Bergamos Spa Retreat

I went here for the first time for a spray tan. I got there, was placed in the tanning room which is hard tile, no place to sit, and very cold. I was told to undress and they would be back to do the tan. 25 minutes later I called the front desk to find out what was taking so long. they forgot about me. literally. They apologized and gave me a discount but I won't be back for another tan. it was not a great job, my hands and feet looked terrible and overall the tan was not what I expected from a $50 service. Staff and facilities are excellent! Restaurant has very good food! Great place for couples or just some personal R&R.

I have been going to this spa since before the Harvey renovations. Went to check out after getting a message and salt cave. The price for both went up $50. My total bill was $220 before tip. I can get a couples message at a nice resort for $210. I'm a regular customer and will not be coming back with this price increase. I can't imagine too many people would when you can go to nice places for far less. Update to response: I understand but in the future could you please do your regular customers a kindness and let them know before they are paying at the counter after receiving services either by updating the brochure online or letting them know of the price increase when they make the reservation, and also by making sure you have enough paper brochures at the checkout counter with accurate pricing? None of which was done.

Food was very tasty and a great value. The garlic parm fries were so aromatic that you could almost taste the fries. The wine flight was.fine. Just fine, nothing more, nothing less. This place was aight.

Sadly, a big let down. I visited over a year ago and had a good experience, but there were a few things I didn't like at the time (dirty facilities, rust on the faucets, algae on the tiles in shower and pool) Despite my first experience I decided I would give them another chance. This time I realized they had increased their prices from where they were before.

I get it, they are a premium spa so you must pay for the premium experience. My services were great, however the facilities were anything but premium. The spa is designed nicely, a great layout and idea but they are just not kept clean and sanitary in my opinion. The same faucets and jets in the mens spa and shower that were rusted and growing green things and scum on them a year ago were still there, despite the price increase. growing even more rust and algae or whatever you want to call it.

Cool place just made me feel ripped off for paying premium price and getting a majorly sub par experience in terms of feeling comfortable and safe and clean. Clearly no one is scrubbing away the buildup or even paying attention. No attention to detail in this area. Wish I could give it 5 stars for my service providers, they were excellent. I guess I will save money and get a better experience by visiting one of the newer spas around town.

Sorry Bergamos, wish I could continue coming in, as you are close to home, but I just can't! I am providing this feedback, free of charge, in hopes that someone at the spa sees it and makes a few changes to help the business in the long run. Thanks for your time.

First Timer Here! I had the 80 mins. Sensory massage. It was a lovely Experience! My Massage Therapist was Jordan. Very professional, and he had those magic hands! I loved everything about it. When it was over, I stood up and almost fell over. That's how much relaxed I was. Lol I had the heated pool all to myself. Would have to recommend this place. If you want an experience, you'll never forget!

I have been getting my nails done here for about two years and have been very pleased with the job that they do but they changed their menu of services and no longer offer gel manicures. They now just offer a regular manicure and it is now seventy dollars. The man I've was awful and need not look right and I won't be coming back for that service. I had to find a nail salon that does gel manicures. Bergamos needs to ask customers what they would like to keep doing and not just change it and give the customers no say.

I booked a massage appointment at Bergamos Retreat a few weeks ago. It was an 80 minute aromatherapy massage for $155 I believe. Apparently they changed their menu February 1st and I just got a call that my massage will now cost me $225! How can you change the price of an already booked massage!?!? I understand charging new people that book after the price change but do not feel they should change the price of the one I booked at the advertised price at the time. I canceled the massage and they didn't care at all. I'm so disappointed. I have had several massages there and always referred them. No more.

We enjoy coming here for Sunday brunch. It is nice and quiet. The service and food are always great. This time I had the chicken and waffles and enjoyed them.the tenders were perfectly crispy. We also love the crispy potatoes for an appetizer.

If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it. Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons. I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation. They have a spa that you can use after the massage but it was not working. The large shower has a rain shower head and a good quality shampoo and conditioner I would have given a five star but not having the spa was a bit disappointing, I look forward to it after a good stressful week. Other than that it was fantastic! If you want a good female misuse ask four Glo.
