Exactly what i was looking for! Allyson understood about my tender skin and how to massage it before i even asked. I feel incredibly rejuvenated and uplifted after our session and looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much

This was my first visit to Haven Spa. The staff at the front desk made me feel totally welcome. I received a deep tissue massage w/ cbd add-on. Nicole is an EXCELLENT masseuse and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I have had massages before but this was, by far, the best overall experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Haven Spa and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Got an hour-long CBD oil massage, wonderful experience. Nicole was great! They're shutting down at the end of this month (May '22), but here's hoping they reopen

My first time here and it was 10/10! The spa is so welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I had my waxing appointment with Esmeralda and It was the best experience I've ever had. Getting waxed can sometimes be uncomfortable and a little painful, but she made me feel so at ease the entire time and I felt so comfortable with her. Haven Spa you just made a forever customer! Thank you Esmeralda I look forward to our future appointments!

I've always loved this spa and I've been coming there for years for various treatments. All are wonderful! I have to say that one of the best pedicures I've ever had! It was over a month ago when I had my pedicure and my toenails look like I just had it done (minus the natural growth in my nail). Like they use superior products and really know what they're doing. I'll never go to any other place. Thank you, KellyAnn!

Having once been a regular client I decided to attempt a return to this haphazardly moderately pleasant (awkward stairs, poorly ventilated client rooms, strange mishmash of sales/front desk check-in/waiting area) spa. To my shock I was informed that there is absolutely no client contact tracking, no temperatures being taken, no vaccination requirements, and only some of the newly hired staff is/has been vaccinated (apparently the management took advantage to the pandemic to fire its long time staffers, or maybe they up and quit due to lack of health protocols). SERIOUSLY!

Here we are expected to fork over significant money and we can not be guaranteed that while we lay nearly naked on a massage table the person working on us is not required to be vaccinated and has probably been in contact with at least one non-vaccinated client during their work day?!?!?! This spa is just waiting to become the next pandemic hot spot.look at Europe - it is shutting down again, and so will Haven (used to be) Spa, now plague zone!

My Mom treated me for my birthday and I was not disappointed. My Lemon Chiffon wrap was incredible! Jeraldine was so amazing, I literally felt like Queen Nefertiti being so attended to during my session. My skin and mind were in bliss. Resting on the porch, enjoying the fall air afterwards with a nice glass of grapefruit infused water, was a perfect way to ease back into reality. I'll definitely be back!

Didn't give proper info and then canceled my appointment without showing an ounce of respect. Pretty disappointing. Call on Tuesday to get an appointment. They gave me 3:30 on Friday. I am nursing my 6 weeks old baby at that time and don't have my credit card. I have been there several times in the past; I don't know why they don't have my card on file; it didn't change.

The next day I got a phone call saying they canceled my appointment because they didn't have a card on file. I called right back right, nobody answered; I left a message. They called me back a bit later. No apologies. Just offering another time slot that I can't take (my babysitter couldn't be available earlier ~Yes, it is not easy to organize a schedule with a newborn.) No sign of empathy; they didn't try to call before canceling. " It is written on your file to hold the appointment until Tuesday evening ". well, it would have been nice to tell me that in the first place. So, not a place that I would recommend. The minimum in my opinion is to be respectful of customers. Pretty disappointing.

The staff at Haven Spa are very helpful and willing to answer all of your questions. I got a facial from Yuli and she was excellent, providing not only a relaxing experience, but terrific explanations of the procedure, products and suggested aftercare. The facility was very clean, well presented and professional. A top notch location. Unfortunately, I booked at the last minute and was only able to get one procedure. (Then again, I was able to book something on 24 hours notice on my last minute trip, which was a great surprise.) I hope I have the opportunity to visit the area again so that I can leave feeling refreshed once again. Thank you Haven Spa.

It was my first time getting a facial and I will be back. Jeraldine did a fantastic job. I look 5 years younger! She helped me find products that were healthy for my skin and better than anything I could get in a retail store. A 10/10 experience.

This was my first time here and it was fantastic. My massage therapist was kind and attentive. Throughout the appointment she checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming! They offer water and tea in the relaxation room, and the massage treatment room was cozy and warm. I can't wait to go back!

Staff bent over backwards to reschedule an aesthetician to take on my appt after the person I had scheduled with went home sick. It is the holiday season and things can get crazy, but they absolutely made this right and, as a result, I had a fantastic first experience with Haven. My lash specialist, Sara, was fantastic and I've already booked my next appt. if you're looking for a classy day spa (that manages not to be pretentious!) in the heart of Rhinebeck, look no further.

