First haircut after being vaccinated, and I was very upset to find that the hair stylist was not masked per NYS mandatory guidelines: "Employees must wear a face covering that completely covers the nose and mouth AND either a face shield or safety goggles when providing service directly to customers." It was my fault for not confirming before my appointment.

My hair stylist was only wearing a 1/3 face shield from chin up that failed to cover nose, and was completely open on sides and above mouth. There would be no difference between wearing this and not wearing any PPE. When asked to wear a mask due to comfort level, we were told that stylist could not work all day with a mask. I will be going to a different salon that adheres to COVID mandates (and also confirm before my appointment). This is unfortunate because the stylist was talented and does fantastic work!

Love this place - have tried most services from hair to massage, always very satisfied, reasonable prices, good vibe and very clean.

I get my Sweedish massage monthly with Nicole and am so amazed at the way I feel. Her knowledge and technique helps with years of struggling with shoulder and neck issues. Nicole is the Best!

My mother and I have been coming here for some time now. Everybody is always very kind and professional. We love the relaxing, simple, laid back atmosphere which other spas can lack. We always look forward to Karen, who is an absolute angel. So talented and always takes her time to make sure you are looking fabulous! This last time we went, we got another outstanding professional, Cameran.

She is a miracle worker! She did a great job on my pedicure. Additionally, my mom and I desperately needed help with our hair. Just one afternoon later, we both left looking amazing! She really knows her stuff, too. My mother and I look forward to working with her again.

Went in today for a Swedish Massage. Very welcoming and warm. Friendly and very professional the receptionist was. My massage therapist Nicole was very nice. Explained things before she started and stated if you don't like the pressure I give you can let me know. Even though you are getting a Swedish Massage I tend to give a deeper massage so it feels like your getting something out of it.

Which was very nice to know. I would recommend anyone to go and have a massage there. It was by far the best massage I have gotten in the last four months. Thank you it was amazing and I will continue to go there.

Sad to do this. I have been there several times to give it a try to get a shellac manicure. Unfortunately it is the only place that the shellac manicure lasts 2 days.

Just there last Friday for my third time, Nicole for a deep tissue, Randi for a facial. Both ladies are awesome. Kelly the owner couldn't be sweeter. The place is relaxing, clean, warm and inviting. Randi helped me pick some makeup for my skin and I love it. Can't wait to go back in May for my next recharge day. Really loving this local gem. Highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Serenity for several years for my pedicures and they are THE BEST! The customer service is wonderful and I always feel so at home when I am there. I am always treated with tremendous courtesy, friendship and a warm greeting. I will continue to recommend Serenity to all my friends and others. I am the owner of Serenity Day Spa and I posted a response to the 1st review regarding Groupon and I am not sure why it has been removed. The Serenity Day Spa the 1st review was about was not my Spa. I have never offered a Groupon. I have very professional receptionists to answer calls during all our business hours. Our priority is customer satisfaction and professionalism. We offer this in an elegant and friendly environment.
