So when I came up to Jackson Hole in August 2009 with my Family, we stayed here and the whole resort was spectacular, nice staff, nice pool, nice accommodations and amazing setup, the loft room was nice because it had a fabulous view of the tram and the mountain and it was right next to the tram and the base itself. In February 2020 right before COVID, me and my friends were on a school retreat and we stayed here again in another loft room, same view, same room setup and didn't change a bit.
When I stayed here both times, the room I stayed in had a spiral staircase which kind of made me dizzy and gave me some headaches when walking up and down the stairs, but I really loved staying here and when I plan to go to Jackson Hole sometime in the future, this is the place to stay and when I do it will still be an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful place! Staff is wonderful! Jen at the front desk was very helpful and was more than willing to help us with anything! Jordan also helped us to our room and made sure we were comfortable and made us feel like family! He went out his way to make sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay! And Liz helped us set up travel and excursions! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with cozy lobby and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to everything in the village and helpful staff. Loved just lounging by the fire and restaurant inside was great. Complimentary parking just steps from drop off was great too and made for easy in/out when going to Jackson. Can't wait to come back for ski season.

Though very pricey, it's worth doing. Ride the gondola to the top - it's an amazing view and you can see wildlife on the way up. The rooms are average, but the service is great and the views are excellent. We went during the summer, so no skiing and there was construction going on. Otherwise, it was a great time and super close to the park.

This property and it's amenities are not befitting a four-star hotel and do not align with the prices quoted. I would not return to this property if others are available. The pet policy is stringent: you sign a waiver agreeing to never leave your pet unattended in your room. Which is a fine expectation if you're not going to eat, shop, ski or explore JH without your dogs.
The staff - while helpful, friendly (and very young) - struggled at some basic tasks. The overnight front desk gave us wrong information housekeeping would be available, and promised service an hour before any housekeeping staff actually arrived at the hotel. If you order in-room dining from The Spur, as we did, be ready to eat your dinner from the floor: the hotel only has one room service cart, and they do not allow guests to use it for the duration of their meal.
It was suggested that we move a table from the hallway into our room, and no chairs were offered or made available. Might as well bring your own champagne glasses as well, because the staff at the Spur admitted they only have four glasses on-premises and were reluctant to loan them out to customers who elect to dine in their $800/night room. If you book here, set your expectations appropriately: it's a modest three-star hotel at five-star prices.

Fantastic views from our room from multiple directions. We were on the fifth floor and had a washer and dryer for our use that could be shared with one other suite. The only negative about the room, was the toilet, shower, sinks, etc. were all in one room so no privacy if one of you wants to use the facilities while you're doing your makeup. The lodge is centrally located and right next to the village Square.
Take the gondola or tram, whatever's running up the mountain. Fantastic views and we heard they have wonderful waffles at the top, however we didn't try them. The staff, including the concierge's is extremely helpful in guiding you on activities to do such as hiking trails and places to eat.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! The staff is very helpful in planning your activities. Be sure to call them well ahead of your stay since a lot of activities are booked quickly! The lodge is right in the middle of Teton Village and you're only about 20 minutes from downtown so you'll need to rent a car. There are hiking trails and a gandula you can ride!
The spa is AMAZING! We had a massage by Christian and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've had! The Spur restaurant has great breakfast and there are other nearby restaurants within walking distance.

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 days. While the staff is nice and polite (especially the guys at the door and the housekeeping) the customer service we received from concierge and front desk was not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. We selected this hotel because they advertise themselves as pet friendly. We booked a pet friendly king size room.
When we arrived, we were offered either a room with 2 queen size beds or "the option to upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite for an additional $150/night". Turns out that their pet friendliness is not really friendly and you are subject to the availability of certain rooms regardless of what you paid for. We purchased a package way in advance that included restaurant and spa credits.
We were not explained this when we arrived. We found out about this by looking at the invoice after check-out. To their credit, we called them and the manager applied the credit to our account. However, this only happened because a little note in the invoice made me question what was included in our package, otherwise we would have lost an additional $200.

