First off I scheduled to have my pool opened the pool by them, they didn't show up when scheduled and then they didn't complete the job. They forgot a plug at the bottom of a canister and Jim made me get it out. I also asked them to measure the pool for a safety cover so they measured the pool and he told me I would get a quote in a week for so. I few weeks went by and I never heard anything, so I called them and the Diane told me that she couldn't find it and that she would look and send it out.
Well it took me calling a half a dozen time for them to finally send me a quote almost 3 months later. So went it came time to close the pool I called the company in early to mid September to schedule an closing date. They told me early October they would be there. So the day they were supposed to come out and close the pool nobody showed up or called to tell me what was going on, so I called the office to find out what was going on and they told me that they didnt know what happened but thhat they would put me at the end of the schedule the next day.
A few days went by and nobody came. so I called again and they said they would put my in the schedule for the following Monday. Monday came and went and nobody still should up. so I called the office again and Diane told me to call other places to close it, I told her that I wanted to stay with them and that I thought I might have a leak in one of my lines and asked if they could check it out when they came to close the pool. she told me she would let Jim know.
Well the next day I got a call from Jim saying that all his staff had covid and they couldn't do anything even though I spoke to him and Diane multiple times and that was never brought up. Then he told me I was being stupid and then called me a jerk and started yelling at me and saying that the pool wasn't leaking and that I was lying to him cause I would have called in the season not once did I blame them for the leak I just wanted them to look at it. Stay away from this company they are very unprofessional
