Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48-hour notice of change or cancellation.

I got my hair done with Alyssa a few times. All times were so nice. Alyssa and the rest of staff were very professional and kind. Alyssa always made sure I was comfortable and did such a nice job on my hair. Every time she did exactly what I wanted and loved it and came out feeling good! Services: Haircut, Balayage, Hairstyling

I had my first visit to Serenity Spa & Salon today and I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with Kirsta. It was honestly one of the best massages if not the best massage I've ever had! She was so friendly, polite, and professional, but most importantly she took the time to listen to me and did exactly what I needed and asked for, checking in to make sure the pressure was ok and that I was comfortable.
I left feeling so relaxed (which doesn't happen very often) and scheduled another appointment for the next month. I'm so very happy with my first visit and I can't wait to go back!

This is a terrible place. I missed my appointment and had to send my gift card of $120.00 because I missed my appointment. BY MISTAKE. This world is in up arms right now, not only that but I had a family member pass away, which the members of the salon KNOW this. it was mistake on my HALF. But they gained $120.00 of mine! It actually makes me wonder what type of people are they, I thought it was a great place. but I would NEVER EVER recommend it.

I am appalled at the treatment I received at serenity spa tonight. I came in 3 weeks ago to fix what I called my covid hair( unable to go to salon due to covid). I have been there previously mostly for massages and have seen another stylist who was great but asked for the first appointment available. I saw a new person Alyssa who was pleasant at first but obviously very inexperienced.
I asked for light brown or dark blonde and came out dark, dark brown. I did not see the final result because the power went out so until I got home and was shocked bye the color. I was going to call the next day but decided to wash it a few times and try and lighten. After multiple washes I called and asked for an appointment hoping for a highlight or toner something to help lighten the color.
When I got there today I explained to Alyssa my hair was way to dark she said you asked me for the color. I said I wanted it one color but this was neither light brown or dark blonde. She did not feel comfortable highlighting my hair because it would fall out. I live in Tyngsboro and have a well so yes I have dry hair, but I don't think it's going to fall out.
I asked if a deep conditioner could help then highlight and she refused. I said so you can do nothing. I came in to have my hair fixed and was willing to pay for Her mistake but she wouldn't do it. I understand they go bye a level system my assumption is she is a new grad and needs more training especially on customer service. I was given gift cards for Xmas here but I would rather lose the money than go back there. So unprofessional
