Worst massage we have ever gotten. My boyfriend specifically requested a deep tissue back massage. The masseuse did not touch his back once. Apparently, if you get a hot pack they do not touch your back even after you request it. Even the areas she did massage, were absolutely horrible. On top of everything, she talked the entire time, politics, her life, etc. A massage is meant to be relaxing, not to talk the entire time and make the client uncomfortable. Worst 70 dollars we have ever spent.

The worst place in town to get a massage. The girl at the front desk with her kid gave me attitude when I walked in after they rescheduled my massage 2 times already! Not professional at all and would rather spend my money elsewhere for a better experience. This place is not all the good reviews. The owner should try a bit harder to hire better people.

Critical: Communication, Quality Didn't get the massage time I wanted because my therapist wasn't comfortable doing a 110 minute massage.then don't let me schedule for that time with her in the first place. Then she didn't work the areas I told her were hurting and she kept calling me by the wrong name. Overall not happy. Waste of time and money

I've only come here twice and I am extremely impressed with Dr. Lim and the massage therapists I have seen thus far. I have been going to chiropractors for over a decade now and I can tell that Dr. Lim really knows his stuff. He's very professional and patient listening to my concerns. Massage therapists are also very well trained in the body and the muscle groups. I highly recommend Cassandra for massage!

Haven't been here yet. I like the price structure so I will be sending my mom to get a massage for the holidays with a gift certificate. I only read one negative review. I imagine most people don't review if they have a good experience. Anyways, go gentle on my mom. She'll be there in a few weeks and needs a pleasant experience. P.S. Is there an expiration date for gift certificates once purchased?
