A Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage, Inc., was established in 2002 by the husband and wife team of Massachusetts licensed and certified massage therapists, Christopher and Pauline Reynolds. Pauline and Chris are 2002 Graduates Of Central Mass School Of Massage and Therapy. Our program of studies consisted of 640+ clinical and academic hours.
Swedish massage was first taught in 1814 by Per Henrik Ling and has continued to prove its amazing ability to soothe the body and relax the mind. Swedish Massage relaxes your entire body. Your massage therapist will use long gliding massage strokes combined with more specific massage techniques to aid in the return of blood to the heart.
The primary focus of massage is repair and maintenance of the soft tissue. Soft tissues are the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Massage has been proven to be an effective treatment for chronic headaches, fibromyalgia, repetitive use injuries, back pain, muscle pain and reduced range of motion.

I had an hour appointment with Chris yesterday 8/25/21. I felt like I was in the room with a doctor- really. Chris is so knowledgeable about the body it's awesome. He also recommended me to someone else in belchertown to further improve my health. I have been going to Chris and Pauline since 2003-2004 and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Great Job, Mike
