Hair services at Lulu's the Salon and Day Spa are performed by extraordinarily talented, Creative Stylists, Senior Stylists, Master Stylists, and Artistic Directors. Prices reflect skills and experiences of these distinctions. Our stylists and spa professionals prepare well in advance for your appointment.
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and service provider. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment for all spa services and multi-services. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa service to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
Make an appointment for a complimentary consultation on how to achieve more volume, length, or a pop of color with our hair integration systems. All of our chemical services include a cut and style. All prices may vary upon consultation and according to your colorist's skills, experience, and abilities.

Came in for a haircut with the owner Lulu. She washed my long hair in a shallow sink, made it so snarled that it could not be combed out. She started working it with a brush and ripping though it. I stopped her and walked out. Unbelievable that a stylist who has been in business for 30+ years would make such a disaster of my hair. Came back to the condo and I've been at it for 45 min and still don't have all the tangles out.

Thank you to the stylist who took care of me today for a foriegn fill. She way so sweet and professional. I am from Arizona and she took care of me as if I was her regular Client. I'm super grateful they fit me in for a fill before the wedding I am attending Saturday. Thank you so much! If you guys need your lashes done she is your girl! This place is bomb

The two stars are for how kind everyone that worked there really were. The salon is also very nice and I was looking forward to making it a regular place that I visited- of only my experience had been better. Again, everyone that worked there was very kind, but I'm not sure they were entirely qualified for a couple of reasons. I went in for a lash lift, which i have had 4 precious lash lifts and had never had the issues before that I experienced here.
In the middle of the process, my eyes started burning SO bad, which I have never experience my precious technician. After she was done only one side was lifted and the other lash looked the same as before. Her solution was to add more black dye to them, which she proceeded to get in my eye as well and they were bright red before I left. I left with a $100 tab and 100% felt like I had not gotten my money's worth. Previous I only paid $65 and without the tip.

I came in with my hair a disaster! it was damaged from over processing, and 7 different colors. Kelcee was able to fix the color to exactly what i wanted, and helped to heal some of the damage. I would definitely recommend, and will be returning to see kelcee in the future. Services: Balayage, Hairstyling

We tried Lulu's as a spa day to get ready for our wedding. They did the hair and nails, needless to say the staff did an amazing job! I love this salon, their customer service is top notch, and the stylist are great talents. We will be returning to Lulu's for our home salon. The team and talent won us over! Thank you Lulu's for making our day so special!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. We tried to come here for a relaxing day thinking that it would be a nice experience. BOY COULD WE HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Our appointments were started almost 40 min late, the massages weren't a full 50 min, AND we were highly overcharged when checking out at the front. My card was charged without my authorization for $330 even after I knew that the deposit should have only been $165 they charged me the full amount (which was not a deposit) and then charged me again at the desk for more.
They claimed they educated us in adding on chemical peels and told us how much it would cost WHICH NO CONVERSATION EVER TOOK PLACE! They said because I stated to the esthetician to "take care of my skin" that gave her free reign to add whatever she wanted without disclosing pricing! Not to mention my boyfriend never even had any put on during his facial but they still charged us!
After calling the salon multiple times we got absolutely ZERO help in resolving the matter. We were told by multiple front desk attendants and management that we were going to be refunded and then would hear nothing back! They even charged my friends over $400 when we were supposed to have the same total. Today I got a call saying that they are so sorry we are having "buyers remorse" and when I mentioned that they would just like to do anything to shut us up at this point she agreed with me.

Oh my gosh I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Megan! I was visiting from Chicago, and was used to getting my hair done in Chicago, first time ever at Lulu's. Megan listened to what I wanted for my color and cut, and suggested a better alternative for what I had originally "thought" I wanted. Thank goodness I listened to Megan- she completely succeeded in styling me exactly the way I wanted.
I realized I didn't have the knowledge or words to describe it, but Megan just understood me and nailed it. Galveston is so lucky to have a talent like Megan. Book with her ASAP. I am highly considering returning to Galveston just to have her color my hair again

Just had my nails done by Megan, first off, wow! I don't think I've ever had my nails done so well. She took her time and was extremely friendly. I have really sensitive cuticles and she was so gentle. Got the shape I like perfectly. I got eyelashes so she could show me how to put them on because I absolutely cannot do it right. Definitely my new go to. I need a touch up on my hair soon and I know exactly who I'll be seeing when I go. 10/10 Thank you!

Kathy, Stacy, Rene, Megan, Lulu and Cheeto are the best! Kathy does amazing extensions, make-up, color and style! She totally transformed me for my wedding day! Best hair cut and style I've ever had. She matched my hair color to the extensions perfectly. Thank you so much to everyone at Lulus salon for making my day so special! Would recommend to everyone I know.
