Spring Dance Hot Tubs

They have zero problems selling you hot tub & supplies - however the quality of hot tub & components along with their customer services is poor. We have called & left messages, NO one calls you back. you can't not get a hold of anyone. If you need help you have to drive there to get an answers. We have had numerous issues with the actual hot tub, lifters and cover after 4years of ownership. Truly a disappointing experience.

Had a great buying experience with Tama at Jamison store. Made it easy to buy an Azure Premier. Whole family enjoys the spa. Tama arranged viewing, purchase, and delivery. I've shopped other spa dealers but Spring Dance Jamison is by far the best!

I bought my Sundance hot tub from Spring Dance in 2006, and it's still running fine. I use the tub almost every night once the temperature falls below 60 degrees. I had the technician out once to replace a pump, not bad for 16 years. I've owned Sundance spas since 1994. One of my favorite "toys", they're fantastic in the snow. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You can't go wrong w these folks.

We love our Envoy Hotspring hot tub. We purchased it from Spring Dance Hot Tubs in Jamison after enjoying using a hot tub at an Airbnb. The team at Spring Dance helped educate us on our options and make the perfect choice. It has been a joy through the winter months to soak in the tub and relax with the variety of incredible massage jets and comfortable seats.

We have been maintaining the spa ourselves without the concierge service that is available. The tub has been fairly easy to keep clean. The water chemistry has been more challenging than we expected, but our salesperson has been extraordinarily helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the spa is running well.

Professional sales staff took time to understand buyer needs and concern and recommended a variety of models to choose from explaining the features if each. Installation team removed old hot tub and took the time to perform a quality installation while taking care of property. Set up was performed and features and requirements were explained.

William McCarthy was a knowledgeable professional from the beginning of this process: from deciding which model to buy and keeping me up to date as to delivery time frame. The day of delivery was incredibly smooth and fast. The crew did an excellent job of making sure the spa was where I wanted it and then walking me through the startup/ maintenance process.

The guy that came out to fix our hot tub was nice and did his job. There is no problem with that. The customer service is very poor. The woman I talked to could not explain our bill and was supposed to email us the break down of the bill and that as months ago and still waiting. I called and no one will call me back and I left 3 or 4 messages. They have my money now.

From the the start our experience was great. We went to spring dance not knowing anything about hot tubs, but after our first visit, we left with confidence knowing we made the right purchase. Andy is an extremely knowledgeable salesman and was available anytime of the day for maintenance questions even months after the sale. The delivery was very smooth and Cam and the delivery crew were prompt and professional.

They were very careful about not disturbing the new patio work we had done. I definitely recommend spring dance if you are thinking about a hot tub. We definitely did not regret it.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Sales was very informative and patient with my questions as a first time hot tub buyer and service and support has been excellent throughout my 3 years of ownership.

After weeks of delivery delays due to supply chain issues, we finally received out hot tub in November, just in time to enjoy the tub in the cool fall air. The delivery was flawless and the guys were very cognizant of protecting the surrounding landscaping while placing the tub in our desired spot. They also explained tub maintenance which at first seemed like a daunting task but after a few weeks is now super easy to do.

We did have one broken jet but after calling the service department about it, a repairman was out promptly and easily fixed the issue. This is a great company with very nice and knowledgeable employees (especially Tama) If you're looking for a new hot tub, give them a call!

I bought my hot tub from Spring dance in 2016. I was very happy with the process and the product. My ozonator went, and I called for service. All services everywhere for everything have been backed up, and their earliest appointment was 3 days away. They came promptly, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with the Jamison location of Spring Dance. I shopped around and went there last, I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in and started to chat with Tama, I knew I was in the right place. She is WONDERFUL! She listened to my needs and took me straight to the right tub for us. Even after you buy, the customer service is beyond compare.

They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, trained on how to maintain your tub and always willing to listen and help. The delivery team was great and you get a folder filled with instructions and tips. Shop around, then go to Spring Dance, you will be glad you did!

