I'm sorry but this was the worst manicure I've ever had! Nippers were dull so my cuticles were really just pulled off instead of a nice clip. Also the clippers weren't sterile, she just pulled them out of her drawer, plus the file was nasty Services: Pedicures, Manicures

Although the masseuse I use is amazing, I scheduled my appointment on my last visit and when I showed up for my appointment, it was nowhere to be found. I won't be going back. Wasted my time driving there and back.

They don't take Amex and you can't tip on the card. Not sure if this is advertised anywhere but I didn't see it. I'm not sure what you would be expected to do if you didn't have a backup payment (or tip cash?) after getting your hair done. The girl that washed and brushed my hair was nice but extremely rough and it actually hurt.

She did apologize. Also, after checking in on yelp I received a 20% off coupon, which I asked to use at checkout. The man at the front was clearly put off by it and I still paid almost 200$ for highlights so I'm not sure he actually gave me any kind of discount. My hairdresser was nice and my hair looked a lot better and I'm happy with it but it's still brassy.

Thought I would treat myself for the holidays but overall feel like I wasted money. Debating between 2 and 3 stars, decided on 2 because they offered the woman next to me a coffee but not me. lol.

Critical: Professionalism Never been here but the manager set up three separate interviews with me over the phone and she did not show to any of them. Not professional at all.

I have been going la mirage for probably 15 years now and going to Alesia. I can't say enough great things about la mirage the service I receive every time from front staff to the hair washers. Alesia is very talented and she always understands exactly what I am looking for and nails it every time. I have very dark thick hair and decided to get Highlight/balayage and I am beyond happy over the years with my hair being a lighter and brighter shade. She always has done my hair for Weddings and even my own wedding. She is an excellent hair stylist / colorist. You will not be disappointed!

I had my polish follows services done 5 days ago. I got wounds after the scrubs, redness and very itchy skin allergic reactions. I've been suffering from the itch for 5 days now, hopefully there's no bacteria entered into my skin. I sent complaints and photos to the management for their awareness. Been going here for years. I absolutely love Lindsay for massage. She's consistent and somehow gets me to relax, which is VERY difficult! Wish I could go every week! Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The facility was super clean and I was pleasantly surprised how every service was separated into different rooms. I will definitely be going back for more services in the future. Awesome nail tech, Cynthia did a great job taking her time and giving quality service when completing my mini pedi; not a rush job at all. She is polite and friendly and knows her stuff; my toes are happy! The salon is cute and clean and plenty of parking is on site; very cool spot that I'd recommend!

This place is phenomenal. Everyone I've met has been so friendly, and Kara is incredible with hair. My hair was beyond damaged from a failed request at another salon, and she did an amazing job fixing the color and health of my hair. She also had wonderful suggestions about what I could do on my own to help to further help my hair's health, while never being pushy or giving overly expensive options.

After putting off my mothers Day Gift Certificate for so long (as we mothers always put the kiddies first) i finally went and had a facial by Alyssa which was amazing and she gave me tips for my dry skin. The staff are so nice and make the experience relaxing and comfortable for you! would highly recommend especially if you just need that me time!

I have been to La Mirage many times, for haircuts, hair styling, mani/pedi and waxing. Always had a great experience and always left with exactly what I wanted. The staff are professional and treat customers with respect. They even ask if you want something to drink when you come in. They keep their tools and space clean, and thoroughly sanitize the pedicure tub between customers.

I always get compliments on my hair after going to La Mirage (thanks to Kara). The stylists here are experienced and care about up-keeping their salon's positive image, unlike typical chain salons. If you sign up for their email list you can get some pretty good deals. I only trust La Mirage to give me exactly the look I want every single time.

Great salon! I have been going to La Mirage for a few years now for regular cuts and wax. All the staff are nice and scheduling (or rescheduling) is really easy. They recently started a system of appointment confirmation via text or email, which I do prefer. My daughter gets her hair cuts there as well and I am always pleased with the cuts.

Even a month after they butchered my hair I still can't pass a mirror without wanting to cry. Would never ever recommend this place.

Was disappointed. Went here twice and the hair stylist hacked at my hair. I have very thick hair and she was more concerned with using the thinning shears then actually giving me the right cut. The second time I went I asked for a bob and I got a cut where the sides wing out out (which I specifically said I didn't like) and she gave me heavy bang that make my face seem overwhelmed.

She took out so much it would be hard to fix unless you gave me a really short cut. Don't go here if you have thick hair. Also I got a manicure and pedicure here where the tech smirked my big toe and didn't fix and my manicure chipped within hours.

Perfect! I have been going to Kara for highlights, cuts, and blowdries for a few years now and I will not go to anyone else ever again. She recently moved to La Mirage and it is a beautiful salon with the most friendly staff. My hair looks beautiful every time and stays looking great! I'm extremely particular about my hair but Kara gets the color and style perfect every time. She also does gorgeous updos! I would recommend La Mirage and Kara to anyone!

Oh my god! I recently found out that my favorite stylist Kara is now out of this salon. I've been following her for years and no one knows how to do my hair as well as Kara does. She's friendly, knowledgable and, most importantly, she listens to her clients and their needs. I'm from the Northeast and live in Center City now and none of the pretentious Rittenhouse salons even compare to the care and attention Kara gives to each of her clients. Going to give them a call asap!

I have a very stressful job during the day where I stand on my feet for 8-10 hours & a part time job that requires physical strain to my shoulders, back, legs. I wouldn't normally pay 100$ for a massage (I'm cheap) but I recorded a gift card from a friend for my bday- I booked a 55min deep tissue massage with Lindsay. for a petite girl she really knows how to get into the problem areas! She even spent a little extra time at no cost - I was so impressed I plan on making this a regular treat to myself!

I have been going to Ellen for cut and color for about three years now. I just love her. She knows how I like my hair cut. One time she didn't use the razor (we were talking and I didn't pay attention) and my hair wouldn't go right. I called to let her know something wasn't right and she fit me in for a re - cut and styled me for free.

We experimented with some different hair color and she always did a beautiful job. My mother uses Steven for haircuts. He does a great job on her short wavy hair. I have my eyebrows shaped Mira. She is wonderful.

I go to Liz for my Brazilian bikini wax and Liz makes this salon she is so amazing, I love her to death. She makes you feel so comfortable. I have had many waxes from all over the place and she is by far the best. We all know it's not comfortable to have someone in your lady bits but Liz talks the whole time our conversation was flowing so much I didn't even know she was done. She stays with you and makes you take breaths before she pulls hair off. She is the best! Highly recommend

I had my first leg wax ever at La Mirage. The woman who waxed my legs was very nice, made me feel completely at ease. I kind of liked that she didn't say, "OK, are you ready?" before ripping off the first strip of wax. I would have tensed up and made the pain worse. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in the neighborhood again.
