I had my first massage with Johnny. Great hands. I received a deep tissue massage. I left feel less tension in my muscles. He's very thorough and listen to your needs.

Love this place! Only complaint today was my massage therapist was very heavy handed I'm very sore after my 60 min session also she stopped at 50 mins! She was sweet and pleasant otherwise! My first time at kneaded energy was with Sara I believe is her name was super perfect that I still rate this place wonderfully

I've always tried a place several times before giving a review bad review. I've been here many times, hoping for an amazing massage, seems like Ian is the only good Massuse for deep tissue massage, not to mention he's always booked up weeks or months in advance. I've tried several other therapists there but left very disappointed. It's not a fancy spa so don't expect that, The rooms are tiny, there's some background noise (fan? Vent?), u can barely hear the music. It's good for the price, quick in and out if u can get a decent massage and walk out of there Happy. I've given them enough chances.

Cold rooms, cold oil, new therapists that was terrible. A warm bath and a glass of wine in my own hot tub at home feels better than some of the therapists I've been unlucky to have there. Moving on to somewhere different for now.

Great experience start to finish. Sarah is the most knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist I've ever had. Really a lifesaver!

I was not pleased with the very first massage therapist, however the second one was great. I was given a gift card, made an appointment but had to cancel due to sickness, it was less than 24 hours therefore had to pay 25 dollars before they would allow me to reschedule which is understandable. After my service, I went to front desk to present my gift card, they told me there would be a charge of 25 dollars because the gift card was for 60 min and I had a 90 minute massage.

I told them I did not ask for that I just wanted to use my gift card. I also let them know that no one ask me anything concerning what service I wanted! In fact they hardly said two words to me. It was a very unfriendly atmosphere. One lady who I believe was the owner looked over and said the therapist would not get paid if I did not pay the up charge!

I felt so bad. Thank God I left her a 20$ tip. I left out but considered the therapist and I went back in and ask them to give the therapist an extra 5$! At that point the lady said "I take care of my therapist! " even though the therapist did a great job(oh and by the way it was very noisy as I got my massage) I felt horrible! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My husband and I really enjoy it this massage center. It is serene, everyone is helpful, nice, very clean, and professional. Although I have some favorite practitioners, I have never had a bad massage no matter who I have seen. My husband and I liked it so much that we now have a membership. Once a month we go on a date; we each get a massage and then go out to eat.

This was the absolute worst massage I have ever had. The place is nice, the ambience is relaxing, but the massage therapist are there to provide relaxation, not therapy. If you need more than lotion slathered all over you, go somewhere else. If your skin just needs a little moisture and you want to take a nap, this is probably for you. I was so frustrated with the terrible service and non muscle work I ended my 90 minute session after only 30 minutes. They still expected full pay. I paid. No one called to resolve the matter.

Students are professional. They make you feel comfortable. Concentrating on needed areas of relief. For $25 for an hour massage no tips excepted.

I wanted to give a shout out to Kneaded energy for making sure I was pleased with my massage services. The first therapist didn't meet my expectations but they followed up with me immediately after. They emailed me to get me rescheduled with another therapist that could meet my therapy needs. I appreciate their focus on the customer. Thank you again.

I did not have to wait for my appointment time. They took me on schedule. This was my first time going there since they moved from the State Street location. Their checking in process, due to the COVID, was quick and easy. The atmosphere was very calming. My therapist was very professional and always asked if the pressure was okay. The lighting was perfect.

I did not ask if there was a choice for the music played in the room but next time I'll ask. I would have preferred maybe an ocean sound/beach waves as opposed to what was being played. But overall it was a great experience.

My husband recommended I come in because I'm always on my feet, Plus I work with my hands. Came into the student clinic, Wonderful girl Rachell was my therapist, She did a great job. My only complaint is the room temperature was awful! It was freezing cold! My therapist was very sweet and apologized for the temperature. I know it is out of her control. I will not be coming back unless I call ahead to see what the temperature is first. I clearly understand it is the student clinic but clients shouldn't be freezing.

I had an awesome massage here in the student clinic side! It was better than most massages I have received and they really tailor to exactly what you request and need. I wish I lived closer. I would be going once a week. Thank y'all for the great experience! It was much needed during my travels!

