I'm giving this place 3 stars because I got a facial which was AMAZING, and a pedicure that was HORRIBLE. Well, I actually didn't finish the pedicure because the technician didn't have the correct tools to remove gel polish and she continued trying after breaking skin and me asking her to just paint over it. the manager said it was "the person who booked me's fault because they aren't set up to remove gel". weird, seeing as they offer gel pedicures. Wish she would have said that in the beginning because my pedicure looked fine before she butchered the polish.

This was my first visit ever and I was truly disappointed. They had me stand outside in the freezing cold to come inside when there were seats available inside. My nail tech (Angela) literally washed my feet for 15 minutes after I had waited 25-30 minutes just to get serviced and I got no apology or even a thank you for waiting. Then I had to go back the next day because my pedicure was horribly done and already chipping! and had to be redone. Even after the second visit Angela still did a terrible job. The pictures are from the first visit and 4 days after I got serviced. I give this place a 0/10.

I've been going to True Colors for years. No so much for the hair cuts but for the massage treatments. All the therapists they've had over the years have been extremely professional and attentive to my needs. As the years have gone by, if I can't get an appointment for a massage, I just wait until there's an opening. Kendall Owen, is my stylist now and takes care of my hair.
Being older, I'm kind of set in my ways and have always just shaved it real close. But she's so enthusiastic about what she does and the career she's chosen, that I let her do whatever she wants to my hair. It may be something spunky, it may be something modern.whatever she decides, I let her do it and I haven't had an issue yet. She has a gift that at least with my hair, makes me feel young again! :