We have nothing but good things to say about our spa buying experience at Spring Dance Hot Tubs of Jamison, PA, from William the Sales Manager to the technicians that came to install and set up our spa. William was very helpful in educating us about products and options and even encouraged us to visit other outlets and told us what we would see. From the moment I walked into the store in Jamison to the moment the crew picked up everything after setting up my new tub it was nothing but aces. Every aspect of the process was incredibly comfortable with no kind of pressure that you may expect from big ticket sales items. The communication from Spring Dance on when I would expect my tub to arrive was awesome and I would suggest that if anyone is looking for an incredible addition to their home by purchasing a hot tub, you do so at Spring Dance Hot Tubs in Jamison. Used a cement contractor they recommended. Concrete contractor did a horrible job with a lot of damage to the house. Staff unprofessional Tamma laughed at me on the phone saying pavers and cement can be replaced and chimney repaired. Just got a call from "jerry" saying the owner didn't like my posts, so not only are they not going to help us get things repaired.

They wanted to inform us they no longer wanted to sell me a hot tub. lol. We were going to cancel any way. People read all the one star ratings on A business. Do your research before you spend your money!

Tech checked the tub and knew what was needed to fix it. Completed the job quickly and the tub was ready for me to refill and get ready for the next 6 months. After completing the work, he removed his shoes to go back through our home to avoid tracking water on the floors. Much appreciated. Thanks to everyone involved in getting the tub repaired.

Tama was great is walking us through the different models available and all of the different features. The delivery was very easy and they explained everything on how to start up and run the hot tub. I needed assistance with getting the water balanced and they were super helpful with testing the water and letting me know exactly what I needed to do. From start to finish it was a great experience.

Great service. No complaints except that man who came to service my hot tub was not wearing a mask when he knocked on my door. The hot tub is outside and I didn't let him in. So walked him around to backyard. Nice guy though. For future visits I think all of your employees should ask customers if they would like them to Wear a mask.

We bought a salt water based, Hot Springs "Vanguard" Hot Tub about 6 years ago. Best thing we ever did. We have had it serviced by Spring Dance Hot Tubs alone the way. Service has always been quick and professional. They provide quotes with different options and fully explain the differences. Great people and great service.

We were long time and loyal customers of Spring Dance Hot Tubs until we signed up and prepaid for their Hot Tub 'Service.' The experience has been awful and they have categorically refused to work with us to make improvements. We did not want to sever ties and tried to come to an amicable conclusion however they are unwilling to work with us.

We purchased our hot tub from them and used them exclusively for products, repairs and service - even though they are not the most price competitive, over 10 years. At the first sign of poor service (ex. the service employee did not do a proper cleaning of the filters, did not scrub the lid, did not wipe out the tub during a drain and clean), captured by our patio camera, we asked for the issues to be corrected.

We thought that by working with Spring Dance, we could get satisfaction but not so. For that reason we can no longer recommend this company and want to caution others when considering choosing them.

They sell you a lemon hot tub with a lemon salt cell for over 18K and say you have a 5 year warranty. Then the salt thing never works properly from day one it works on and off flashing yellow Them a few months after a year it is more constant flashing yellow and they say you need to pay a couple more thousand for a new cell. They are the worst company ever liars and deceitful and just money hungry trying to bleed people dry out of their hard earned money DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER BUYERS BEWARE. Especially the store in Marlton NJ

We have a few products from Spring Dance. Just worked with the new owner and staff trading in an old for a new hot tub. Very attentive; delivery and service since has been outstanding. They provide good advice on treatments & maintenance and have everything we need in store. Brian in Chalfont

We have dealt with a local Flemington Hot Springs place for years and they have not provided good service lately - we reached out to Spring Dance and they were prompt, efficient - sent someone out to check our hot tub, which we've maintained for years, and discovered the reason one of the jets didn't work was because it had been replaced with a used part that was faulty!

They provided the new part, recommended new filters (which we purchased) and later, promptly ordered and installed a new top to our tub which we'd been waiting for more than 7 months from our previous supplier. The staff here is professional and, more important, kind and customer oriented. I would highly recommend this place for all pool services!

It is to die for! I have been a pest to William over the past few years while I debated and debated. I love my hot tub.although i am dealing with 90 degree weather in October cause this is PA. I wanted to buy from a reliable company that could help me with issues. I always have them.doesn't matter what i buy. I end up wanting more information than a google search can give me.

