I love this place, come here often to relax and get some time for myself. I do wish they did manicure!

Hidden gem! This place is like stepping into an European spa and is so relaxing I can't wait to return. I purchased an hour in the sauna/jacuzzi followed by a massage and everything was so lovely. Just going for the sauna is worth it, it is absolutely stunning inside! Lovely ambience, helpful and comforting staff. Highest praise!

This place is a hidden gem. It's exactly what you want a day spa to be. The staff is wonderful, the setting is relaxing and the prices are right. We had a hour of sauna and hot tub time followed by a fantastic massage. It's appointment only which is actually wonderful so they can tailor to your needs. I can't wait to go back.

What an amazing experience! I had Sarah for a full body massage and she was incredible. I was so relaxed and it really helped loosen up an issue I was having with my lower back. After the massage was over, I went to rinse off and then off to the hot tub and sauna in a great space out back. We ended up talking to the whole team and they were all so nice.

The woman at the front desk was super helpful with getting us all set up and making sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much for a great birthday!

I just had part of my bachelorette party at Essential Therapies Day Spa and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The area in back with the hot tub and sauna was the perfect hangout spot for all of us girls in between services. The staff was so accommodating and professional, and Michelle was amazing at organizing the day for us! (That wasn't easy with a group of 10+ girls). Everyone enjoyed their services so much and we are already talking about our next visit!

Had an awesome deluxe hot stone massage with Danielle a couple weeks ago! The room was dark and cozy and quiet and she used just the right pressure. She didn't try to chat during the massage either (that drives me nuts). I'm so happy to have found this little gem, I will definitely be back!

What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon of self care! It was so nice being papered by their friendly and knowledgable staff. This small but lovely spa is located behind the Bolton Post Office, across from the High School. It has it all from excellent massage therapists, to a wet room, to facials and pedicures, but the best part was getting to relax in their outdoor hot tub and Finnish Sauna (just like in Finland!) for several hours after my treatments. I can't wait to do it again!

Outstanding. Products and treatments are wonderful. Best facial I've ever received, and I've visited spas all over the country. Atmosphere is perfect, cozy and quaint and it feels like you have the place to yourself.

I had a facial treatment last month and I'm still overjoyed with my experience being pampered by Michelle. WOW a whole month and I'm still thinking about how lovely each moment was. My skin felt and looked great as well. I didn't feel uncomfortable going to run other errands that day. Geez I was so relaxed from my time at The Spa I actually purchased a new car that day. I was only went to test drive!

My girlfriends brought me here for an afternoon of pampering before my wedding, and I could not have been more pleased! I had a facial and a half hour massage and both were wonderful. Then my friends and I sat out on their back deck and enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi while sipping wine and munching on the snacks that we brought. The staff was friendly, professional, warm and unintrusive. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding service! I cannot say enough good things about Essential Therapies. Peter gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. The product line they use for body treatments is fabulous. I can't wait to go back.

This place is lovely in every way: each and every employee is pleasant, thoughtful and very competent. The atmosphere is tranquil, visually appealing, smells great, and is very, very clean. Other folks have mentioned the wonderful outdoor hot tub and sauna, which is all enclosed in a private fenced-in back area along with a table and chairs. My sisters and I enjoyed this relaxing area while we waited for each other to have various treatments.

The spa folks were accommodating and allowed us to bring food and drink. I had the body polish treatment in their wet room -- such an amazing experience! I've never been smoother (or cleaner!) in my life.

Best spa experience I've had so far! Brownie points for being open on the Sunday before Labor Day. The building is on the smaller side but it has such a nice flow to it. It's tucked away from the main road so when you're out on the deck you can't hear cars. When you walk in you can take off your shoes and slip on a pair of sandals. I'm assuming it was the owner who greeted us as well as one of the cutest boxers I have ever seen.

The sitting area is well decorated with a beautiful mural. Water and trail mix located on the counter. Lockers are provided to store your things in. One and a half bathrooms on the first floor. Highly recommend using the shower! The soaps smell amazing. Bring your hair brush. I came in for a couples retreat and we showed up an hour early to use the jacuzzi and the sauna.

With there only being one massage therapist on that day, we took turns. That worked out well because I liked having the alone time to use the sauna again then take a nice hot shower. The massage was incredible! Plus it was so relaxing hearing the wind blow through the trees from the window. I melted into the massage table. I cannot wait to book another quick get away here and use some of their other services! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I really love this spa. I have been going here since 2010, after being referred by a friend. I love their massages, especially the hot stone massage. They also have a cute patio out back with a Jacuzzi and sauna, where you can relax before or after your massage.

We come here every time we visit family in Bolton, and it just keeps getting better. The massages are fantastic, the hot tub and sauna outside are great for wintertime (and you are welcome to bring a bottle of champagne with you!), and everyone is very friendly. I totally agree with other reviewers who said that Essential Therapies is a perfect combination of results and pampering. A must-visit if you are in town.

Someone scrape me off the floor please! So relaxed I can barely write this review but I will try. My girlfriend and I are always trying to find a place a little between the two of us (I am in Watertown, she is Holden). Usually we go for a hike but today was too friggin' cold so she suggested this place. They have an outdoor tub - I know it was cold, but it was so refreshing.

Usually I can only get through a half hour, but with today's cool sunny weather, I stayed in for almost an hour. They have a sauna out there too and we partook of that - oh, bliss! I hear they have facials, massages and this new wet treatment - so I guess I will be coming back for more stuff and zen bliss.

Amazing! I get regular facials here from Michelle and my skin has never looked better. Treatments at Essential Therapies are a perfect combination of results and pampering. I have very sensitive, acne prone, oily, overall angry skin and every time i leave this place, my skin is glowing for days after. No post-facial breakout here.that in itself is a miracle.

The place is secluded and serene. I've never arrive in enough time to utilize the sauna and jacuzzi but it looks super-fun. Everybody I've met here is really friendly and the spa has a welcoming decor while still seeming professional. (Seriously.the place is spotless.) Can't recommend it enough!

This is the best, most relaxing spa. You can take an outside hot tub or sauna. My husband threw me a great party there w five of my friends.in the middle if winter. Fantastic
