Services
Elements massage practitioners are professional Licensed Massage Therapists, experienced in a range of treatment modalities, and dedicated to your health and well-being. We are committed to providing sensitive, therapeutic, responsive and responsible treatment. All clients complete a health-information intake, and we encourage you to share your questions and expectations with your therapist so that each treatment session is healing, relaxing, and restorative. Our basic relaxation session is a "Swedish Massage, " which combines long, gliding strokes with firmer, muscle-specific work.
A full body oil or lotion massage is given to restore tired muscles, increase blood and lymph flow, relieve pain, and bring peace to the mind and body. Whether you're looking for a gentle, relaxation massage or a more focused & deep pressure massage, (or both!) our signature massage is designed to enhance the experience between client and therapist and give you a personalized massage leaving you feeling pampered all over! This nurturing massage is specially designed for the expectant mother in her second or third trimester.
At Elements Spa we work with the FarmHouse Fresh brand to deliver exceptional facials! Every facial comes with a skin analysis, and is personalized for what your skin needs, and what best suits your goals. Product recommendation and education is included. For those that are extra conscious of what they put on their skin, the products are 99.7% natural, vegan, and everything they make is sulfate and paraben Free!

It was a great experience. The sauna and jetted hot tub was relaxing and soothing. I liked that everything we needed was in one room. I appreciated the friendly staff upon entering the facility and I gave a 20% gratuity however, something was missing upon our exit. I did not hear a thank you or come again! Overall I would return for the facility was really nice and we were relaxed after out treatment.

I made reservations for a couples hot tub and massage. Took the day off work and waited the entire day for the appt, to arrive, and find out you were only booked for a 30 min tub. We were offered to stay and do the tub only.or there was room for one person to get a massage. (What are we to do wait while the other gets a massage?) people have lives and busy ones at that. It's very disappointing when you look forward to something and use work time and end up leaving with nothing.

I'm rating the masseuse. I've never had a professional massage before. I went for a couples massage and I'm an anxious/nervous guy. My masseuse was Cleo. She made sure I felt completely comfortable and communicated very well. She was so friendly too and seemed to genuinely care about my experience/stress level. If it's your first time or you're an anxious person, ask for Cleo!

This business would get more stars if the reservations system was worked out better. I am aware of three methods of booking a massage. First is booking online. I don't recommend this because the system accepts your booking but doesn't inform you that it may not be with the therapist that you requested in the comments box. I only found this after getting an email confirming an appointment with a therapist I didn't know.
That led to rearranging my schedule to another time when my preferred therapist could see me. Second is calling on the phone to book a time. I did this even though the person receiving my call seemed to fumble through the booking process. When I arrived at the appointed time I was not on the schedule. Someone had booked me for a Thursday massage and not the requested Tuesday time slot.
Again I had to rearrange my schedule. I have concluded that the best way to book a time with your preferred provider is to physically go to the office and make the appointment while standing in front of the desk. Not aways convenient. The therapists and staff are wonderful. Just need to get the appointment bureaucracy sorted out.
