Inner Spa

I have had the most traumatizing experience in this facility with the medical professionals and front desk staff. This was supposed to be very helpful for me, after having double mastectomy only three weeks ago. Everybody knows that general anesthesia and any type of medication make you constipated and very uncomfortable. I was really hoping to having the best experience and a great relieve in this facility.

The conversation that I had with a medical professional, who is a licensed therapist, Kathy, brought me to tears and completely traumatized me during and after our conversation. Speaking to a medical professional you do not expect such an unprofessional and rude approach towards a client. She was rude, her tone of voice was very offensive, her sarcasm was traumatizing, and all in all just painful and literally brought me to tears.

This business, Inner Spa, was recommended to me by three of my girlfriends, that were the clients of Inner Spa. This facility have lost four clients. They are never coming back and I would like to spread the word to the people that do not deserve to be treated by anyone this way. Especially by medical professionals. They are being reported to Better Business Bureau and everywhere they advertise and exist. I do not believe in bashing businesses unless there is a very strong reason. This is one of those times which brings me no pleasure.

This place calls you back days later and never has appointments when you need them. I will not use them ever again.

I did a body wrap. The only positive thing was that the person who did it was nice. The advertisement for the body wrap was disappointing though. I didn't realize the wrap inch loss would be temporary. The biggest issue is that my friend came and did the red light sauna which was literally you sitting in a chair with your head sticking out in a small tent.

It should be embarrassing for an establishment to call it a sauna. It was a major rip off. My friend did not even sweat in it and the receptionist said they must have put the wrong setting on. So if you they made an error you would think they would discount yhe service. Nope. They just kept offering more products for us to buy. Really? Never going back.

I did the Day of Detox package and it was wonderful! Doreen and Leslie were both sweet and professional. I love that they filter all their water and offer an organic snack in between services. Will be back, for sure!

Had the hydrotherapy here, and really enjoyed it. The staff is super professional, and the entire environment is calming and pleasant. They use a closed-system, if you're a hydrotherapy guru, which I prefer since I like to have the attendant present during the session. My therapist was very knowledgeable without being overly hippie, and was a calming presence during the session.

She applied some gentle massage, which eases the process. I'd recommend this place and the colonic hydrotherapy if you're not feeling quite as regular as in your halcyon days.

I worked at this spa. Everyone is wonderful, caring and professional. Unfortunately, the owner should not be on the premises as she brings negative energy.

I have used services at Inner Spa on more than one occasion and discovered the place to decompress, rejuvenate and become more health conscience. As soon as you walk in the door you immediately feel calmness and peace. The staff is professional and pleasant. With each service you receive a wealth of information/education that will promote good health.

When you are receiving their services, it is all about you! Their product lines are exceptional too. I am thrilled I am on the path to improved wellness due to the wonderful, skilled staff of Inner Spa.

I've been to Inner Spa several times & found the service very good. This is an intimate spa, low light that's very relaxing. I had a great massage, I tried the body wrap and tried colon hydrotherapy for the first time. Each time the staff was great. I have to admit I was a little uncomfortable trying colon hydrotherapy but Cathy explained it really well which helped my anxiety. The treatment was good & I would definitely do it again. I have recommended Inner Spa to several people & will continue to do so!

A woman named Christine gave me a 49 minute massage with many breaks for the price of a 60 minute massage. I gave them another try after new management.in 2014-2015 But then a snooty LOUD Newtown Woman who busted in without an appointment made my much needed body wrap a rushed tense bad experience. The staff became tense and rushed under the miserable client's command.

I have given up I have never been back. Its a complete rip off I was supposed to get a package deal but because they were unable to book it the same day with their limited staff I had to overpay. I feel like and idiot for not walking out but I was naked so what was I going to do? You could not pay me to go back there.

Received a first class massage from Doreen, would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing Swedish. Very professional, super friendly, excellent work overall. Well deserved 5 star rating!

Cathy and the team at Inner Spa do a great job. I had a massage there and it was great and the atmosphere is calm & relaxing. I am very comfortable in referring friends and clients to the Inner Spa!

Clean calming atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff. Have been going there for past 3 years. I just love Doreen. She's awesome. Makes you feel very comfortable allowing for a totally relaxing experience. Looking forward to many more visits here.

My wife got me this for a Valentines Day gift. Nothing says true love like a good colon cleanse! I had mentioned I wanted to try it years ago, and like a good partner, she remembered and got it for me. I was nervous as all heck. I got in the waiting room, filled out the standard work sheet and waited. The waiting room was nice. The mood was peaceful and dark, and no eye contact was made with the other patrons, since we all knew what was about to happen to each other.

I was brought back to the room and my therapist came in. She was very nice and we chatted about the procedure and what the process was. After all the chatting, I went and changed into my gown. I got up on the table and she umm.inserted the tube. It was not as bad as a i expected. She started the treatment and from there it was a breeze. She was very nice and we chatted a lot during the procedure.

After the hour was up, I got changed and was ready to go to the front desk and be pestered to get a package and spen more money then I was willing to. However, this did not happen. She suggested that I have this done every couple of months, handed me a chart with price plans, shook my hand and went back to her room. I booked another session for a month later.

I was very impressed by how good I felt after it, and how well i was treated here. I would recommend InnerSpa to anyone interested. I also booked a session for my wife that I will give to her as a, I don't know, Anniversary gift or something.

The spa is small but well-equipped; lighting is soft and gentle. I have always been seen promptly. The staff are very professional and respect your need for privacy and modesty during procedures such as colonics. Prices aren't cheap, but not the highest in the area, either, and they do run specials. Check it out.