On 11/01, my husband gifted me with a surprise beauty day for my birthday at the Haven Spa. It was an amazing gift to receive for the 2nd year in a row and I am so thankful for it. I went to the spa feeling tired, sore, ancient, gray, and blah. I left feeling like a million bucks. I had a wonderfully restorative 90 minute massage by Stephanie who found, massaged and restored places in my body that I didn't realize were sore until she massaged them.

By the time she was done I was more relaxed than I have been in nearly a year! The massage was followed by a soothing and delicious facial given by Melissa. After that, Rosina did a manicure and pedicure that left me with gorgeous red nails that my friends have commented on. All of the staff at Haven make you feel welcome and make sure you feel at home.

They could not have been more gracious, accommodating and supportive. Kudos to all of you! Their gift shop is lovely and their products - some of which I bought for my skin - are worth the price as they are quality. Thank you Haven for making this 64 year old woman feel 30 years younger! I will be back!

I had an amazing message yesterday. It was relaxing and it made me be so much better after a really hard work week.

My Son bought Me A Gift certificate For Mother's Day! And I used It For A Microdermabrasion Facial. IT Was so relaxing I came away with Beautiful radiant skin. I Had Lots Of Compliments On How Fabulous My Skin Looked! I can't wait to go back Thank You Melissa.

If you r gonna splurge, this is a great place to get a massage! Every time I've had one never been disappointed. And the treatment u get for a facial is great u get more than just a facial w a little massage also, its really relaxing and the products they use I've found to be very good. Also very nice staff.

I do enjoy going to Haven. I have had the Swedish Massage a few times and have been very happy with them. My only complaint is that gift certificates are only good for a year. While that sounds like more than enough time, sometimes its not. They already have your money so what does it matter when you use your certificate.

DO NOT BUY gift certificates as gifts from them! They do not honor expired ones and the recipients will lose out! This is a poor business practice, there are plenty of other nice spas in the area and a big one going in that will hopefully replace Haven!

I have been to this spa a couple of times for massages and once for a facial and will continue to go. The massages i receive have always been amazing. And Lyris did an amazing job with my facial, she was very helpful and answered my questions and also gave me tips! I will 100%be back!

Amazing quality from every employee that I have experienced, and that's probably all of them. Everything from manicures and pedicures (Meghan is my favorite!), facials, waxing, massage, and so many other treatments! All done perfectly. Once a month, every month, my mother and I go to Haven for manicures and pedicures. Additionally, once a month my mom goes to Haven for a microdermabrasion facial, and at the same time I go for a massage. Everything is always perfect.

I had the Haven Signature manicure with ANC and the Seasonal Luxe Pedicure. I was disappointed with both services. The manicure says in the description there's a hand massage included. I never got any hand massage at all. They only soaked my nails in a bowl and then filed and prepped for the ANC dip acrylic powder. These services aren't cheap compared to other nail salons so I'm really annoyed I didn't get everything that the website says I should have.

The pedicure was also very disappointing. The massage lasted literally 2 minutes. Extreme letdown. After looking at my nails more closely I can see the polish is on my cuticle so I'm sure it'll start peeling off shortly. I really expected more and wanted a spa experience but I left feeling ripped off and broke. Both services combined with a gratuity came to $138.00.

I expected more pampering. It's just frustrating that I didn't even get the proper massages that it says is included. I read this all on their very own website. I definitely don't think I'd ever return here for any services.

Beautiful spot and very convenient, lots of parking. Really impressed with the quality of the staff and specialists. Also have a small gift shop area so that is also worth a look.

While exploring the Hudson Valley area my face became so dry in the cold weather. I was visiting and did not pack lotion in my carry-on because of TSA so I found Haven on yelp and stopped by to buy something to help my very cold, dry face. Natalie at the desk was extremely helpful and sweet - when she realized they were out of the product she would have recommended for my sensitive skin, she gave me a sample and did not try to sell me something that wouldn't work for me. I will definitely return for a treatment when I move to the area!

I always know that getting my wife a gift certificate to Haven is a good move. She loves the services offered, and they are well worth the price. She particularly enjoys facials and various massages. It's located in a nice area in Rhinebeck NY (see my photo). While she's inside, I can enjoy the sights with our daughter. I highly recommend Haven. Also, there are plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Although I didnot get the very latest blue polish stuck with my signature HOT PINK! Oh well Im old.