This place was amazing. We stayed here for a couple of days during the first weeks of October. I thought the valley and mountains would be completely dead because it is their off season but all contrary, it was beautiful and the surrounding streets were filled with beautiful Fall colors. The service is great. You are able to ask for certain things like a room with a view of the mountains or valley and they will try their best to accommodate.
No promises there though. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful at the front desk in all different turns they have of people working. They suggested certain hiking trails, helped keep the fire burning on the fire place as I worked etc. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I thought was a bit TOO steep specially it being the off season. However, it IS a resort so i guess it can be understandable. Anyway, I would totally recommend this place and would definitely consider staying here again. Check them out and then follow our travel vlogs on isntagram @thehungrynomadz

When a hotel has a 'cancel 2 weeks in advance or lose the entire $1500' cancellation policy, you should run really far from it because it is guaranteed to be rubbish. $321 per night for a "studio" that's really just a room and doesn't have a real bed but a Murphy's bed that you have to pull out of the wall every night. And no you cannot leave the bed pulled out because then there's no room to walk.
The fridge reeked of whatever stale food people had left behind. The pillows belong on a doll bed not a human bed and are too soft to support anything other than an inflatable doll. The reception staff wear masks below their noses and the curly haired waitress at the Spur restaurant was hugging patrons in the middle of serving us our drinks! No wonder the US is rife with Covid infected people running around everywhere.
They also do not have hand sanitizer available to use in the lobby and suggested I drive 12 mi to Jackson to buy it. If you're trying to park after 9 pm forget it, it will be full or roped off and hotel staff will *not* help you figure out where else you can park your car. The people at the reception basically shrug and tell you you're on your own every time you ask them a question.
Next time if we happen to look for a hotel in this rando village full of jam-packed identical buildings we'll stay at the Four Seasons. At least they're helpful there and have valet. I know this because when the hotel restaurant, Spur, gave our reserved table to someone else without telling us we had to go looking for somewhere to have dinner. And we ended up at the Four Seasons where the hospitality is impeccable at any of their locations worldwide.

We were really disappointed with our stay here during our first trip to JH. We booked it months ago and purposely booked a room with a view and balcony, so we thought. Apparently the pictures they show of the room you select, are not the "actual" room you will get. $500/nte got us a room on the first floor by the lobby noise and no view. When I expressed concern about what I saw on the website vs what I got, the person at the desk said "yeah I've told marketing to change the pictures, but you know they like to show the best possible room pictures." We felt duped and pretty disappointed.
It was our anniversary trip and spending over $3k to stay there, we expected more. The restaurant was also overpriced and sub par. I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Noah. That young man worked really hard. Loved JH and will return, but not to this hotel.

We stayed Thursday through Monday at the Teton Mountain Lodge and spa. Prior to our stay we left numerous messages for a concierge that never returned our calls. When we checked in and asked about reservations for dinner and spas, they advised we should have called earlier. This was a little frustrating since, we did try for 2-3 weeks to contact. I understand COVID, and businesses have cut back on staff, but for the cost you would expect a little more attention and service.
The room was very nice, and the property was quite lovely. The service however, left much to be desired. The room service was meh, not worth the cost. The staff when checking in were very nice. I just didn't see that the level of service matched the price of the suite. Checking out seemed to take forever, not sure why it took so long. The views were great, I just wish the service matched the price.
The room service food, was meh. My friend found a hair in her burrito which caused us all to lose our appetites. The Spur restaurant had great food, kind of pricey but very good. I didn't mind paying because the food quality matched the price.

We were looking g forward to our stay here for so long. Prior to check in we had tried to call a few times with nobody answering the phone or even calling back after we left a message. Upon check in after paying $700/night for our room we walk in to a tiny room with a window looking into another wall and roof with no daylight coming in. As far as service for a property that is supposedly 4 diamond.
I called concierge and she told me that she was not on site and i had to call back. As we went to the pool and wanted to order drinks and food apparently there is nothing served between 10-5 (pretty much all day). There are restaurants next door however the staff is not willing to order and deliver to our room or pool, something I would expect for a hotel at this rate and supposed service and caliber.

I rented a 2 bedroom suite for about $2000 a night. Complete rip off. The view was awful (patio over the hotel HVAC and parking lot). The kitchen was barely functional. 4 plates for a place supposedly meant to fit 12. Few pots and pans. No real ability to cook a meal. The place looked pretty worn out for allegedly being remodeled in 2018 (which is what I was told).
But the real annoying part was that COVID 19 controls were inconsistent with worrying gaps. Check in people did not wear masks, but they did stand behind plexiglass. That actually doesn't do the same as masks as their aerosols and droplets are still getting out into the air in the lobby. The bellhop put on fresh gloves and a mask which was good. Guests at check in were asked to wear masks and then pretty much never again.
I saw plenty of people walking the halls and even hanging out in the lobby in front of check in staff without masks, including cleaning staff. Heard one person cleaning a room with a hacking cough and after that I put my do not disturb on the door. I certainly would not stay here during the pandemic again and I certainly wouldn't pay $2,000 a night again for a place like this. No value here.