I am always happy coming here. I have tried a few different therapists now and am never disappointed. Even though I prefer my Lauren! The tables are always super comfy. Warm and inviting atmosphere. And even though they are super booked all the time. They always manage to get me in for my emergency appointments (when I'm really sore) highly recommend in every way!

It was very easy to make an appointment, actually they didn't the time slot I was looking for but calLed me back in a few days to let me know the appointment was available. The office was clean, nice and the front desk was friendly. My therapist listened to my concerns (tension, stress and muscle tightness) and after a 60 minute session I felt great! I would recommend, and I will definitely be back.

Great massage place! My husband and I both loved ours and have signed up for several more. We bought their latest deal right on the spot after our massAge, it was so good! You can tell the therapist were trained and knew how to work withy knots and muscle tension! We recommend highly!

Have been a loyal customer here for years and highly recommend giving this place a try. The staff and therapists are always friendly and accomodating. I have worked with three different therapists and all of them did quality work on my extremely tight upper back and shoulders. I doubt you can go wrong with any of the pro's there because I believe this place takes care when hiring, training, retaining talented therapists.

Tried Kneaded Energy again, this time with a different therapist. I'm glad that I did, it was much better. Very relaxing - great massage! I would suggest talking to the receptionist to get a recommendation for a massage therapist that suits your massage style when booking.

One of the best massages I've had yet. For this being my first massage out here in Greensboro, I am more than satisfied. As soon as I walked in the door a calming feeling rushes over you. The intake staff were very nice, friendly, and processed my paperwork with minimal time. The massage room was very serene and made it easier to get comfortable.

My masseuse Rachel was wonderful, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate; she got to know what my back needed. Rachel is definitely one of my top three favorite masseuses of all time. Just about the entire process was flawless, except for when I was checking out. I knew going in they were going to be a little more on the high side than the other massage businesses I researched but they did not honor the first time introductory rate. Also, I inquired about the package deals they offer and ended up settling on a five package deal.

It wasn't until after my card was ran that the lady informed me that Rachel was booked solid for a month and May was filling up fast. This would have been a key piece of information that should have been divulged before excepting several hundred dollars. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience and will actually be going back in again today for another session.

I had a fabulous experience here! Very serene environment. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic massage with well-trained, attentive clinicians. Ask for Tori- you won't be disappointed. Also, there are a lot of holiday deals that make for great gifts for treating yourself or others. Definitely returning for future massages!

This place is very professional, the staff and therapist are very pleasant. It's very nice, neat, and clean. I have a long standing of neck and back injuries from the military and from the first visit I started feeling relief from a lot of years of pain!

These people are experts at providing the physical and mental benefits of massage therapy. I have had sessions with 5 different therapists there and none disappointed. Scheduling is easy and convenient and I especially like that they give discounts to teachers. Each appointment seems to to brighten my outlook on life.

I went to kneaded energy for my first massage ever and let me tell you it was amazing! I give birth next week and needed some relaxation and pampering before the sleepless nights and exhaustion. Let me tell you DEE is the bomb! She gave me a 90 min prenatal massage and the pressure was perfect. She used soothing strokes, kneading and a number of techniques. It's safe to say this woman has magic hands working from head, arms, hands, neck, back, thighs, calves to the feet. Thanks for the awesome experience D

Just had to share how amazing this place is. They have the best team of therapist out and they do so much for the community. I wanted to say THANK YOU for making UHC relaxation day amazing.! We all had two 10 minute massages and it just me realize I need to come back more often. I will be making an appointment. THANK YOU ALL

I'm a long-time client (6 years) and have watched Bill and Shelley Norman grow and expand their massage business, all while maintaining a positive calm space and adhering to a standard of excellence. My massage experience is always top-notch and the therapists are knowledgeable and adept to dealing with each persons needs and physical form. The massages are on the upper range of cost for Greensboro, but I'm on their email list and take advantage of special package offers to get the cost down.

I definitely believe in quality over quantity when it comes to massage. They also run a massage school and I believe you can get student/teaching massages for less cost. Take note, they are in a new location; a larger, more accessible building on Wendover.
