nor is it offered. I found out later, that you can ask if you have some kind of package. However, with that many services that i ordered, I would expect someone would offer a spa lunch or something. I had nothing to eat except some stale nuts they offered in dixie cups. I could not wait to leave because I was starving. The services were so, so.

One of the worst manicures I have gotten. Kind of knew it wasn't going to work out during the application of a gloppy base coat then the application of 2 layers of polish with which always leads to dented nails even after hours and hours of waiting. Husband got haircut that was far from satisfactory. Not up to complaining about it at the time to employees who did not seem to care

I've been to this spa a couple of times now for mani/pedis, and I always have an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is far superior to cheaper nail salons. That said, I understand that their rent or whatever must be atrocious, but prices are a bit high - I spent $75 on a basic pedicure and mini manicure (didn't even get my fingernails painted, in fact).

The services themselves were average (I've definitely had more involved pedicures for less money at several other nail salons in the Greenville area). You're paying for the atmosphere, though, and personally I'm okay with that.at least once in a while. Also, I love that they'll serve you a glass of wine/champagne/Mimosa while you're getting a pedicure!
