Here at AquaBrite Pool & Spa, we pride ourselves in our fiberglass pool installations. Fiberglass pools come straight from the factory in one piece for an easy installation that can be installed in as little as 3 days. Eco Friendly - You do not have to replace the liners due to their dependability.

Critical: Professionalism Quoted 6 month for warranty service of my Jandy Truclear system. When I push back with the manager (Lindsey) she said they schedule day to day and it could be between 1 day and 6 months? Really amateur outfit!

I had an automation and salt water system I stalled 7 weeks ago April 5 2022and the chlorine generator has not worked yet. The first time I called is the week after when my son came out or the pool with bloodshot eyes and irritated skin. I checked the chlorine level and it was off the charts, the never returned my calls. The next time I called was after I caught the pool tech dumping massive amounts of chlorine in the pool and he argued with me about it begin a salt water pool.

This time when I called the admitted that no one changed my service to a salt water pool, they said they would send someone out to fix it. For weeks 3-7 I've called every week and they keep claiming staffing issues and they would be out to fix it even giving me confirmed dates, no one has show up yet. My chlorine levels have been all over the charts from way to high to none at all. At this point I am ready to have it removed and have a reputable company come and install the unit. I will also be moving my weekly pool maintenance elsewhere.

AquaBrite has been cleaning my pool for the last year and a half since it was built. Dealing with me is not easy, I am super picky. They do an exceptional job; I give them five stars all the way!

Spoke with a Frank at the company that was referred by AHS service I have. He was very unprofessional, did not return calls, method of communication was via text. Once I did find out what part was needed which he was supposed to call me to let me know, he states we don't have it, you can call another company. I then wanted to verify part name and the other company name, he states, I have a customer in front of me I have to go. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Tim McBrite called and said he will be at our home at 4 pm. He came at 6.30 -- a time we were unavailable to let him in and show him the problem. He let himself into our pool area and claimed he fixed a leak. A leak was not our problem -- we could not show him what our problem was because he came at an unannounced time. I called next day and he agreed to come back between 3 and 6 pm. Again, he didn't show up. Tim was unprofessional and unreliable -- he should not be in this business.

NEW CUSTOMER: So Far Extremely Satisfied. I had a previous pool service and I kept noting "green" staining and was told it was copper; but nothing was done. Over months the condition continued to deteriorate and I was researching things to stop and correct the copper accumulation. My then provider was taking forever to schedule someone to address the issue.

A customer and friend with a similar copper problem told me to call AquaBrite as they had corrected his copper problem. AquaBrite came out within a day and we scheduled the correction: drain the pool, acid wash (was amazing to see the green copper rinse away!) and refill. The two techs were very informative and professional and did a terrific job.

I have an open (uncaged) pool, but very little debris. I am on week three so far and so far so good; I am very satisfied. Between the weekly cleanings, the emailed pool status reports and the exceptional administrative staff; I have found my provider. I will report again in six months. Greg Pollack is VERY knowledgeable and he even called after the pool was refilled to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied. HUGE difference between my previous pool guy and a professional, family-owned business. Thank you AquaBrite!

Just fired them today. Saying they are awful would be kind. We had given them chances time and time again to correct their services. Some of our experiences were getting mud ALL OVER our pool deck, saying they were out to clean pool and clearly had not been, etc etc. But the kicker that made us let them go was that they come and cleaned the pool 2 times in the PITCH BLACK of the night! LOL. cant make it up

We have been customers with Aquabrite for several years. Gregg and Jeff are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions we may have. Sharon and Gina in the office are always cheerful and a real pleasure to talk to anytime I have to call into the office. Keep up the great work team!

I have coverage with American Home Shield and was in need of service on my pool. I explained to AHS that I had to fill my pool with water several times weekly. For this reason, it's possible that I may have a leak. AquaBrite sent out a Representative that had no equipment to study the problem that I was having with my pool. Yet, he responded to AHS with nothing but false information. My claim was denied. This Rep. asked me several questions, but never checked anything. He gave me the impression that he was rushing to the next job. Que lastima!