I have been coming here every year for the past 8+ yrs. and always book services at Spa Terre at Teton Mountain Lodge. I have always received A+ service. Today, I was greeted by a very friendly staff making me feel welcome. I had an 80-minute massage by Nathan. Although Nathan did a great job and is an EXCELLENT massage therapist, the only reason I'm not giving a five-star review is because the massage took place in a room with zero background music (like one usually has during a massage) and I could hear a washing machine going and going during my massage.
The spa is VERY clean, but the couches in the Relaxation Room are uncomfortable. As I sat on one to watch a beautiful local video, I had to get up because the foam on the couches was old and crooked. Those couches should be updated because they're looking tired and dull. Lastly, the spa used to offer tiny snacks, like dried cranberries, trail mix, etc. while waiting for services, but today, there was nothing other than teas and water.

My husband and I planned a National Park road trip ending in Teton/Jackson Hole for our one year anniversary. This was the last stay on our trip before returning to Seattle. Stargazing is one of our favorite activities and treats when we get to escape somewhere less light polluted, so we go out of our way to find nice lodging with outdoor hot tub and pool facilities to soak seeing stars after a long day of exploration.
We had been looking forward to checking into the beautiful facilities and ending our day with one of our most favorite activities. No slippers were in the room so I called down shortly after checking in early evening. Waited about 40 mins and nothing came so headed out to dinner and asked them to deliver 2 pairs to our room. Came back and found 1 pair.
We didn't have other suitable shoes to take to pool area so called down again to ask for the other pair. Another 30 minutes pass and still nothing and pool should be closing in 30 so called back down a 3rd time to ask them to rush it and then ask for directions to the outdoor adult only pool area we'd been looking forward to and are told that the facilities are closed for maintenance.
Major let down. Aside from all this, the hotel decor and cleanliness were quite nice. Service and check in was also pretty mediocre. Staff didn't take time to greet in a very warm manner or explain the amenities of the hotel in much detail. Seemed a bit unprofessional and not what you are used to from a nicer lodging, at least in most other cities we've stayed in big tourist friendly areas.

Very clean and modern/rustic feel. Super cool and comfy Murphy bed. Walls are a little thin-so voices and TVs in neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. The bathroom is beautiful with a walk in shower and dual shower heads. The lodge has an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool. Impressive gym. The lobby area is beautiful with two awesome fireplaces. Amazing restaurant-Spur.

We stayed here for 4 days for a family ski trip! The hotel is very clean and well kept. A modern yet rustic feel to it. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It had a small fully equipped kitchenette, stackable washer/dyer, a Murphy bed and two full bathrooms. The master had a king bed and a jetted tub. The jacuzzi part of the tub unfortunately was not working.
There was dinning for six as well as stools at the kitchen counter. There is a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and an indoor pool as well. There is an adult only hot tub in the fourth floor. It hold 20 and there is service for drinks from Spur. Great spot sir ski apres. Take your slippers or flip flops and the luxurious robes that are in your room with you.
They have towels for you just inside the door. Amazing views of the mph rain as you soak your tires muscles. The lobby had a nice fireplace and free tea/coffee/hot chocolate for the guests. There is a ski valet on the lower level near the Spur Restaurant. They take your skis/boots/poles for the night. Boot heater/dyers are in the room. The walk to the lifts/tram/gondolas is about 5 minutes.
You can ski in. Everyone we encountered in property was very friendly and helpful. We also used the spa on our last night. It is small and clean and comfortable. There is a small jacuzzi, steam room, 2 showers, lockers, changing room and all the amenities you might need to shower and get on with your day. My therapist Nathan was amazing! I wanted to take him home with me. He really knows how to get into all of the muscles and tender spots with the right amount of pressure. Overall very nice resort and would highly suggest checking it out!

