Massage Lypossage
Report
A combination of deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage, Lypossage is used to contour the body and reduce the look of cellulite. It is the world's number one non-surgical cellulite treatment with more than 8, 000 Lypotherapists worldwide. It derives itself from published research, done by massage therapist Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT, and is based on Myofascial massage and elements from Complex Physical Therapy for Lymphoedema. Sessions are vigorous and last 30 minutes each. The Lypossage client can expect to be photographed every 3rd or 4th session and will be weighed and measured every session before the treatment begins. Lypossage is received three times a week over a period of six weeks. The Lypossage client pays for this treatment as a "series"
Massage Cupping
Report
A wonderful ancient technique has found it's place in the modern world of healing. Massage Cupping bodywork is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truly impressed those who experience it's subtle power. By creating suction and negative pressure, Massage Cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Massage Cupping bodywork is versatile and can easily be modified to accomplish a range of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release to cellulite & dimension reduction. This complements many health modalities ranging from spa treatments to medical massage and physical therapy.
Hot Stone Massage:
Report
An authentic hot stone massage is not simply the placement or gliding of heated stones lightly upon the surface of the skin, but rather the stones are used as tools to deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level comfortable to the client. The client can request light, medium or deep pressure, which is the beauty of the hot stone massage technique. It can be customized in an instant to the request of the client. The stones adapt well to deep tissue massage and are easy on the joints of the therapist's hands. Therapeutic heat range of the stones is 104 - 112 F. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and increases the blood flow to the area being worked on which is said to further accelerate the healing process. This increase in circulation and the relaxation of the muscles is also claimed to aid in mental relaxation.
Integrative Massage:
Report
Lexington Massage Therapy
Report
Lypossage cleanses the body of stagnant, stalled lymphatic fluid (Lymph edema) that can create the lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalance. The deeper Lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue.

I was hoping for better. I emailed for information and called multiple times but never got an answer to my email nor did anyone ever answer the phone. The service was not what was expected. How do you get a one hour massage that only focuses on your back and upper thighs? What about shoulders, arms, calves, feet, hands, head? The person who did the massage didn't announce they were done but rather just walked out & went to the front desk.
Aren't you supposed to wait and walk your client out? Perhaps I'm expecting too much? I've had many massages and have never experienced anything like this. Areas that were massaged were satisfactory. For the money, I was disappointed especially given so many wonderful reviews. Update. I wrote this on behalf of my Dad (Leon V) who was there on 7/27. This was a birthday gift from me, his daughter. Therefore, I will not be removing my post.

I will be glad to answer that question for you. I reviewed your website to schedule an appointment. A rep from your establishment who called was extremely rude, argumentative and hung up. The lack of customer service granted the 1 star. This review is for those searching for reviews of your establishment and are in need of services. I understand there are not many options in the area however I would never consider your establishment again. Your services may be awesome as I am not certain however my experience with the call I received was unprofessional. Thanks for your response.

I drove three hours from Savannah for this appointment because there aren't many people in my area that do these massages. Traffic was backed up and pushed my trip back an hour I tried to call several times and no answer - when Someone did finally answer the woman Julia said they didn't have a receptionist and she could not take me because she has someone coming in so I wasted my time driving so far out of my way and there was no urge to help me or many any changes for me in any way. Definitely don't recommend, costumer service is key

Great place! Very clean! Awesome masseuse! Very reasonable! Highly recommend! Edited 5/22 - Seeing this post again, I can't believe I said "masseuse". What I should have said was: "Sue Rivera is AWESOME. She not only gets the knots out, but really cares about her Clients. I'm glad she's part of my Life Balance Team"

I work in delivery and i am behind the wheel of a truck most of the day. I went to Julia and told her my issues. I had constant knee and back pain. Julia explained to me what she needed to do and that it would take more than session. I’ve had two 90 minute sessions with her and my body feels amazing. My knees and back have never felt better. She is definitely an expert in her craft.

I haven’t had a bad massage yet and I’ve been going there since they opened. Paul does a great integrative massage and cupping. Bobbie Dameron is new, and she’s really helped me with my carpal tunnel syndrome and I just love the hot towels - she gives an awesome massage! Becky does hot bamboo sticks and can really get into the deep tissue. Everyone there is amazing and I love that they honor our military by giving a military discount! They also massage for the full hour, not 50 mins like most chains. You won’t regret booking here!

I had a knot in my shoulder and could not turn my head. Paul worked on it and I felt a lot better but it was still there. I was going to make an appointment to come back the next day but Paul suggested I give it some time and see how it feels. It got better each day and two days later it was gone completely.
