Scheduled a massage since I pulled a muscle in my back. I scheduled with the new therapist Sam. Upon arrival, I told him I pulled a muscle in my lower back and he advised it was my hip flexor and that he had some stretches that will help. During the massage, he did some stretches that helped tremendously. After that my back began to heal and has been better since.

I'm appreciative to Sam for his knowledge and attention to the problem area since it helped relieve pain I was feeling for 1-2 weeks prior to the massage. Also, this was my 3-4th massage at Soothing Sessions and each time I've had a different massage therapist and each massage was amazing. I recommend Soothing Sessions to everyone now.

I don't get massages to often but when I do I always enjoy it and get so relaxed I usually fall asleep for a few. This was honestly least favorite massage I've received in a professional place. It was gentle rubbing and didn't get any knots I had on my back out. All the other places I went had the table warm, this one wasn't. She didn't even wear shoes, not professional especially it being my first visit. I won't be returning. Edit after the owner replied. She didn't introduce herself nor ask if thr pressure was good.

I want to give praise where praise is due. The team at Soothing Sessions Massage has always been very professional. Mary gives a phenomenal deep tissue massage and is so easy to talk to. As a dentist having to lean over and bend my neck, my back feels it at the end of the day. Mary is keeping me in great shape to be able to continue to help other people. Thank you for all that you do, Soothing Sessions Team!

Love this place. My wife and I don't regularly get massages but when we do, Soothing Sessions is our go to. Professionally ran local business that does a great job.

I had a massage scheduled for 12:30 on a Saturday, and on the morning of, my son woke up with fever. I attempted to call to cancel at 8:30, but they did not open until 10. Admittedly, by that time, my appointment had left my mind, so when they called me at 12:30 I was apologetic for missing and explained that I was caring for a sick baby. I stated I did understand their procedure, but if they could avoid charging me (or at least not the full amount), I'd be grateful.

It wasn't as if it was my first visit - I was a repeat customer. Charging me the full amount "to pay their therapist" seems excessive. This is essentially having me choose between being a parent and going into quarantine or irresponsibly coming to my appointment to get my money's worth. This is also saying with confidence that this facility would've been able to fill my spot in the hour and a half between opening and my appointment.while possible, it is unlikely in my opinion. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning.

So my wife and I scheduled our first ever couples massage, and we were told to let them know she is pregnant due to prenatal being different. We scheduled a day on our Christmas break and gave them our card number. Now on the day we show up they only booked for one of us. It is not easy for us to schedule things like this so now we have wasted a large part of the day. Thanks for ruining our Christmas present to ourselves.

My massage was amazing but everyone was so kind. It's smaller and not a big corporate place which made it feel more intimate and family like which I prefer. I'm definitely going back and trying all the therapists. We had a couples massage and we were able to relax and the therapists helped us each with our needs.

This was such a great experience! My husband and I opted for the couple's massage. It was a clean, soothing, and totally professional experience. Both our therapists were skilled and excellent at reducing us to very happy jelly. We will definitely come here again!