Spent a long weekend here for a business retreat of sorts. The stay was perfect. I was escorted to my room d provided useful information along the way and about the room. The bed is super comfy, the views are gorgeous, the bathroom is spacious including a jetted tub! A fireplace to keep you cozy, and a mini fridge, coffee bar, and snacks. I ordered in room which was delicious.
All the meals that we had as a group were fantastic, especially the smoked salmon- omg I could eat that every day. The service was impeccable. I used to inspect hotel rooms, so I was asked my opinion. I naturally give more attention to detail. I never found an inch of anything off or out of place or unsightly. And the rooms are virtually soundproof. Unlike other places with thin walls, you never hear a door slam, the shower or toilet running, not even the jetted tub! This is romantic, fun, and perfect for any occasion!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The rooms director, Marco, is awesome. We stayed for our anniversary, and he went out of his way to make our stay great by upgrading our room (without us having asked) and leaving a "happy anniversary" card with a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy! Along with Marco, all of the other staff was great as well. My wife and I were sitting in the lobby, and the young lady working at the concierge asked if we would like to have the fireplace lit while we relaxed. Again, she took the initiative to make us feel more comfortable without being asked to do so.
Upon checkout, there was a bit of confusion with the remaining balance, but again Marco came to the rescue and made sure all was made right. Such a great staff, and beautiful hotel! We hope to make a stay here every anniversary and any trip we take to Jackson Hole (hopefully a few times a year)! Thanks for a great stay!

Located in the Teton Village, places you in walking distance to the ski lifts and also all the restaurants and shops of the village. Our first room had a small kitchen and a Murphy bed that was very uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft. Since we were not planning on using the kitchen, the staff was kind enough to move us to a traditional room with a king size bed.
The lodge has a spa on site and we took advantage off. We really enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We especially liked the roof top hot tub with great views of the mountains. The restaurant on site, Spur, was incredible! More about that separately. They will store your skis on site, which is convenient.
The only areas for improvement are; their on site "store" is really lacking basic choices for snacks. Thus you have to walk to the General Store in the village. The other area that needs to be addressed is their wifi service. The free service allows for basic email, but not to check basic web sites. So you have to spend $14. 95/day for decent service!

At $350/night, I was expecting more than a fold-out/pull-down bed that was incredibly uncomfortable. The lodge looks nice, and the staff is friendly. Revision - They overcharged us, fought with them to remove excess charges. Then they added more charges. Fight to get those removed. Terrible, downgrade to a 1-star review.

We usually stay at snake river lodge for our yearly ski vacation but they increased prices sooo much that we decided to give the TML a try. We were not disappointed! The rooms were so nice, clean, beautiful decor and a huge porch with gorgeous views! The ski valet was very helpful and even gave us 20 percent off for no reason! The walk to the lifts is manageable and down hill.
The restaurant Spur is awesome! They are great for breakfast or dinner! The only negative I can tell is that they do not offer an after ski snack like other places and their pool is not that great. We would definitely stay here again!

While the room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough and had a fridge to store our food which is always a plus. Also there is a great jacuzzi tub. However I have a few issues with this hotel. First, what is with these hotels charging a resort fee? It used to be a resort fee was only for a very high end resorts and you actually got something for it.
When the Scottsdale JW Marriott charges a resort fee, I don't question it since I have use of their lazy river and water slides. The Teton Lodge is a hotel. Don't tack on a resort fee to an already pricey hotel to give me access to a pool, wifi, and gym. I'm pretty sure your average Best Western has those things without charging a resort fee. It's just a way to price gouge. Second, they have various things in the room "for sale".
Can you say tacky? As soon as we come in, there is a large stuffed animal moose on the bed. Our 4 year old immediately runs to it and hugs it. The guy that brought our bags let me know it's $32. Now my 4 year old is begging me to buy it. Also the stuffed animal clearly hasn't been washed so how many other kids have held and slobbered on the thing?
There are also bath salts for sale in the bathroom and aluminum water bottles for sale by the sink. Yes, let's just say tacky. I'm at a pricey hotel. If I want to buy a stuffed animal or a water bottle I can buy one downstairs. Also, the bath salts are usually provided in a hotel of this caliber. Does my resort fee not cover that? Lastly, when we checked in we were told we had a king bed.
I had requested two queens but apparently none of those rooms were available. The guy at the front desk suggested maybe a pack and play. I explained to him my kid was 4 and had outgrown a pack n play two years ago. No biggie, we will roll with it. We put the kid to sleep on the love seat. She rolled off a few times a night so we would wake up and help her get back on the couch.
On night three I realize the love seat folds out into a full bed. Wow, it would have been super nice if the guy had mentioned that at check in instead of offering a pack n play made for infants. Clearly, despite working the front desk, he was not aware of the amenities of the rooms for the hotel in which he works. This hotel tries to be fancy, but it sort of fails. It's perfectly adequate, probably better than average. Maybe next time the resort fee will cover the bath salts.
