I came for a tropical massage and an organic facial because I got a gift card for my birthday. When I walked into the salon, I didn't think anyone was at the desk because no one greeted me. I eventually saw that there was someone at the desk, but they were looking down at their phone. I said hello but they didn't respond or see me for over a minute.
If I didn't have a gift card I probably would have left. However, the massage and the facial were wonderful. The extractions did hurt, which I'm not used to, but I would just ask to skip that next time. 5 stars for the massage and facial, minus 1 star for the initial experience.

Today was my first time at Hair Gallery Salon & Day Spa. Viviana Szaliga did an amazing job fixing my uneven hair color ( I colored my hair myself during Covid-19). The platinum shade highlights made a nice contrast and hair layers made my hair look fuller. I look like a new woman and I love it! I highly recommend this salon, everybody is professional and friendly, salon is clean and plenty of parking space.

I was in town visiting a friend and decided to get a little makeover. Vivianna did a great job. My highlights, haircut and style looks amazing, help make me feel like a new person. She is very friendly and was very helpful w my decision making. I would definitely go back and would refer anyone to go there. Great job, thanks Vivianna

Went to balayage and basic trim of split ends. Have 26 inches of hair- she cut off 4 inches. Then did a horrible striped highlight instead of a blended balayage. Highlight start at different levels throughout my hair. Everytime her mistakes showed while blowdrying she would change positions or the way she was brushing to hide the mistakes. Then offered another color appt free of charge but then charged me double.
Later refunded only $150 and told me that the problem was my hair color not her services. Now I have to find someone else that can fix this. Vivian cannot do balayage. Super disgusted and disappointed.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I just got a great haircut and style from Vivianna! This is my go-to salon for quality services and Covid safety. I highly recommend them and plan to have my husband stop coloring my hair and go to them. Style and safety at a reasonable price. It doesn't get any better! I felt so safe Service: Hairstyling

Last Friday I went to a different salon (my first mistake) with my very blonde hair and I asked for some low lights for dimension and left with dark brown hair instead. As a blonde, I was infuriated, I didn't. even want to look at myself in the mirror. Not only did the hair gallery color correct my hair back to blonde and add in some tasteful highlights but they also educated me how to style and prevent damage of my hair for the future. I will never go back to another salon. Hair gallery for me. They are Amazing professionals who really know what they are doing! 10/10 recommended

Highly recommend Viviana as she cut and styled my hair perfectly! She knew exactly what my thicker hair needed in terms of adding layers and everything came out beautifully! She was super friendly, kind, and very professional. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was because some of the services can definitely be up there in price. But, I will say one thing: if you book with Viviana, you won't regret it!

Today was my first visit to The Hair Gallery. I received a 90 min massage, facial, & eyebrow wax from Lily. I've visited many, many, many other massage therapists and Lily is by far the best I've ever been to. The woman truly has magic hands and I will be visiting again asap! She is so sweet & did a fabulous job on my facial & eyebrow wax as well. The salon itself is gorgeous! You feel like you're in a peaceful oasis, perfect for R&R. 5 stars all around . Thanks again Lily!

I just left the Hair Gallery after receiving the BEST hair experience I've ever had. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. I was so happy with the result of my hair. Halie got my hair to be the bleach blonde I have always wanted. While I was there, I noticed that they offer spa services as well like massages and facials! I will be returning here for all of my future appointments!
