Was looking for a massage, so didn't go. but selection looks great and well priced.

Convenient location with plenty of parking, but my overall experience with a treatment was very disappointing. The technician had poor communication skills and didn't let check the progress of the application. The result was poor.

I've had the best experience ever, the best photofacial and I have had plenty. Ellie has gone out of her way to book me when I am in town. The drive to Framingham is worth it. Marcie

I went to Sophia's Medspa for microneedling. Allie was excellent. She answered all my questions beforehand and put no pressure on me at all. The procedure went great and I will continue to go back a few more times to get the results I want. It is a very pleasant and clean office.

They are a kind and compassionate team! I have been getting a tattoo removed from them for a couple of years now. I have been taking my time getting it removed- but they always remember my face. I was going to a different place to get my tattoo removed but later realized it was a scam. At The Medspa my tattoo has faded significantly. The doctor told me exactly how many treatments I will need and even provided a topical ointment to help with them pain (When I use it, I dont feel ANYTHING). Great place and will be going back soon!

Its been 5+ weeks since my 2nd laser hair removal sitting. I was so scared to get it done and worried about scars. But the effects of just 1 sitting is great!. the growth of hair has literally reduced. just 1 or 2 thick hair in this 5+weeks. definitely worth it.

A found The Sophia Medspa, through a Groupon offering. Best coupon I ever purchased. Beautiful salon! Caring people including the Doctor who TAKES THE TIME to explain procedures and expected outcomes. Great location and plenty of safe parking.

Professional staff, clean environment. They took the time to find out what I most wanted to improve and worked on that the most. Offered me a deal if I wanted to come back again.

I brought my teenage son to Sophia Med Spa for his first facial. He really liked it! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the procedure was explained and he felt very comfortable. He will continue with facials on his own now.

This place is a rip off. I came here to get permanent make up done and it was awful results. I will never recomend this place to anybody.

I tried this MedSpa on the recommendation of my mother, who drives by it often. I am fairly conservative when it comes to spa treatments and usually just go for a basic facial. When I called the spa and asked for an appointment for a facial, the spa manager took the time to ask me what my specific skin concerns were. After our conversation, I decided to be a little adventurous and try an amino acid peel.

I am so glad I did! The esthetician was excellent, very friendly and she answered all of my (many) questions. After the peel, my skin felt so much brighter and my makeup went on more smoothly. I have been back for another peel since then and enjoyed the second one just as much. The spa is very low key and relaxing and I never felt pressure to buy products to take home. I did purchase a vitamin c serum and it really seems to help with my occasional breakouts.

I had Julia do permanent makeup on my eyebrows and lips (lip liner). She was a very nice person but I was not satisfied with the work. My eyebrows were done WAY TO LIGHT. I still needed to use and eyebrow pencil which I was not happy about. I could see squiggly lines in both the eyebrows and lip liner. I wanted my brows to look more dark, dramatic and solid.

One side of my lips was done lower and darker and the other side was lighter and thicker. She does not include a 2nd follow up appointment for touch ups 4 wks later in the price (most places do) and the prices are some of the highest prices you will find around here. They also kept changing the time of my appointment which was frustrating because I had already told my job I would be leaving at a certain time. The only good thing about this place was that the consulatation was free. I will not be returning.

I just want to take a minute and write this and tell about this great experience that i had.very professional, friendly, clean spa! i love it :) i simply walked there with a disaster eyebrows and after i got them fixed (n i havent got the touch up yet ) but even now every time i look at the mirror i feel so good so happy! thank u so much
