My mother in law called to buy me a gift card. Even though she doesnt live in New Mexico, they required to make a profile and take copious amounts of her personal info. I had to reserve the massage with my credit card although $80 was already spent on the gift card. The woman who I spoke to reserve my massage told me I would have $4 left on my gift card after the massage.
Instead I was charged an addition $20 after my massage. Woman at front desk was not apologetic nor helpful. Masseuse Deb was lovely, and did a good job. But I will never return to this facility and will make sure my friends and relatives do not make the mistake of coming here.

Great gym maybe add a few new weight machines to keep up with new gyms. On another note possibly invest in a squat/deadlifting platform or bumper plates during a back session I was told by staff to not throw weights when all I was doing was deadlifts I didn't drop weights hard or throw them they just make noise when you do them.

I've been going to the Taos Spa for years and Taos Spa has always been a great place to relax. The employees have always been professional and they always great you with a smile. The Taos Spa is clean, and has everything you could possibly need to start or end your day on a relaxing note. Taos Spa is definitely a place I will always continue to go to and recommend.

Great all around gym. staff is friendly. gym and locker room are clean. free weights and machines are in good shape and have lots of them. Has sauna and steam room. the only thing i can think of that is a negative about it is, its not open 24hrs. Even with it not open 24hrs I am still giving it 5 stars. The gym as a whole makes up for that. Highly recomend
