I had the most amazing experience here and was treated so well by the staff! I got a full body massage and a facial! I feel soooo relaxed now. I absolutely will be coming back to try the other spa treatments they offer :) Update: Came back with my husband for a couples massage. We both enjoyed it (and needed it) tremendously and will certainly be coming back!

We've been going here for years. The owner Michelle is the absolute best! I will say my massage therapist Kelly was amazing. Her massage ran a close second to Michelle's. I booked my appointment with Micaela and she was amazing! She's very knowledgeable about different skin types, products and after care. She had such a great attitude and beautiful spirit and you can tell she's very passionate about what she does! I loved my facial and my brow waxing! I'll definitely be back! You must try the float pod experience. It's the most relaxed I've ever felt. It isn't confining and the water is the perfect temperature. It made my skin feel amazing! I've also used the infrared sauna and it's helped my migraines tremendously. The massages are exactly what you need to unwind after a long week. The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the spa is always extremely clean. I wish I could go every day! I'm so excited I can have this great place to go right here in Conway.

Grace was absolutely amazing! I received a micro-peel facial, and she was so informative throughout the process. We also laughed and chatted during the session as well, which made the time fly by. Had a 90 minute facial from Emma today. She did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed. My skin looks and feels amazing. She explained each step and answered all my questions. She also waxed my eyebrows. I had a massage and used the float tank. The spa attendant escorted me back and explained and answered all my questions. Ive never floated before and really enjoyed the experience of the quiet, calming and weightlessness of the service. I was afraid of possibly being cold, I wasn't. I was afraid of not relaxing, I did. I was afraid of being claustrophobic, I wasn't.

It gave me time to focus on me. I did have to check my body and tell myself to relax and when I did it was amazing. My massage was great too. Kelly, who has been a massage therapist for 20 years is a great asset to the spa. You can really tell she is passionate about her profession. She asked me questions to help her focus on my areas that needed attention and I left feeling like all were addressed. I really enjoyed my experience at The Spa'ah and will book again soon.

Just got my first massage and facial here and loved every second of it! Staff was extremely friendly, clean environment, and both ladies did a wonderful job taking care of me and helping me feel relaxed. Will definitely be back from another treatment in the near future! Service: Skin treatments

I had a facial and hydrotherapy. I loved my facial and would maybe recommend the hydrotherapy pod in the summer. The water was fine but the room was cold! Since half your body isn't in the water it was subject to the harsh temperature of the room. Not sure whose job it is to set the thermostat, but 68 degrees isn't warm enough when your clients are disrobed, just food for thought. I ended up leaving my session early because I couldn't take being cold, naked, and wet another minute.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to multiple real medical spas and this was the worst message and microdermabrasion facial ever. We did a couples package for our honeymoon. This place was such a disappointment. Save your money and go somewhere else. The employee didn't listen when I asked for more pressure at certain times in the message. The facial lasted half the time it was supposed to. Total rip off and useless. Bottom line: it's worth traveling to hot springs or somewhere else.

I travel to Conway semi regularly for business and stay across the street from this spa. Decided to treat myself with a facial and had no problem booking for the next day. I haven't had a facial in a while but do get regular massages. Was excited to try something a little different. My esthetician was Regina. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning from Regina asking lots of questions and showed great concern for my comfort.

This helped me relax and really enjoy the treatment. It was an express facial and I loved every minute. I felt the tension and stress melt away. I can't wait to book another the next time I am in town! I strongly recommend The Spa Ah and particularly esthetician Regina!

Ok I didn't know what to expect, I haven't tried spa services in Conway before but. I have to say I have had massages, facials and scrubs all over the country and I had my best facial at Spa'ah. The customer service is outstanding and after the body scrub and facial I can honestly say my skin feels softer than a baby's butt. That's probably not the most politically correct way to say it but who are we kidding I'm from Arkansas.

The massage I got during my facial will definitely make me go back for a full body. Another thing I loved about this spa was that I could book online all the places I've gone in Little Rock you can view the services they have but still have to call to make an appointment. I would have given 5 stars but it was a little disconcerting being in a shopping center and the esthetician wasn't available but I'm sure she will be next time I go. If you live near Conway or are just visiting I would highly recommend going here. I'll definitely be back!

I had appointments for my friend and me. It was her 60th birthday and I had planned a type of scavenger hunt going to different places. I received a call 2 hours before our scheduled appointments cancelling them. This created a problem and was a big disappointment! So, I can't leave a review of their services but I can regarding their dependability.

Love this place! My husband & I went me for a massage & him for a reflexology treatment. Relaxing for me! & as for my husband the reflexology & deep tissue massage really helped with his back, he's a new man for a few weeks! He already has his next app scheduled with Michelle who did an awesome job!

My deep tissue massage was so great and much needed! My shoulders and neck were so tense from being stressed out and Michelle (the owner) removed all of the heaviness away! I fell asleep after turning onto my stomach. The only critic that I wish it lasted longer.it was that good! The prices are also reasonable unlike all the other semi okay massage places in little rock and Conway. I will definitely be coming back when their new location opens.
