My favorite salon in town by far love it here. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to, I just started going here during the pandemic and must say they take the selfs pretty seriously. The owner Rhonda was also very nice and a joy to be around. I will def be going back to this salon for my next hair cut

Rhonda has been my go to girl when I need a good cut and color. I've been going to Zia for close to a decade now. Rhonda never disappoints! I give her some vague ideas and she turns them into something magical that gets me lots of compliments. Going into Zia is always a welcoming environment with snacks, coffee, and tea. The people who work there are warm and friendly. The spa is always clean, well cared for, and beautifully decorated.

I can't say enough amazing things about Caydee and Zia Day Spa. She cuts and colors my incredibly damaged blonde hair, and it's never looked better. She found my perfect color match in a far less damaging solution than I was using, and my hair finally has life again! I went to over 10 salons before I was happy with the way someone treated my damaged blonde hair and Caydee saved it! She's incredible, especially with blondes. She also introduced me to Loma and J Beverly Hills and I am IN LOVE with both lines. The Loma products are a must have.

I went to Michelle for a shellac/gel manicure a few days before my wedding. She took the time to help me choose the right color, even suggesting we go outside to see each one in the natural light, since my ceremony was outdoors. Everyone at Zia was friendly and it's easy to feel comfortable. I was nervous about messing up my nails somehow before the wedding, but they lasted over 3 weeks without so much as a chip, even during a honeymoon of hiking/swimming every day. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service. I will definitely be back!

I started a new Job that has me on my feet almost 8 hours; so with that being said my body was taking abuse that it was not use too. I went to Zia Day Spa for a massage with Rebecca. When I first went in my back, arms and shoulders were aching I felt "shorter" from compression of standing all day. Well after an hour massage with Rebecca I felt revitalized and "Taller" my posture was better the aches and pains lessened it was a wonderful relaxing experience that has be now a true believer in Massage with a skilled Therapist as Rebecca. I look forward to my next session. This was the best present to myself! Thank you Rebecca!

Just got home from a 1 hour massage by Karin. She gave me by far the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. I could tell the entire time she was sincerely concerned with what to work on and this is not just a job for her- it shows it's a passion. Because I'm a hairdresser I have a lot of knots and tension but she worked on each area so well and always asked if the pressure was ok. Karin knows her stuff and I will recommend her to all of my clients and co workers. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back! I can honestly say I have never left a massage feeling as relaxed as I do now. Karin is a lifesaver!

After is disappointing experience at another salon for a Shellac applications, I found that Michelle is a CND Certified trained nail tech. If using Shellac, why wouldn't everyone insist on a Certified process? My nails have never looked better! Michelle is the best! I look forward to each appointment.

The $$$$$ rating is misleading. This is a competitively priced spa with great services. I've had a couple of Vinylux manicures (awesome) and a pedicure here and love it. Will be back for a massage on my next trip. Would definitely recommend.added bonus, the ladies that work there are friendly and have an obscene amount of experience doing what they do.

I had a wonderful massage by Karen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for something between a Swedish and Deep Tissue and that's just what a got. I was totally relaxed and it felt great--she knew just where to tease out the knots in my back and shoulders. She then went on to give me a fabulous pedicure. Zia is a very nice place and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of their services. Will definitely be back!

Zia is fabulous! I went here a couple of years ago to use a gift certificate for a facial. Since I had a pleasant experience then, I looked Zia up again when searching for a salon to go to for a hair cut. I couldn't be happier! Lilly gave me probably one of the best, if not the best, cut and style ever! Everyone that works at Zia is so friendly and prices are definitely fair! I highly suggest you check this place out! BTW, they just moved locations this week. Their new address is 127 West Central St, Natick. Same phone number though. :

I haven't tried most of their services yet, but their massages are GREAT! Not overpriced, and worth every penny! Edit* Ever since my fabulous first massage, I thought I'd try their salon services for hair. Boy did I luck out! Way affordable prices and great! I have loved every color and cut I've received since I started going a few months ago. Rhonda is great. YAY!