I had William do a water analysis for me which was amazing. I bought the seat for my short friends and the handrail.you will love it but hate the light.not sure why manufacturer even bothers w it. The rhythm by hotspring is an easy system.one filter and frog cartridge. I had low calcium that caused foaming. Easy fix. Honestly dont buy a hot tub online.you need a company that stands behind you. Recently moved a Hot Springs tub from Boston to Philly. New England Spa recommended Spring Dance for my reinstall. Great reco. Their staff is friendly and efficient, office and field based crew and they show up when they say they are going to. Even called to let me know they were on the way. Pricing was in the ball park as well. As a DIY'er I am not easily satisfied and I let service providers know. On the flip side, I really appreciate it when they meet or exceed expectations. Nice job Spring Dance! Looking forward to using the tub this weekend.

We were looking at some hot tubs through the local wholesale as well as online. The problem was not seeing them in person and secondly having no one local for support. After shopping some of the local hot tub dealers I found Spring Dance. William was great at showing me some options and explaining all of the differences. They currently had a manufacturers promo going at the time (which was a very good deal), it was up in a few days but William didn't pressure me.

He said, if I wasn't ready to check back as there are several sales a year. Later that day I brought my wife in and William took her through the same explanation of everything. I actually bought a much better hot tub than I had planned on, nothing William did to pressure this just my own desires. When it arrived the fact that we used a local company made it worth it.

They delivered it several hundred feet to a pad in our back yard. They set everything up and went over the operation. As we weren't getting power until the next morning we couldn't test it yet. Once we had it filled and power we began getting the levels right on the water. We have public water inside our house and everything outside is well water.

We decided to use that due to it's convenience.big mistake. Our well water has a high level of iron in it (which we didn't know until after using), once we put in the chlorine it oxidized the iron and turned the water brown. We were going nuts, we grabbed some water and raced to Spring Dance. William calmed our nerves and said: "it's probably just high iron".

After testing the levels he showed us that is exactly what it is. He took us through the process of lowering the metals in the water and gave us a specific plan for chemicals and in no time the water was crystal clear. We've had the tub now for three months.and use it a lot. The water is still crystal clear simply by us following Williams prescribed regiment of water additives. We couldn't be happier. And since they are local, we can rest assured that if something were to happen. William is only a phone call or short car ride away.

I visited the Jamison store and was pleased with the selection they offer. I test drove the Grandee and ended up purchasing it. We purchased our previous hot tub from Spring Dance and were happy with it and they know how to treat their customers. We purchased a hot tub from an ad and hired Spring Dance Hot Tubs to move it from the seller's home to our house. An unexpected medical emergency delayed our scheduled appointment. SDHT were able to reschedule our move with ease. Then it rained, and rained and as you would expect, rained again. Finally a clear day! Their full staff, equipment and procedure were absolutely professional and experienced.

Several miles on the expressway, a few hills and a narrow street later, they arrived and deftly delivered the hot tub. Look now where else for service for moving your hot tub.

One of the best investments I've ever made. Sales person was phenomenal. The small Hot Spot 2 person tub fits our needs perfectly. We will enjoy it years to come.

Before making any major purchase or home improvement, I always check Yelp and Home Advisor. You would be surprised how few hut tub dealers have good reviews. Spring Dance has great reviews (we went to the Exton location), and from my perspective, they've earned them. We got a great deal on a very nice hot tub, the exact model and color my wife had picked out from them while looking at their web site.

The staff was great to work with, the delivery people did a great job, and they gave a good recommendation for a person we could contact to make a pad for us. They walked us through the whole set up and maintenance process (which is not difficult but requires attention) and made sure we knew how and who to reach if we had questions. Those first few days of operation, we had a lot of questions, and they were gracious, patient and professional in responding. It's been almost a month and we're as happy as can be. We've been in it almost every day, even some of the coldest days of the year so far.

This is the second hot tub that I've purchased from Spring Dance. First one was awesome and had NO issues. My son is disabled and loves the hot tub - even in the winter. We purchased the Grandee model about two years ago and their service people cannot figure out why it will not maintain a temperature of 98 degrees in the winter. Our prior hot tub had no issues -even when it was very cold outside and he was in the tub for over 3 hours. Now, the tub is useless when it gets cold because it won't maintain the temperature.

I just got off the phone with Watkins, who they suggested we call, and they were USELESS. Explained the issue and they said that Spring Dance should diagnose the problem. Spring Dance says call Watkins. So here we go. Getting no where fast!
